Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe fundamental analysis with price earning ratio approach as a decision making tool of shares at fund market. The samples which are used in this research are 16 companies.  Hypothesis on this research is there is no significant different between intrinsic value and shares market value that notified with Ho and there is significant different between intrinsic values and shares price value that notified with Ha.  The criterion of the test is compared between Z test value and Z table. The research showed that the companies which have shares market price that lower than intrinsic value are 5 of 16 companies or 31, 25. The rest, 11 of 16 companies or 68, 75%, is vice versa. By using Wilcoxon signed rank test t method, Z-test is 2,023 to shares market price < intrinsic value and Z-value was 1, 96 (a = 0, 05). As 2,023 and 2,934 > 1,96,  it is concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted that means that there is significantly different between shares market price and intrinsic value, so that it will be usefull for investor as a decision making at money market. Kata Kunci :  investasi, nilai intrinsik, nilai pasar saham.

Abstract

There are many indicators in measuring a company’s performance. The two of them are the fundamental analysis and the technical analysis. By using these analyses, this research evaluated the performance of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, as a go public agricultural company listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. The period used in this case was in 2006. The result showed that this company has a great performance. In the fundamental analysis, its condition of a good finance was shown through the best ratio in debt to equity ratio, return on asset, net profit margin, and operating profit margin. The return on equity was also in a great ratio although it’s still under other company’s ratio. In the other hand, using the technical analysis, its stock’s price fluctuated in a great movement following the composite index, which showed that the company had a positive respond to the market. Meanwhile, its rate of return and risk were in a prospective position. Its rate of return was the highest return in its sub sector and its rate of risk was the lowest one. Based on the result from this research, investors should not hesitate in having investment in PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk., because this company is prospective enough as one of the stock investment choices. Kata Kunci: pengembalian, risiko, saham

Abstract

Coffee is an agriculture commodity which is has very important meaning for economic in  Lampung.  Based on acreage, coffee plantation in Lampung effort by the most of people traditional farming.   This research was conduct to identify the factors which was influence coffee  production and then to determine coffee production response.  Production, acreage, and productivity condition of coffee on the time series data was analysis with ordinary last square for production elasticity . The analysis showed that  production elasticity value was more than one (EQ,P = 1,349). These condition mean coffee production was responsive with the domestic price change.  If there were coffee domestic price changing will  followed by coffee  production response. While the factors which influence coffee acreage were the last year domestic price, climate,and  the acreage on the year before.  Then, the productivity of coffee determined by three year ago domestic price, coffee acreage, climate, and last year coffee productivity.  Kata Kunci:  respon produksi, luas areal tanam, produktivitas harga domestic,                       elastisitas produksi

Abstract

This research was due to know which Polinela tofu production was feasible in marketing aspect or not.  The marketing aspect describes market condition including the potential market, market segmentation, marketing target and market opportunity.  The analysis approached by quantitative and qualitative  descriptive methode.  Based on the marketing analysis, Polinela tofu was feasible at potensial market, marketing target, and market segmented. Kata Kunci:   kelayakan pasar,  potensi pasar, sasaran, dan segmentasi pasar.

Abstract

The gool of this research is to calculate the total of cost, total of revenue and advantage of effort, determining amount of tired output time and of condition BEP, determining influence of price change of output and input to amount output and assess the BEP, and also determine the amount produce the minimum and price sell normal. Research at home industry in Sidorahayu Punggur Lampung Tengah with the method survai.  Result of research indicate that the mean produce the soybean cake reach 8.919,53 cutting per day, at the price of selling soybean cake of mean Rp 71,18,- per cutting, Advantage obtained in home industry know equal to Rp 1.913.343,98,- per month, with the total expense equal to Rp 17.373.060,38,-. per month. Condition BEP reached at the time of home industry productive soybean cake equal to 96.080,23 cutting per month, and sell the output of equal to Rp 6.838.849,77 per month. If producer wish the profit of equal to 30 % from total expense hence minimum sale have to reach 630.088,23 cutting per month or Rp 44.832.406,43 per month. Price sell normal if producer wish the profit 30% total expense equal to Rp 84,40,00. If input price go up 15 % and price output remain to hence home industry at condition do not profit. Kata Kunci:  Pedapatan, Titik Impas, Industri rumahtangga

Abstract

This research was conduct to know the factors influencing household economic decision in production for aquaculture and family income.  The economic model was build at simultaneous econometric model through by Statistical Analysis System (SAS).  The farmer household usually got family income from aquaculture and another.  Aquaculture production depended on seed cost, feeding cost, and family labor allocation.  Based on the elasticity value, the aquaculture production was not responsive to independent variable which is influenced it.  Aquaculture income influenced by aquaculture production, aquaculture cost production, and age of respondent. Based on the elasticity value, the aquaculture income was responsive to aquaculture production and aquaculture cost production.  Another family income influenced by age, education, and labor of family allocation.  Based on the elasticity value, another family income was responsive to education and labor of family allocation. Kata kunci: keputusan ekonomi, produksi, pendapatan dalam usaha, Pendapatan luar usaha

Abstract

The watering of plants seeds could be carried out automatically by using technology development of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). PLC is a control system that can be programmed in controlling and organizing the watering of plants seeds. It is also can be arranged according to the need of water in each step of seed growth until the plants completed mature. By using sensor to measure the water humidity and timing program to organize water pump in controlling watering process so that the seeds are not water accessed, therefore the seeds growth could be optimal. Kata Kunci:  PLC, penyiraman bibit tanaman

Abstract

Strategi belajar adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan dalam menguasai bahasa asing. Dari penelitian yang sudah pernah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa Strategi Belajar Metacognitive terbukti efektif dalam proses penguasaan bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui frekuensi pemakaian strategi belajar metacognitive dan korelasi antara pemakaian strategi tersebut dan penguasaan bahasa Inggris siswa. Kuesioner yang dipakai untuk mengukur penggunaan Strategi Belajar Metacognitive diadaptasi dari Strategy Inventory for Language Learning (Rebecca L, Oxford 1998), sedangkan penguasaan bahasa Ingris siwa diukur melalui hasil semester tes. Data menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi yang signifikan antara Strategi Belajar metacognitive dan penguasaan bahasa Inggris siswa. Key words: metacognitive, correlation, English achievement
