Abstract

This research is based on the Regulation of the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2018 concerning Conformity Tests for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology One component that must be tested with a minimum passing standard of ≥ 100 lux at a distance of 100 cm. Data collection is obtained at the Calibration Agency to obtain accurate results. The purpose of this tool, the Lux Meter is equipped with a distance sensor to measure the light intensity of a collimator lamp with an intensity that must be ≥ 100 within a distance of 100 cm from the light source. So, making a tool that can be used to measure the amount of collimator illumination is accompanied by measuring the distance, so that it can ensure the results are in accordance with the limits that have been determined with a Lux Meter equipped with a distance sensor using the BH1750 module and the HC-SR04 module. For testing the tool made, it was compared with a Standard Lux Meter with the HIOKI brand, an average error value of 0.021 at a distance of 50cm, an error of 00.020 at a distance of 100cm, and an error of 0.022 was obtained, while for testing the distance sensor it was compared with a Standard Meter with the FLUKE brand. The average percentage error value is 0.002 at a distance of 50cm, an error of 0.011 at a distance of 100cm, and an error of 0.008 at a distance of 130cm.

Abstract

In this paper, a variety of data integration, cloud computing, and web services-related topics were discussed. The conversation covered the advantages of using cloud-based methods for cloud-based data integration, such as enhanced data accuracy and completeness, as well as the challenges and considerations that must be addressed. In addition, the significance of document integrity and the use of auto-enhance document tools to ensure data accuracy were emphasized. The paper also provided a broad overview of the subject, touching on a variety of aspects and providing insights into the potential of cloud-based data integration methods in the cloud industry.

Abstract

As an important means of sea transportation for the distribution of goods and human mobility between islands, ships require a reliable prime mover to avoid wear or damage, especially when overspeeding occurs which can result in fire. Therefore, a prototype was created that uses an IR Obstacle sensor to monitor the RPM speed of the rotating engine. By using Arduino Uno as a processor, this prototype is able to display the RPM value on the LCD and provide a signal in the form of a green light if the speed is below 4000 Rpm, as well as a red light and buzzer sound if overspeed occurs above 4000 Rpm, followed by the engine turning off after 15 seconds. Testing shows that this prototype has a high level of accuracy, with a difference between 0.08% to 2.73% and an average difference of 1.003%.

Abstract

Air pollution is a problem that needs attention because it can threaten human life. Many human activities cause air pollution. Especially in closed rooms such as ship engine rooms. Therefore, an air pollution detection tool is needed to determine the air pollution index in that place in order to maintain pollution levels below the threshold value. Therefore, it is necessary to have a tool to detect air pollution using the MQ-135 gas sensor to detect carbon dioxide (CO2) gas and TGS2106 to detect nitrogen dioxide (NO2) gas. The type of research method used is the experimental research method. After designing the tool, testing the tool, the air pollution detection system in the engine room wirelessly using the MQ135 and TGS2106 sensors based on LoRa Ra-02 had an average error rate of 1.3% for the MQ135 sensor reading while the TGS2106 sensor reading had an average level. -average error of 6%. Therefore, the Air Pollution Detection System in the Engine Room Wirelessly Using the MQ135 and TGS2106 Sensors Based on LoRa Ra-02 can work well.

Abstract

Inductive loads on ships are loads that cause the power factor value to move away from 1.00, especially if the addition of this type of load exceeds the standard and the load is installed unbalanced, it can worsen the power factor value. A low power factor value results in soaring current values and reactive power, which often results in cable insulation burning and reduced efficiency. The aim of this research is to create a tool that can automatically correct low power factor values using a Capacitor Bank, PZEM-004T sensor and ESP32 controller at certain inductive loads and can monitor and record electrical load parameter data from various areas on the ship online and offline. This research uses a trial and error method. Based on the test results, this tool can automatically improve the power factor value of inductive loads in the form of TL lamps and electro motors to above 0.90 and the working current value of TL lamps can be reduced from 0.30-0.31 A to 0.17-0.18 A. Electro motors experience a decrease in current from 0.74-0.76 A to 0.66-0.68 A. This tool is also equipped with a system for monitoring and recording load parameter data using Google Spreadsheet when an internet connection is available. If an internet connection is not available, the recording will be transferred using Micro-SD.

Abstract

This study investigates the benefits of augmented reality (AR) in the tourism industry and its impact on data security. The background of the research highlights that information technology is becoming increasingly important in the tourism industry, with augmented reality (AR) being a major focus for enhancing visitor experiences. In this context, concerns about user data protection arise since AR applications may require personal information such as user location and travel preferences. A comparative research method was used to compare two popular augmented reality (AR) applications: Smartify, Arts and Culture, Zome, Augmented Reality, Maps AR, Guideo, and AR Trial. The results indicate that most applications have adequate data security policies, including data transfer encryption and user control over their data. Zome was found to be the best in terms of data security and user privacy, scoring 90% in the assessment. This research underscores the importance of using AR applications to maintain data security and user privacy in the tourism industry and suggests further research to learn more about the data privacy practices of AR applications.

Abstract

In drinking water treatment plants, there is a coagulation unit that requires coagulant substances. Coagulant dosage determination can be done using the jartest method. By carrying out a jar test, the correct dose will be known so that the coagulation process runs well, and the use of coagulants can be optimized. This research was carried out by analyzing jartest results from the company's internal laboratory for one week with two variations in jartest times in one day. The raw water used comes from shipping rivers with a company production capacity of 500 l/second. The dosage of Aluminum Sulphate coagulant used in the field is 165 mg/l, while the jastest results show that the optimum dosage is 140 mg/l. This research is expected to provide scientific information regarding determining coagulant dosage at IPAM PT Hanarida Tirta Birawa which makes it easier for installation operators.

Abstract

The aim of limestone mining activities is to obtain the main raw material, namely limestone, which can then be used as a construction raw material such as cement. This data collection method is to collect primary data obtained from identifying activity locations and secondary data obtained from Journal Reviews and other scientific articles and then compiling them into a narrative. From the results of this analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive impact, namely the recruitment of workers from the local area and a negative impact, namely a decrease in ambient air quality, a decrease in water quality, soil erosion, disruption of flora and fauna and plant vegetation.

Abstract

Land cover is defined as the physical and biological cover of the earth's surface, both those formed naturally such as swamps, hills and rivers and those formed by man-made means such as rice fields, gardens, forests and buildings. As technology develops, conventional methods of satellite image processing are starting to be abandoned. This is because conventional methods require quite a long time to process satellite image data. The presence of Google Earth Engine (GEE), which is a cloud computing-based platform, makes it easier for users to process satellite image data boldly and for free. This research aims to classify satellite image land cover in the Trenggalek Regency area, East Java. The level of accuracy in this study uses a confusion matrix. The accuracy test results show a value of 90.23%.

This research employs a quantitative research methods to analyze the important role of Public relations (PR) in building brand equity and the existence of Wuling Air EV electric car products in Indonesia. In an era that increasingly emphasizes environmental issues, the automotive industry is turning to environmentally friendly vehicles such as electric cars. Wuling, as a newcomer in this market, faces challenges in building consumer trust and competing with established brands. Through effective PR strategies, such as media relations, digital campaigns, and active participation in social media, Wuling strives to increase brand awareness, positive image, and customer loyalty. With a focus on educating consumers about the benefits of electric vehicles, Wuling Air EV is expected to maintain and strengthen its position in the competitive automotive market.
