Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture, content strategy,organizational performance either partially or simultaneously to a competitive advantage in PTIndomaret. The method of research using multiple regression analysis with enter method, this researchwas conducted on the territory of Boja and Kendal. The results showed that organizational culturesignificant positive effect on the performance of the organization, content strategy bersignifikan alsoa positive effect on the performance of the organization, and organizational performance significantpositive effect on competitive advantage. In the first equation 76.2%, the variation can be explainedby the performance of the organization by the variable of organizational culture and content strategy,while the second equation 70% of the variation can be explained by the competitive advantage of theorganization’s performance.Keywords: competitive advantage, the company’s performance, organizational culture, contentstrategy.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze; (1) the impact of social capital towards knowledgesharing activities, (2) the impact of social capital and knowledge sharing toward innovation, and (3)the impact of social capital, knowledge sharing, and innovation toward human resource performance.This study used 57 employees from the administration staffs of IAIN Walisongo Semarang as sample.The findings shows that (1) social capital has a positive impact on knowledge sharing and innovation,(2) social capital and knowledge sharing have no positive impact on human resource performance,(3) social capital and knowledge sharing may have a positive impact on human resource performanceonly through innovation, (4) innovation has a positive impact on human resource performance.Keywords: Social Capital, Knowledge Sharing Activities, Innovation, Human Resource Performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the effect of optimal multicultural contact students andexpectancy disconfirmation on the development of cultural intelligence (CQ). This study also examinesthe effect of expectation disconfirmation as intervening variable on the relationship between optimalmulticultural contact student and the development of cultural intelligence (CQ). Moreover, to examinethose variables, researches was using students that consists of Tolaki, Muna, Bugis, Buton , Java,Bungku, Tator, Makassar, Wolio, Manado, Wawonii, Menui and China. Furthermore, in taking samplethe researcher was used census method with spread questioners to 119 respondents which all ofthem are the students of Magister Management 4th semester at Sultan Agung Islamic University.Meanwhile, the technique of analysis data was used SPSS. The results indicate that optimalmulticultural contact students and expectancy disconfirmation influenced the development of culturalintelligence (CQ) significantly. Abstract

This research purpose to conduct a description and analysis of the influence of self-efficacy, training,academic achievement of the performance of lecturers by inserting variable of organizational cultureas a moderating variable. Samples taken as many as 72 of the 262 lecturers with Random Proportionaltechnique. The result have shown that self-efficacy and academic achievement significantlyinfluence the performance of lecturers, while training does not affect the performance of the lecturer.Organizational culture does not strengthen the influence of self-efficacy and performance training forlecturers.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Training, Academic Achievement, Organizational Culture, LecturerPerformance.

Abstract

Puskesmas as the forefront of the basic health measures implementation. Puskesmas has anobligation to provide optimum service for the community. We often heard criticism and condemnationfrom various society to the system of health care in Puskesmas which are less professional andless empathy in implementing health care programs to the community. This explanatory researchexamines the influence of procedural justice and affective commitment to the performance of thehuman resources wuth the moderation effect of supervision in accredited Puskesmas in Jepara,Mlonggo, Welahan I, Welahan II. Using SEM PLS analytical system to examine 109 responden withsampling methode “sensus” This study procedural justice has a significant positive effect on affectivecommitment of human resources, procedural justice has no significant effect on the performance ofHR, affective commitment significant effect on the performance of human resources, supervisiondoes not moderate the relationship affective commitment and performance of human resources.This study has low value of R Square, where the variation of affective commitment can only bedescribed procedural justice by 20.6% while 79.4% is explained by variations in other variables notincluded in the model, and performance variation can be explained procedural justice and affectivecommitment amounted to 25.9%, while 74.1% of the variation is explained by other variables wichwere not included in the model so that it will be needed to include other dependent variables ascontrol variables to be able to describe the problem.Keywords: prosedural justice, supervision, affective commitment, and human resourcesperformance.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to describe and analyze: 1) the effect of marketing relation onthe Positioning, 2) the effect of marketing relation on marketing performance, and 3) the effect ofpositioning on marketing performance. The population in this study is outlet agent of PT. Coca -Cola as a distributor of Coca- Cola products in the area of West Java, part of Tambun, Cibitung,and Cikarawang. The sample consists of 54 people who were selected using non-probabilitymethod, that is purposive sampling method. The data in this research is primary data obtained fromquestionnaires distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS).Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be drawn a few conclusions, such as 1)there is a positive significant influence of marketing relation on positioning, 2) there is no significantinfluence of marketing relation on performance marketing, and 3) there is a positive and significantinfluence of the positioning on performance marketing.Keywords: Marketing Relation, Positioning, Marketing Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine, describe, and analyze the effect of experience and education toprofessional competencies; to examine, describe, and analyze the effect of education, experienceand professional competencies to the performance of human resources; and to develop a frameworkof increasing human resources performance based on professional competence, education, andexperience. Census method was carried out as the sampling methods.There were 57 subjects, allsubjects were civil servants. The analysis was performed to test the validity of hypothesis using pathanalysis from Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The result showedthat: higher education leads to better performance of human resources; more experienceleads to better performance of human resources; higher professional competence leads to betterperformance of human resources; higher education leads to the higher professional competencies;and more experience leads to higher professional competencies.Keyword : Human resources performance, education, experience and professional competencies.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to test and analyze Performance Based human ResourcesPattern of Smart Working and Quality Communication with Moderation Controlling (Studies inFunctional Extension in Women Empowerment and Family Planning Batang) the total sample of75 people. Data collection techniques was done by the technique of “census”. Tests using Analysisof Partial Least Square (PLS). The research concludes that the communication quality is higher,the higher the performance of human resources. Patterns smart working is higher, the higher theperformance of human resources. The higher the communication quality, the higher the performanceof human resources without moderation controlling. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the human resource performance through psychology capitalimplementation and quality of work life and examine the effect of psychology capital to humanresource performance which moderates the organizational service climate in service unit of BPMPPTand DPPKAD Jepara-Central Java, and the difference of psychology capital, quality of work life,organizational service climate and performance among service. The analysis technique is doneby using Partial Least Square (PLS) and t-test. The Results show that psychology capital has apositive significant influence on the quality of work life of and has a positive significant impact on theperformance, but quality of work life has no influence on the performance and there no influence oforganizational service climate in moderating performance. Result of t-test mean indicate that thereis difference of psychology capital among human resource service of service unit BPMPPT andDPPKAD Jepara, and there is a difference in organizational service climate among human resourceservice of service units of BPMPPT and DPPKAD Jepara, but there is no quality difference of worklife of among human resource service of service units of BPMPPT and DPPKAD Jepara, and thereno difference of performance of human resource service of service units of BPMPPT and DPPKADJepara.Keywords: psychology capital, quality of work life, organizational service climate, and humanresource performance.

Abstract

This research is designed to examine the effect of organizational culture and job involvement on humanresource performance through OCB-altruism in DPRD Secretariat of Kolaka Regency of South EastSulawesi. After distributing relevant questionnaires among 72 employees, all usable questionnairesare returned. Then the data collected are analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling withSmartPLS verse 3. Research results show that no significant direct effect between organizationalculture and human resource performance, but an indirect effect between organizational culture andhuman resource performance with OCB-altruism acting as a mediator. Furthermore job involvementnot only has a positive significant effect on OCB-altruism, but also on human resource performance.While OCB-altruism also has a positive significant effect on human resource performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Involvement, OCB-altruism, Human Resource Performance
