Abstract

This study sampled all the treasurers and the board items within Health Officeof ButonUtara District.This research aims to investigate: (1) the influence of role conflict on role ambiguity of treasurers,managers, and storages of goods, (2) the influence of role conflict and role ambiguity on theperformance of treasurers, managers, and storages of goods, and (3) the influence of social capitalas moderating on role of conflict and role of ambiguity on the performance of treasurers, managers,and storages of goods. Data were analyzed by Visual Partial Least Square (VPLS) technique. Theresults showed that the role conflict affected the performance of the employees with negative effects.Moreover, the role conflict also affected the role ambiguity but the role ambiguity did not affect theperformance of the employees. Moderating variable of social capital can weaken the influence of therole conflict on the performance of the employees. However, social capital was not a moderation ofthe relationship between role ambiguity and the performances of the employees.Keywords: Role Ambiguity, Role Conflict, Performance, Social Capital

Abstract

Theaims of the study are to examine and analyze the impact of variables: Budgetary Participationand Performance internal control of working units, the budget commitment and performance workunit area. This research was conducted with the census method by distributing questionnaires to 64people were selected as sample. The results of the study research show that budgetary participationsignificantly has a positive impact ont he budget commitments, budget participation significantly hasa positive impact onthe performance ofthe work unit area. Abstract

This study aims to development a model of human resources performance improvement in populationand civil registration offices of Kendari. In this regard, research tried to examine how the variables ofknowledge, skills, attitudes, and human resources abillity affect the human resoures of performanceimprovement at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Kendari. This study used 52sample which calected by sensus method, and PLS has been used to analysis. The results of thestudy show that : (1) knowledge has a positive effect on human resources abillity, (2) skills has apositive effect on the human resources of abillity, (3) attitude has a positive influence on the humanresources of ability, (4) knowledge is not a influence on the human resources of performance, (5)skills has a positive effect on the human resources of performance, (6) attitude has a positive effecton the human resources of performance, and (7) the ability of human resources has a positive effecton the human resources of performance.Keywords: Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Human Resources of Abillity, dan Human Resources ofPerformance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influences of person job fit, and achievement motivation,on professional competence to increase SDM performance moderated by work monitoring. Usingthese variables, the usage of these variables are able to solve the arising problem within employeesresidences of Kabupaten Semarang. Statement of this problem is how increase SDM performance?.The samples size of this research is 105 employees residences of Kabupaten Semarang. Using theStatistical Package Social Science (SPSS). The results show that person job fit, and achievementmotivation, on professional competence to increase SDM performance moderated by work monitoring.The effect of person job fit on achievement motivation are significant; The effect of person job fiton professional competence are significant; The effect of achievement motivation on professionalcompetence are significant; work monitoring moderating influence professional competence on SDMperformance are significant..Keywords: person job fit, achievement motivation, professional competence and SDMperformance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the relationship of Islamic Work Ethics, Intrinsic Motivationand Cultural Islamic School on human performance and to develop models of human performanceimprovement based Islamic work ethic, Intrinsic Motivation and Islamic School Culture in SMA IslamSultan Agung Semarang. The population in this study is high school teachers in Islam SMA IslamSultan Agung Semarang which sample is 84 teachers. The data analysis uses Partial Least Square(PLS). These results indicate that: 1) the work ethic of Islam has significant positive effect on theculture of Islamic schools 2) Intrinsic motivation has significant positive effect on the culture of Islamicschools. 3) Islamic work ethic has significant positive effect on performance. 4) Intrinsic motivationhas significant positive effect on performance. 5) Cultural Islamic school has significant positiveeffect on performance.Keywords: Islamic work ethic, intrinsic motivation, Culture Islamic schools and Performance.

Abstract

Perilaku proaktif dipandang sebagai prilaku antisipatif dengan tujuan untuk mempengaruhi diri sendiriatau lingkungan kerja, yang bermanfaat bagi organisasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji modelempirik pengembangan motivasu intrinsik yang berbasis pda ketrampilan dan pengalaman menujupeningkatan prilaku proaktif. Masalah penelitian diajukan untuk mengetahui bagaiman prosespeningkatan prilaku proaktif. Atas dasar ini diajukan model teoritis, dan enam hipotewsis untuk diujidengan teknik analisis menggunakan SPSS. Responden study ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap diPT Citra Jepara Sebanyak 110 orang, metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara sensus.Kata kunci: variasi ketrampilan, pengalaman kerja, motivasi intrinsik.

Abstract

And the statistical The increasement of diverse statistical data requests at the same time and with thesupport of limited human resources lead to a high volume of work in the BPS. Those conditions leadto work overload that induce the job burnout. Some of the factors generate the workload pressureare the differences of operational and procedure standard between local goverments and the BPSadministration descriptive create so many differences in product administration and procedures,statistical data officer are dealing with the data which are coverage in a very large scope area,dealing with the uncooperative respondents, and the most severe problem is the deadline ofthe result. This explanatory study aims to examine how to mute the job burnout in the context ofsupervisory support. The population in this study are 112 responden come from BPS Cilacap,Kebumen regency, Magelang regency, Tegal regency, Klaten regency, Kudus and Semarang, usingsampling techniques incidental then the data were analyzed by partial least squares analysis. Theresults of data analysis can be concluded that supervisory support will affect the willingness of humanresourcesto encounter job demands. No significant effect psychological capital on job burnout.Jjobdemands has significant correlation with job burnout. Supervisory support did not moderate therelationship of psychological capital on job burnout. Supervisory support moderate the relationshipof psychological capital on job burnout.Keywords: supervisory support, job demands, Psychological capital, job burnout.
