TVRI (Televisi Republik Indonesia) seeks to provide wise information for the public. However, because in the current era of the rapid rise of the media industry, it is very important that the TVRI Public Broadcasting Institution re-emerges before the public with a new identity as a counterweight and news highlight that is able to voice community rights and promote cultural values and local wisdom. In rebranding, there are a number of things carried out by LPP TVRI namely implementing the Power Marketing mindset, which lies in 3 keys, first moving is done before TVRI rebranding can be passed from Kepsta, starting to form a small team for rebranding preparation. Second, Caring (caring) by involving every community and having innovation in developing companies such as the emergence of a new program ‘’ Good Morning East Java ‘’ which has the aim to greet residents and serve the East Java people. Third, Innovation is an effort of LPP TVRI to produce new products and innovations to move forward with the aim of being an institution that has a vision and mission for unifying the nation. This can be seen in the change in the new logo, color and organizational culture.In the perspective of the Islamic Media Industry, Islam is a religion that strongly advocates for creating brotherhood and unity of various differences. TVRI as public television also implements as its slogan the unifying media of the nation, naturally responsible as a media that is able to disseminate interesting information with the aim of being a media that is able to serve the public so as to create brotherhood.

Social media as a medium of information and public communication at this time, became a medium of propaganda for preachers to deliver their propaganda widely. People who need a self-image that can get people and their preaching can be easily accepted by the community (mad’u). How does a preacher break his image involved in social media, how the preacher prepares the image before Mad’u (the area behind the stage), how the preacher displays the image before Mad’u (front stage area), and How Da’i denied his popularity in the community as a trust from what should be opposed to him in the mass media (out of the regional stage) into the formulation of the problem in this study. A preacher uses a variety of ways so that the purpose of his da’wah is successful. Self-image is used to attract the attention of the target of the Da’wah (mad’u). Before dealing with mad’u for da’wah, a preacher made some preparations to present a self-image that was confirmed before mad’u. Remember the full meaning of belief in him. Convincing self-image approved by the preacher, it will give a positive impression also by mad’u. Convincing here, it can be seen from the attitudes, clothes, and sayings of the preacher. A preacher needs that trust to succeed in carrying out his da’wah. In addition, the preacher also received various benefits both material and immaterial obtained.

The application of regional languages in the news program Kampung Corner JTV is interesting to serve as a study material, where news program Corner Kampung JTV is using the Java Regional Timuran with a “Suroboyo-an” dialect in the news. The uniqueness of the language of Suroboyo-an, which is the local culture of East Java, is packed in a news theme of crime information and the latest info that became one of the Kampung Corner program in JTV. The purpose of this study for: 1). Describe and analyze the communication style from news program “Kampung Kampung” JTV in text level. 2). Describe and analyze the communication style of production the news program message “Kampung Kampung” JTV in the context level. 3). Describe and analyze the communication style of message reception of news program “Kampung Kampung” JTV among East Java society in context level. Aspect of communication in this study for reveal how communication styles are divided into two between high context communication with low context communication in Kampung JTV Corner program with the theory approach presented by Edward T. Hall (1976). The theory of communication style Edward T. Hall does have a close relationship with intercultural communication, it have relation to the mass media of its assessment with low and context context communication approach high. How the mass media perform their duties as a medium of information, convey information to the community with approaches that are closer and friendlier to the culture adopted by the local community. The approach of the theory of message production uses the theory of the construction of social reality which divides into three concepts, namely Externalization, Objectivation, Internalization which is deliver by Peter L. Berger (1966) and also the approach of message reception which divides the three positions, dominant position, oppositional position and negotiation position delivered by Stuart Hall (1980), they will be used by writers to know the production and reception of messages in mass communication news program “Kampung Kampung” JTV in text and context level. This research uses Qualitative method with single case study approach in Kampung Corner program. The research location is located at Surabaya JTV Office. This research was also conducted in Eastern part of East Java (etan) which is Surabaya City and West Java area of West (Kulon) Ponorogo City. 1) the results of the visual and verbal images of the village corner using low context communication style (low context communication) on the message of the crime theme and the latest news 2). Producing contextlevel messages using the construction of social reality with the concept of Internalization on the message of the crime theme and the latest info happening through the language in everyday life that is packed in news programs corner of the village of JTV. Language reflects reality, but simultaneously can create reality, 3). Acceptance of context-level messages visually and verbally news program corner of the village of JTV among the people of East Java Etanan easily accepted and in the East Java community Kulonan use of vocabulary in the Corner Kampung impressed not polite. For the future it is expected that have a cultural communication approach in mass communication to explore communication styles related to message production and message reception of television programs among the people of East Java. And with other methods approach, such as approach of quantitative method or mix method to get the result by data and wide sample. In order that the results of further research will be used as a strong basis valid and can be tested the truth or can made reference by data and methodology.

The media has a very an important role in the lives of Indonesian. Some of news as a public comsumption, including corona virus. The information is necessary for in- dept analysis related how the role of media for people on the issue of the virus corona. This research uses a mixed method, by distributing Google forms and by phone interviews to people who live in 6 provinces which have a total of 50 cases exposed to the corona virus in Indonesia, including DKI Jakarta, East Java, Central Java, West Java, Banten and South Sulawesi. The results showed that the media has a major influence on people's lives, as especially internet media which is the most widely used media for people to find information about the corona virus and educate citizen about physical distancing and provide solutions to prevent corona virus. Both female and male participants in 6 provinces have the same opinion about the important role of the media in campaigning for physical distancing as an effort to prevent transmission of the corona virus. Utilization of communication technology when used as a complement to direct face-to-face learning has a very positive impact, making it easier for students and teachers to maximize the learning process. But during the Covid-19 Pandemic the use of communication technology in the whole learning process caused various problems and obstacles. Research is needed on how much influence the ability of students to operate communication technology, how the socialization of learning through communication technology at the time of the Covid-19 epidemic and the support of families and teachers on active learning in the Covid-19 pendemi period. This research uses explanative quantitative methods which are analyzed using Rogers Innovation Diffusion theory. Data analysis using Linear Regression Test. The results of the study showed a significant influence of the three independent variables, namely the ability to use communication technology (X1), online learning media socialization (X2) and family and teacher support (X3) together on student activity (Y). The magnitude of the effect is 54.8% and is positive. This means that the higher the value of the three independent variables, the better the student's activeness in learning. In this study also there is still 45.2% the influence of other variables on student activity during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Easy access to social media has several impacts that can harm others. Irresponsible people are now abusing the freedom of expression, for example, the spread of fake news or hoaxes. Even though the government has made regulations and threats, it does not provide a deterrent effect for the perpetrators. This hoax news is intentionally created to influence or change the perception of readers. Surabaya is one of the cities where the majority of the population has access to social media, especially for today's youth. This study focuses on how hoax news on social media affects the mindset of adolescents in Surabaya and how adolescents respond to hoax news in social media. This study uses a qualitative method with Habermas's public space theory approach. The results showed that the emergence of hoax news can influence the views of Surabaya teenagers regarding the object being reported, then when spreading fake news or hoaxes, they do not do editing first, and there are several factors that influence teenagers to spread fake news, namely, for fun, share information and think that the news obtained is important news for other readers.

This research contains the analysis behind Jokowi's annoyance in the Mata Najwa program in Trans7. It was through the Mata Najwa television program that the various meanings of Najwa Shihab as the host of the Mata Najwa talk show brought several invited guests to discuss the intentions related to the President's anger. The theory used in this research is symbolic interaction theory related to symbolic meaning in the process of interaction between one individual and another. Then Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis is used to reveal the meaning of denotation, connotation and myth in the existing shows. The results showed that the president in his speech used a lot of diction choices which negated the existence of a warning for his ministers.

The process of mass communication is a reality experienced by society so that it will follow the ideology and political system adopted in the country where it lives. Every country has an ideology that is adhered to as values and principles that serve as guidelines in achieving national ideals. The ideology of a country ultimately determines the political system that is practiced in the life of the nation and state. People who live in a country must be guided by the ideology set. The state ideology becomes the values that are practiced and shared together in daily life, including in the process of mass communication. In the current political mass communication system it should have the potential to become the fourth power and pillar of democracy in a country's political system. Namely the mass media that play an important role as the fourth estate. The process of mass communication takes place in the flow of the country's political system, seen from the perspective of the Four Theories of the Pres and Three Models of Media and Politics, democracy can develop according to the theory of libertarian theory and social responsibility in the four theories of the press, as well as liberal and corporate democracy in the three models of media and politics. Which is the important role of the mass media as the fourth estate can be realized. Whereas in a country that adheres to a media and political system according to authoritarian theory, the soviet communist theory and the pluralist pluralist model are not possible. Although the process of mass communication can play its role as the fourth estate in the realm of democracy, but there are serious challenges that must be faced, namely media conglomeration.

Covid19 has been declared a pandemic by WHO (World Healthy Organization). Its rapid spread makes the government give orders for Work From Home and Study From Home. The number of activities carried out at home makes many people use social media with increasing duration. Covid19 coverage circulated was offered more than any other news. This makes the user experience a change of mindset to action and makes the writer interested in examining the impact of covid19 reporting on social media on community behavior in the Kemuning hamlet of Lirboyo, Kediri. To analyze these problems the writer uses a qualitative suppressor with descriptive analysis and uses social media theory as well as behavior theory. The purpose of this research is to describe the impact of covid19 reporting on social media on community behavior in the Kemuning sub-village of Lirboyo, Kediri. The main source of data from the results of interviews and also books and journals. Repeated news about covid19 and the enormous impact on change ranging from social and economic to make people aware that this virus is very dangerous. In addition, the community feels anxiety because of the increasing number of patients and other factors. Covid19 news is always updated. This behavior change appears in the yellow environment. In this case the community has a good mindset following the government's recommendations, starting from washing their hands after their activities outside the home, seen from many water boxes and hand washing soap in front of the house. Besides that, the people of the town of Kediri also wear masks when they are outside, even though they are not too far away. So in reporting covid19 on social media has positive and negative psychological and behavioral impacts.

This study aims to discuss aspects in sentence production including the phenomena of various types of silence and errors in the production of sentences (speaking) that occur in the speaker (public speaking), the factors that cause silence and errors in sentence production, the relationship between the phenomena of silence. with the memory usage process, and the things the speaker needs to pay attention to (public speaking) to avoid silences and mistakes in speaking (sentence production). This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The results showed that in the speech activities carried out by public speaking, there were various forms of silence and tongue twitching caused by certain factors.
