Entrepreneurship in shaping the character of students' economic independence is very important. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. In data collection procedures, observation, interviews and documentation methods are used. Meanwhile, technical data analysis uses qualitative data analysis (data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing) From the results of research in the field it was found that entrepreneurial students at the Raudlatut Thalabah Setail Islamic boarding school played an important role in establishing economic independence. So with entrepreneurship students can live economically independently, this is proven by students being able to meet their own needs such as eating, being able to pay Islamic boarding school sharia and even being able to save even though it is only five thousand rupiahs per day. There are supporting factors for the entrepreneurship of Raudlatut Thalabah Setail students, namely commitment, being serious, oriented to be superior and carried out continuously or istiqomah. Then for the inhibiting factors for the entrepreneurship of Raudlatut Thalabah Setail students, namely incompetence, lack of expertise in controlling finances, location that is less strategic and less serious in running their business.

This research was conducted to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction and intention to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This study uses a quantitative survey method as its methodology. Up to 30 students from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN SMH BANTEN have responded to the survey. Statistical techniques for descriptive and inferential analysis were used to examine the data obtained. The purpose of this research is to understand how customers' interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is influenced by service quality. The research findings show that customers' interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is positively and significantly influenced by service quality. The relationship between customer interest in saving and the quality of services provided is moderate, which implies that the relationship is neither too strong nor too weak but nonetheless substantial. Customer interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is influenced by other variables of 71.5% of these variables, while the remaining 28.5% comes from service quality variables.

The online buying and selling dropship system is currently popular among the public. Buying and selling transactions in the dropship system involve suppliers, dropship sellers, and buyers. Dropship sellers acquire goods from suppliers and then sell them to consumers through social media platforms using technology. This study aims to identify the practice of dropship systems in online buying and selling transactions, as well as explore Islamic legal perspectives on the system in the context of online buying and selling transactions. Research methods that use library research are research approaches that rely on data sources from literature or written documents related to the object being studied. This method prioritizes the use of text and numerical data in the research process. Furthermore, this data is available in a ready-to-use form, without the need for additional processing. Furthermore, the condition of the data available within the library is not limited by space and time constraints. This study reveals that the practice of buying and selling transactions of the dropship system has fulfilled the provisions of the pillars of contract in a sharia perspective. In the perspective of Islamic law, it is legal and permissible to use the contract of greeting by complying with the terms and conditions applicable in the contract of greeting. To avoid gharar (uncertainty), a dropshipper must enter into an initial agreement with the supplier to guarantee and grant khiyar rights to the buyer to ensure the safety of the transaction and compliance with sharia principles in buying and selling.

Abstrak Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat pembangunan produktivitas kerja di Indonesia melalui agile organization perspektif al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) karena sumber datanya dari berbagai literatur seperti: al-Qur’an, tafsir al-Qur’an, jurnal-jurnal, dan buku mengenai produktivitas kerja yang dihubungkan dengan sistem kerja kontemporer (agile organization) dan dikaji menurut perspektif al-Qur’an. Hasil pembahasan bahwa Angka produktivitas di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, dilihat dari jumlah peningkatan jumlah penduduk bekerja dan penurunan angka pengangguran sejauh ini belum bisa mengcover penurunan angka kemiskinan. Peningkatan garis kemiskinan tersebut berarti menunjukkan nilai tekun atau jiwa produktivitas kerja Indonesia masih belum tinggi. Sementara ajaran Islam sangat komprehensif dalam mengatur aktivitas umatnya. Di samping memberikan kebebasan dalam melakukan suatu aktivitas juga memberikan batasan dalam pelaksanaannya. Sehingga dengan ada keduanya tercipta suatu keseimbangan. Sistem agile organization pada dasarnya sudah selaras dengan ajaran Islam (al-Qur’an) yakni jalinan kerjasama atau ta’awun yang sejatinya sudah ada sejak lama.

In the Indonesian context, social inequality is a serious problem, especially economic inequality that results in conflicts such as poverty. Lack of employment, especially as companies shift to advanced technologies, is one of the main factors leading to poverty and unemployment. This creates difficulties in access to education, health and nutrition, and lowers productivity. Islamic philanthropy offers concepts such as zakat, infaq, shadaqah and waqaf to address socio-economic disparities. However, there are several factors that hinder the development of the concept of Islamic philanthropy in Indonesia. One of them is the low level of public knowledge about the benefits and functions of Islamic philanthropy, as well as the high consumptive nature and lack of trust in philanthropic institutions. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research method by searching for journals that refer to Islamic philanthropy. This design was chosen because it allows researchers to find out the role of Islamic philanthropy in dealing with the socio-economic gap in Indonesia, by finding out what factors can hinder the development of the concept of Islamic philanthropy in Indonesia. Strategies to improve the effectiveness of Islamic philanthropy include more in-depth socialization of ZISWAF institutions and regulations, the establishment of more relevant regulations, and the development of innovative programs that focus on poverty alleviation in Indonesia.

Berpenampilan dengan baik merupakan suatu keinginan dari setiap kalangan manusia, khususnya bagi mahasiswa. Perkembangan fashion dari masa ke masa membuat mahasiswa mudah berganti-ganti dengan munculnya berbagai model fashion terbaru. Tanpa disadari orientasi terhadap fashion secara berlebihan menyebabkan munculnya pembelian kompulsif. Hal tersebut dapat berdampak pada diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi fashion secara parsial terhadap pembelian kompulsif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 74 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Ibrahimy Genteng berdasaran sampel random sampling, dengan kriteria mahasiswa angkatan 2017-2020. Pengujian statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dan R square. Pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan bantuan SPSS 18. Pada hasil perhitungan statistik ditemukan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh orientasi fashion terhadap pembelian kompulsif bahwa pada nilai thitung 3,681 > ttabel 1,993. Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana diperoleh Y=26,511+0,332, yang mana nilai konstan sebesar 26,511 dan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,332. Adapun hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa pembelian kompulsif dapat dijelaskan oleh orientasi fashion sebesar 15,8%, sedangkan 84,2% dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

This research aims to determine the influence of financial understanding and ability on Sharia capital market investment decisions of students majoring in Sharia Economics at IAI Ibrahimy Banyuwangi with a sample size of 31 students. The results of this research state that Investment Understanding (X1) has a positive effect on Investment Decisions (Y). This can happen because the calculated t value of 2.436 is greater than the t table value of 2.048 with a significance value of 0.021 which is smaller than 0.05. Financial Capability (X2) has no positive effect on Investment Decisions (Y). It can be seen from the calculated t value of 0.944 which is smaller than the t table value of 2.04841 with a significance value of 0.353 which is greater than 0.05. Investment Understanding (X1) and Financial Capability (X2) jointly influence Investment Decisions (Y). It can be seen that the calculated F value is 9.880 which is greater than the F table 3.35 with a significance value of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. Calculation of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) shows a value of 0.372 or 37.2%. This shows that the independent variables in this research, namely Investment Understanding (X1) and Financial Capability (X2), can only explain 37.2% of the dependent variable, namely Investment Decisions (Y), while the remaining 62.8% is explained or influenced by the variable others not included in this study.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya perilaku pedagang ayam potong di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam. Adanya pergeseran etika bisnis Islam pada transaksi jual beli yang dilakukan para pedagang ayam potong di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi menimbulkan kerugian bagi pihak lain, kerugian ini terjadi karena para pedagang Ayam Potong mengabaikan etika bisnis Islam dengan melakukan tindakan kecurangan dalam transaksi jual belinya dengan mengurangi timbangan atau takaran dan mengambil keuntungan yang tidak wajar dll. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemahaman para pedagang ayam potong tentang etika bisnsi Islam dan penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada transaksi jual beli ayam potong di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi terhadap transaksi jual beli berdasarkan etika bisnis Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis data induktif dengan memaparkan data disandingkan dengan teori kemudian dianalisis dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para pedagang ayam potong di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi sudah sepenuhnya memahami etika bisnis Islam namun ada sebagian yang belum memahami pentingnya sifat jujur dan adil dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli karena mereka berdagang semata-mata karena hanya mencari keuntungan saja. Dalam penerapan etika bisnis Islam melalui prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam para pedagang ayam potong di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi memahami dengan baik prinsip kehendak bebas. Sedangkan prinsip kesatuan, prinsip keadilan, prinsip tanggung jawab belum sepenuhnya diterapkan.

Financial performance is a priority for companies to maintain survival and increase expected profits. This research aims to determine the financial performance of Erismart Banyuwangi. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with financial ratio analysis tools, namely; activity ratio and Profitability Ratio. The primary data obtained is in the form of the Company's financial reports. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis instruments used are assessing the effectiveness of asset use using the Total Assets Turnover, Working Capital Turnover formulas and assessing profitability using the Return On Assets, Return On Equity formulas. The research results concluded that Erismart Banyuwangi had a good financial performance from each measuring instrument used.

Islam is a perfect religion that includes and regulates all aspects of human life (syumul). Today, there is a tendency to re-ground Islamic religious values in every aspect of human life. The awareness of the people to carry out Islamic teachings correctly and completely (kāffah) appears. This awareness emerges starting from the understanding of Islam as a universal teaching, not only touching the spiritual-ritual aspect, but also touching aspects of life broadly, including the economy. In Islamic economics, business and ethics must be seen as two contradictory things, because business which is a symbol of the mundane is also considered as an integral part of matters that are hereafter. That is, if the orientation of business and investment efforts in the afterlife (intended as worship and is the totality of obedience to God), then business by itself must be in line with moral principles based on faith in the hereafter.
