Abstract

−Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi adalah tiga kewajiban yang terdapat dalam perguruan tinggi. Tiga kewajiban tersebut terdiri dari 3 poin, yaitu Pendidikan dan Pengajaran, Penelitian dan Pengembangan, dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Dengan poin-poin penting yang telah disebutkan, maka yang bertanggung jawab terhadap Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi bukan hanya mahasiswa, melainkan seluruh sivitas akademika di kampus, termasuk tenaga pengajar (Dosen). Dalam pelaksanaannya, Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi diperkuat oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2003 mengenai Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, yang berbunyi: perguruan tinggi berkewajiban menyelenggarakan pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dengan kata lain, Tri Dharma dapat diartikan sebagai tujuan yang harus dicapai perguruan tinggi dan wajib diterapkan dengan baik. Penerapan Tri Dharma di dalam kampus tentunya memiliki tujuan yang bermanfaat, yaitu menciptakan tenaga pengajar (Pengabdi) dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif, inovatif, sekaligus mandiri. Melalui tiga poin yang tercantum dalam Tri Dharma, diharapkan generasi intelektual dapat membangun bangsa di berbagai sector. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode konsultasi dan sharring, ilmu hukum secara gratis antara warga masyarakat desa Penfui Timur, Kecamatan Kupang Tengah, Kabupaten Kupang, dengan tim pengabdi yang berasal dari Fakultas Hukum Universitas Nusa Cendana Kupang. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa; 1. masyarakat desa Penfui Timur merupakan warga masyarakat dengan pengetahuan hukum yang rendah. 2. Masyarakat Desa Penfui Timur ternyata memiliki banyak persoalan yang berkataitan dengan hukum, khususnya hukum perdata (masalah yang berkaitan dengan pertanahan).3. Masyarakat desa Penfui Timur sangat membutuhkan informasi dan pengetahuan hukum yang memadai agar dapat membantu mencari alternaitif hukum terbaik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mereka di bidang hukum (khususnya masalah pertanahan). 4. Kehadiran tim pengabdi dapat memberikan sumbangsi positif dalam hal memberikan pemahaman hukum secara gratis bagi masyarakat desa Penfui Timur melalui kegiatan konsultasi hukum.

Abstract

The development of internet technology is an interesting thing in the utilization of economic activities. E-commerce is one of the interesting topics that has surfaced in current business activities. Sales and promotion to expand the market is the main goal of using e-commerce. In this regard, the service team conducted e-commerce socialization activities for students at the Yayasan Al-Kamilah to provide participants with a basic understanding of the meaning of e-commerce and its forms. In carrying out the activity, the service team distributed pre-tests which were followed by socialization activities and distribution of post-tests. From the activities carried out, the participants were very enthusiastic about learning more of e-commerce, because the participants only understood about the marketplace. In addition, after the socialization activities, participants also understood the economic benefits of e-commerce.

Abstract

The purpuses of this activity are as follows: 1) socialization of Physics Education Study Program FKIP UNIPA, 2) Sharing knowledge in understanding physics concepts through visual aids. The socialization and community service activities at Manokwari 3 Public High School carried out by the Physics Education Department, FKIP UNIPA, went smoothly according to the schedule of events and the responses from the school, teachers and students were very kind by appreciating and thanking the presence of the team of lecturers and students of the Department of Physics Education who came to SMA Negeri 3 Manokwari and also provided props to be used in teaching physics at school.

Abstract

The community is expected to be able to play a role as actors in health development in maintaining, maintaining and improving their own health status and playing an active role in realizing public health. This hope is realized if it can empower communities and families, especially mothers in terms of feeding infants and children. This is very important because the mother in carrying out her role in the family provides food with sufficient nutrition for children as an ingredient in the process of growth and development. The problems found in the field are very complex related to toddlers. This is due to the availability of affordable access to nutritious food and the absence of easy early detection/screening tools to detect children who are experiencing malnutrition. The role of cadres in posyandu activities has not been maximized in terms of weighing weight, TB in posyandu activities and the role of cadres in providing supplementary food which is done every 2 weeks by the Puskesmas is not consumed by children but consumed by other family members. Families are expected to be able to prepare their children thoroughly so that children will have good adaptability in their environment. The role of the family in parenting has an important role, providing stimulation through games is a good thing to improve children's gross motor skills, fine motor skills, social independence and language. This family empowerment activity is an effort to increase promotive and preventive efforts to strengthen the quality of childcare with the target of family services, in addition to counseling and education in terms of strengthening the quality of care so that access can be utilized by all families in Indonesia. Solutions offered Seminars and training on infant and child feeding education and training on responsive feeding, Anthropometric measurements as a tool for measuring growth in children. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge, willingness and skills of partners in terms of knowledge and skills regarding infants and children.

Abstract

Markaz Hadits (MH) is a foundation that provides religious education with a core curriculum of memorizing the Quran and Hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad, at the level of junior high school (Tsanawiyah) and senior high school (‘Aliyah). The Tahfiz boarding school of Markaz Hadits Bilal bin Rabah Aliyah Legok is located in the village of Cirarab, where many of the residents work in factories, as sand and gravel transporters, farmers, and others. The boarding school is situated on a waqf land of approximately 800m2 with a mosque, classrooms, dormitories for students and teachers, as well as the school principal's residence. The mosque is the main facility for students to perform their worship and activities, and it also serves as a place of worship for the surrounding community. It is also a venue for conducting studies or lectures by speakers or teachers from various fields of knowledge, for students, the local community, as well as the school's mentors and supporters. To support these activities, a good audio sound system is required to amplify the adhan and other announcements, as well as for other activities. Therefore, an indoor and outdoor speaker system with optimal power and proper direction and placement is needed. The larger the space, the greater the power requirements, but it is important to consider power distribution. It is better to place several smaller speakers at specific points rather than one large speaker at a single point, and a suitable power amplifier to use is the Toa power amplifier. Abstract

The problem faced by the Nen Dit Sakmas Community Wain Village is that they still have the mindset to use conventional promotions in today's digital era. Related to that, the purpose of this community service activity is to seek mindset transformation so that this community can switch to using social media promotions. The effort is carried out by applying the method of public education by means of outreach, knowledge and understanding of the importance of promotion through social media with its advantages is conveyed to this community. Therefore, through this activity it is hoped that there will be a transformation from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset so that this community can use social media and can compete with other MSMEs.

Abstract

KWT (Women Farmers Group) in Japuhan Hamlet, Sidomulyo Village, Bambanglipuro District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province (hereinafter referred to as KWT Japuhan) have not processed and reused the inorganic and organic waste they produce from household waste. The main business of KWT Japuhan is growing vegetables for the needs of its members. Fertilizing plants in KWT Japuhan is done with chemical fertilizers and chemical drugs, this can lead to an unhealthy environment and increased costs which ultimately reduce income. Community service is aimed at solving the problem of increasing the efficiency of KWT Japuhan with lectures on organic and inorganic waste management. The activity was carried out on October 23 2022 at KWT Japuhan, attended by 40 participants. 26 samples were taken. The results showed that the KWT Japuhan participants were very interested in organic waste management through composting and inorganic waste management through the 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).

Abstract

The Village Office is the service center in the Village, being the center of all activities in the Village, whether in the areas of Government, Empowerment, Development or Coaching, all centered at the Village Office. The existence and condition of a village office can reflect the identity of the village itself, it is not uncommon for people to look at the office alone to determine the value of a village as a whole. Because of this, it would not be wrong for the village administration to program the construction of a proper office. A proper office is an office that is good for service and provides a sense of comfort for every resident who wants to report or simply requests mailing services and is able to make village employees feel at home at work. This service activity was carried out for two weeks from January 18-31 2023 at Lamomea village, Konda sub disctrict, South Konawe regency and involving Civil Engineering students at the University of Southeast Sulawesi and community participation.

Abstract

Desa Oebelo merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Amanuban Selatan Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS). Lokasi desa ini berada di pinggir jalan negara yang menghubungkan Kota Kupang dengan Kabupaten TTS dan Kabupaten Malaka. Persoalan utama yang ditemukan Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di desa Oebelo yakni belum adanya peraturan desa yang dapat mewajibkan warga desa untuk menertibkan ternaknya. Hal ini menimbulkan terjadinya kasus/keributan antar warga desa terkait hewan yang memakan/merusak tanaman produktif warga desa lainnya. Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bermitra dengan Pemeritah Desa Oebelo dan menghasillan output 1 (satu) Draft Peraturan Desa tentang Penertiban Pemeliharaan Ternak yang akan membantu Pemerintah dan Mayarakat Desa menyelesaikan semua persoalan yang terjadi selama ini. Peraturan Desa ini akan direview kembali oleh Bagian Hukum Pemerintah Kabupaten TTS dan apabila tidak terdapat kesalahan maka akan disahkan langsung oleh Kepala Desa Oebelo sepengetahuan Camat Amanuban Selatan

Abstract

Dalam rangka usaha mencegah dan menanggulangi terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait dengan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yaitu, Undang-Undang No 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu dilakukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait dengan undang-undangan tersebut. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (domestic violence) merupakan isu yang telah berabad-abad akibat konsep budaya patriakhi yang kini sudah menjadi isu global. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga sebenarnya dapat menjadikan siapapun dalam keluarga sebagai korban. Permasalahan yang ditemukan oleh tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat Desa Oelomin berkaitan dengan penerapan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan Sosialisasi Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004) di Desa Oelomin, Kecamatan Nekamese, Kabupaten Kupang.
