Abstract

Prioritas pembangunan di Kampung Rama Gunawan pada tahun 2022 adalah perbaikan jalan desa, meningkatkan kegiatan UMKM dan Sanitasi Lingkungan terutama pada penyediaan Sarana Saluran Pembungan Limbah Cair (SPAL). Saat ini Di Kampung Rama Gunawan sudah berhasil melaksanakan pilar pertama STBM yaitu bebas buang air besar sembarang, yang diberikan pengakuan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Analisis situasi diatas yang menjadi dasar kegiatan pembangunan SPAL rumah tangga di Kampung Rama Gunawan agar pilar pembuangan air limbah Sanitasi Total Berbais Masyrakat  (STBM) dapat direalisasikan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat skema PPDM Poltekkes Tanjungkarang di Kampung Rama Gunawan Seputih Raman adalah mensosialisasikan  kepada masyarakat tentang 5 (lima) pilar STBM, dan membangun SPAL Percontohan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan di kampungnya. Metodologi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah sebagai berikut : Persiapan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan sebagai berikut : Sudah terlaksananya kegiatan sosialisasi Sosialisasi tentang 5 Pilar STBM dan Mengelola Makanan Aman Bagi Rumah Tangga dan  sudah dilaksanakan Pembangunan (Sarana Pembuangan Air Limbah) SPAL sebanyak 9 unit.

Abstract

Education is a systematic and programmed effort to develop all aspects of human life so that they become mature and balanced. Therefore the development of various actual and adequate educational methods is needed to support human development. Among the various methods that have been successfully developed, the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Method is one that is very well practiced in today's learning environment. The jigsaw cooperative learning method aims to develop intellectual abilities and train students' social sensitivity. Realizing this use, the author carries out community service activities in the form of the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning application at Santo Yoseph Kuaputu Catholic Elementary School, which aims to develop the intellectual aspects and social sensitivity of students. The result achieved is the growth of intellectual capacity and social sensitivity in interactions in the classroom and in the local social environment.

Abstract

Saving is an art of managing finances by setting aside money and saving it for later use when there is an urgent need. Knowledge and skills in managing finances should be instilled in early childhood. Children need to be given an understanding so that they are skilled at managing finances from a young age and it will benefit them in the future. The target of this community service activity is the children of Oemasi Village with an age range of 6 to 12 years who are at the Santo Yoseph Catholic Elementary School of Kuaputu. The method used is to provide knowledge about saving to children through dialogue, quiz games and distributing piggy banks to train children's knowledge and skills in saving. As a result, children have understanding and a willingness to save.

Abstract

Since the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia decreased in early 2022, the transition from online learning and limited face-to-face in schools began to gradually return to full face-to-face. SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura is one of the schools that implemented the policy. However, the problem is the decline in student enthusiasm and motivation in participating in learning and the material that has been taught during online learning has not been understood by students. Through the "Komadiksi Mengajar" activity organized by the KOMADIKSI SMART UNS Student Activity Unit, the author conducted community service through learning assistance by providing study time at SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura. The provision of study time (LES) is one of the efforts to implement the tri dharma of higher education in community service. This is done to increase student motivation and interest in learning activities. The method of providing study time used is by providing learning assistance directly after school. After discussing with the principal, the author and the team were directed to assist students who would be entered in the water rocket competition. The target to be achieved in this community service is to increase the interest and motivation of SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura students in learning and increase academic and non-academic achievements. As a result, students become enthusiastic and motivated to continue learning and achieving both academic and non-academic according to their interests and talents.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan judul Penerapan IPTEKS kepemilikan sertifikat untuk menjamin kepastian hukum yang dilaksanakan pada kampung Asei Kecil Kabupaten Jayapura, kegiatan yang akan dilakukan kepada mitra dikarenakan adanya kasus dari mitra tentang ketidakpahaman tentang guna sertifikat tanah dan proses pembuatan sertifikat sehingga dengan keahlian yang dimiliki pengabdi dapat melakukan penerapan IPTEKS tersebut. Metode Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara ceramah dan diskusi via aplikasi zoom pada hari sabtu tanggal 18 Juli 2020 dan pendampingan dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan dengan materi yaitu : 1) Persiapan, program kerja, koordinasi; 2) Pemaparan materi tentang hak-hak atas tanah berdasarkan UUPA Nomor 5 Tahun 1960; 3) Pelaksanaan pendampingan proses pembuatan sertifikat kepada BPN. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah pra adjudikasi dengan tujuan kepada mitra untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai hak-hak atas tanah dan jaminan kepastian hukum tentang kepemilikan sertifikat.dan bagaimana mitra melengkapi persyaratan untuk membuat sertifikat.

Abstract

Sewing machine workshop / service is one of the businesses that has developed a lot in society along with the development of science and technology. Pak Harto's sewing machine service has been established since around 1993 and runs its business in accordance with existing conditions. The number of employees as many as 4 people including the owner and financial bookkeeping has not been carried out neatly and computer-based. This certainly reduces the speed of decision-making of the service. The warehousing stock has also not been neatly arranged so that it prolongs the disbursement of spare parts to be installed. The implementation of the activity program has been carried out in part by providing assistance in bookkeeping and marketing management. Bookkeeping management is carried out by making a stock book of goods available at the beginning of each month and a daily sales book for each month. Marketing improvement is carried out by creating accounts and stalls in one of the marketplaces. The results of the program implementation are still in the implementation and monitoring stage. Activities under the terms of the program will end in 2022, but the implementation of the program is expected to continue to be carried out independently by partners. Monitoring the implementation of the program is continuously carried out taking into account the capabilities of human resources.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to socialize the importance of the role of Higher Education, especially Higher Education that is engaged in the field of technology in facing the era of society 5.0. This activity was attended by a number of class XII students at Yapis High School located in Manokwari Regency, West Papua. This activity was carried out well and received a positive response from the students of SMA Yapis Manokwari, this was marked by the active participation shown by the students in participating in the whole series of socialization activities, the existence of dialogic interaction between presenters and students, questions and answers and discussion.

Abstract

Information technology is growing rapidly, especially in the social and organizational fields. This can be seen from the good use of the internet by the community in order to explore broader knowledge. The impact of this is that the teacher is no longer the only source of learning knowledge. One of the roles of Information Technology in society is to produce various types of learning media, namely interactive learning media. This learning media contains learning materials that are equipped with various content that helps in conveying learning content. The content is in the form of images, illustrations, sounds, videos, or interactive animations. Several studies that have been conducted show that interactive learning media based on Information Technology can be used as the main reference in the learning process because it is more flexible, effective, and efficient. This information must be interpreted properly by the public so that there is no misinformation in the delivery of information to the public. By utilizing Information Technology, these communication symbols can be made in the form of images, illustrations, or animations. The symbols created are packaged in an interactive learning media. With interactive learning media, conceptual errors in learning can be minimized. Based on the demands of the 2013 curriculum, the learning process must use a scientific approach, so the interactive learning media developed must also contain that approach. The scientific approach in question is containing the steps of observing, asking, associating, trying, and communicating. The scientific approach is applied to maintain scientific values in the community so that their scientific attitude continues to develop.

Abstract

This service is carried out under the title Application of IPTEKS regarding the settlement of communal land boundary disputes through litigation and non-litigation in customary law communities in Nendali Village, Sentani Timur District, Jayapura Regency, which was carried out to partners due to cases from partners regarding misunderstanding regarding dispute resolution regarding land boundaries. ulayat so that with the expertise possessed by the servant can carry out the application of the science and technology. The method of implementing this community service is by implementing science and technology through lectures and discussions which will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021 which will be held at the village hall, as well as assistance to partners, which has been carried out until now. This activity begins with preparation and coordination, then presentation of material on dispute resolution. customary land boundaries through litigation and non-litigation. The output of this service is an increase in partners' knowledge regarding the resolution of disputes regarding customary land boundaries through litigation and non-litigation in order to obtain guarantees of legal certainty.

Abstract

The method of implementing this service is carried out by applying science and technology through lectures and discussions which will be held on Saturday 31 July 2021 which will be held at the village hall as well as assistance to partners which has been carried out until now, this activity begins with preparation and coordination, then presents material about the system land registration based on statutory regulations to obtain legal certainty. The output of this service is the increase in partners' knowledge regarding land registration and land registration procedures in order to obtain guarantees of legal certainty, as well as the completeness of land registration as pre-adjudication with the aim of making it easier for partners to complete land registration.
