Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding of the use of Microsoft Excel as a digital innovation in optimizing the management of student-owned businesses. The methods used in this community service are Microsoft Excel training, Q&A sessions, discussions and evaluations. Based on the results of the Q&A assessment and direct application usage practice activities, it is known that out of 30 student participants, 15 students (50%) understand basic accounting concepts and can record in Microsoft Excel, 6 people (20%) already understand basic accounting concepts but have not been able to record in Microsoft Excel, and 9 people (30%) still do not understand the concept of basic accounting recording. The results of the training also showed that most students had not previously optimized technology in business management, and still used manual recording or were not documented at all.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide comprehensive education and understanding regarding the inheritance rights of orphans at the Dapur Dhuafa Indonesia Foundation, Kunciran Indah, Pinang District, Tangerang City. The activity methods used included problem identification, socialization through legal counseling, and evaluation of participants' understanding. The results of the activity showed that participants gained increased knowledge regarding the inheritance rights of orphans, inheritance distribution mechanisms according to the Compilation of Islamic Law, and legal steps that can be taken in the event of a dispute. Supporting factors for the activity included the active participation of the foundation's management and the enthusiasm of the participants, while obstacles that emerged were the participants' limited initial understanding and the lack of legal documents related to the heir's assets. With this assistance, it is hoped that the inheritance rights of orphans can be better protected, and the surrounding community will become more aware of the need to participate in protecting and fighting for their rights

Abstract

This community outreach program aims to increase awareness and the role of parents, particularly mothers, in creating a safe, friendly, and supportive environment for children's growth and development. This outreach program is motivated by the increasing risk of violence and neglect against children in the family and community. The methods used include a participatory approach through counseling and outreach. The results of the program indicate that participants experienced an increased understanding of the concept of a child-friendly environment and strategies for preventing and addressing it within the family environment. This activity also fostered a collective commitment among mothers to monitor each other and create a safer social space for children

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve legal understanding, awareness of victims' rights, and orderly traffic behavior. The methods used are outreach and education. The results of the mentoring activities indicate an increase in understanding within a legally aware environment. This activity not only provides practical legal knowledge but also fosters social empathy and a sense of justice in students, as the younger generation plays a vital role in building a legal culture in society. Therefore, this mentoring program is expected to become a model for child legal empowerment in other regions, while also strengthening the legal protection system for accident victims

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted at Yayasan Lansia Bahagia Sejahtera, which hosts the Healthy Food community, consisting mostly of elderly members. The training aimed to teach participants how to cook healthy gluten-free noodles as an effort to promote better health. The activity was carried out through several stages, beginning with participant registration and the distribution of recipes, followed by an explanation of the theory and ingredients used. The session then continued with hands-on practice, accompanied by a question-and-answer session to ensure that participants could understand each step of the cooking process. An evaluation process was also conducted after the training by assessing the participants’ practical results at home.

Abstract

This community srvice program was conducted to enhance the competencies of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in implementing digital-based bookkeeping systems through the use of the BukuWarung application. The partner of this activity was Rumah Makan Prasmanan Emmy Saelan, located in Makassar, which previously recorded financial transactions manually without a standardized format. Such conditions resulted in low data accuracy, difficulties in monitoring cash flow, and limited information for managerial decision-making. The activity adopted a participatory and educational approach, actively engaging the partner in each stage, including needs assessment, socialization of the importance of digital bookkeeping, training in the BukuWarung application, guided practice, and evaluation. During the mentoring process, participants received hands-on assistance in operating the application, recording daily transactions, and generating automated financial reports. The results showed a significant improvement in the partner’s ability to perform regular financial recordings, categorize transactions properly, and prepare simple income statements. Beyond technical skill enhancement, the activity successfully fostered financial literacy awareness and encouraged the separation of personal and business finances. This program is expected to serve as a sustainable mentoring model for other MSMEs to adopt digital technology as a strategic instrument in strengthening financial governance and adapting to the digital economic transformation.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity aims to enhance the literacy of MSMEs in utilizing digital and social media platforms to promote their products, strengthen branding, and increase sales. UD. R3 Jaya Mobil, as one of the automotive businesses engaged in vehicle sales and maintenance services in Makassar, faces similar challenges. Based on initial observations, this business has significant market potential due to its strategic location and loyal customer base. The Digital Marketing Mentoring Program for Automotive Business Actors was successfully implemented with positive outcomes. Through participatory and applicative approaches, this activity succeeded in improving the partner’s knowledge, skills, and awareness of the importance of applying digital marketing strategies for business development. The business owner gained an understanding of the basic concepts of digital marketing, learned to manage business social media accounts, and utilized platforms such as Google Business Profile to expand customer react. The implementation of digital marketing strategies has proven effective in increasing business visibility, expanding the consumer network, and strengthening the brand image of UD. R3 Jaya Mobil amid the competitive automotive market. Moreover, this activity has encouraged business owners to become more adaptive to technological developments that characterize the digital economy era
