Abstract

AbstrakAnggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) adalah rencana keuangan tahunan pemerintah daerah di Indonesia yang disetujui oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah. APBD tiap daerah yang ada di Indonesia tidak merata, sehingga juga terjadi kesenjangan pertumbuhan tiap daerah Indonesia, termasuk pada Sumatra Barat. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, data APBD Kabupaten/Kota Se-Sumbar dapat di analisis dengan mengolah dan mengaturnya dengan banyak cara salah satunya yaitu Business intelligence (BI). Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Tableau Public. Tableau Public adalah perangkat lunak bisnis intelijen yang mudah untuk digunakan, terutama dalam hal membuat visualisasi data, analisis data, dan pelaporan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah visualisasi perbandingan nilai Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah dengan nilai realisasi  serta perbandingannya ditiap kota/kabupaten di Sumatra Barat. Dengan hasil tersebut, diharapkan pemerintah Sumatra Barat lebih bijak dalam mengambil keputusan. Kata kunci— Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD), Business intelligence (BI), Tableau Public, Kesenjangan Abstract Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is the annual financial plan of local government in Indonesia approved by the Regional House of Representatives. APBD each region in Indonesia is uneven, so there is also a growth gap each region of Indonesia, including in West Sumatra. Along with technological developments, data APBD District / City in West Sumatra can be analyzed by processing and managing it in many ways one of them is Business intelligence (BI). In this research, data analysis is done by using Tableau Public application. Tableau Public is a business intelligence software that is easy to use, especially in terms of creating data visualization, data analysis, and reporting. The results of this research is the visualization of the comparison of the values of the Local Budget, with the realization as well as the comparison in each city/regency in West Sumatra. Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan merupakan usaha yang harus dilaksanakan secara teratur dan berencana untuk menyiapkan peserta didik melalui berbagai kegiatan baik berupa bimbingan, pengajaran maupun tes akademik. Kegiatan tes akademik misalnya akan berjalan dengan lancar dan mencapai tujuan dengan maksimal apabila didukung dengan sarana prasarana.Pada Universitas Musirawas, kurangnya teknologi informasi yang digunakan menjadikan semua pengerjaan dilakukan secara tertulis. Dimana dalam proses tes akademik bagi siwa yang baru masuk masih dilakukan dengen cara manual.Universitas Musirawas juga telah menerapkan sebuah tes potensi akademik yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bakat dan kemampuan serta standar lulus tidaknya bagi calon mahasiswa baru.Secara umum sistem tes akademik pada UNMURA sudah memenuhi standar pendidikan, hanya saja masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan dan dalam pengolahannya masih belum terkomputerisasi, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk dapat mengatasi kekurangan-kekurangan tersebut. Kata Kunci    : Sistem Informasi, Tes Potensi Akademik, Website AbstractEducation is a project that must be carried out routinely and integratedly for students through various activities both as guidance, examinations and academic tests. Academic test activities will run smoothly and affordable with the help of facilities.At Musirawas University, the lack of information technology used makes all work done in writing. Where in the process of academic tests for newly enrolled students, it is still done manually. Musirawas University has also applied a test of academic potential which aims to find out the talents and abilities as well as the standard of passing or not for prospective new students.In general, the academic test system at UNMURA has met educational standards, except that there are still some weaknesses and the processing is still not computerized, so further development needs to be done to overcome these shortcomings. Keyword : Information System, test academic potential, Website

Abstract

AbstrakProfile Matching merupakan sebuah mekanisme pengambilan keputusan dengan mengasumsikan bahwa terdapat tingkat variabel prediktor yang ideal yang harus dipenuhi atau dilewati[1], adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah  penilaian karyawan terbaik yang akan diberikan reward kenaikan jabatan yaitu saat muncul ketidaktepatan tim penilai dalam memberikan penilaian kepada karyawan karena yang dinilai adalah subjektifitas masing- masing karyawan, sehingga penilaian yang diberikan tidak tepat sasaran. Adanya ketidaktepatan dalam memberikan nilai kepada karyawan berdampak pada hasil keputusan yang diberikan kurang tepat untuk reward kenaikan jabatan kepada karyawan terbaik dan proses penentuan karyawan terbaik menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien dimana tidak ada sistem yang membantu penilaian untuk menentukan karyawan terbaik yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Permasalahan di atas dapat diperbaiki dengan membangun suatu Sistem dengan menerapkan Metode Profile Matching dalam menentukan kenaikan jabatan yang dapat memudahkan dalam penentuan karyawan terbaik untuk diberikan reward kenaikan jabatan dengan melakukan perhitungan setiap kreteria dan subkreteria dari setiap karyawan di PT.Summit Oto Finance Lubuklinggau. Kata kunci : Profile Matching, Kenaikan Jabatan, Reward, Web Mobile AbstractProfile Matching is a form of decision using the ideal predictor level variable that must be passed[1], as for the problems in this study is the assessment of the best employees who will be given a reward for promotion, which is when the inaccuracy of the assessment team in giving an assessment to the employees because what is assessed is the subjectivity of each employee, so the assessment given is not on target. The inaccuracy in giving values to employees has an impact on the results of the decisions given are not appropriate for promotion rewards to the best employees and the best employee determination process becomes ineffective and inefficient where there is no system that helps assessing the best employees who are still manually done.The problems above can be corrected by building a system by applying the Profile Matching Method in determining the promotion that can facilitate the determination of the best employees to be given a promotion reward by calculating each criteria and subcreterias of each employee at PT Summit Oto Finance Lubuklinggau. Keywords : Profile Matching, Promotion, reward, mobile web

Abstract

Abstrak : Enterprises System (IES). Penerapan Integrated Enterprises System (IES) saat ini masih mengalami kendala dan hambatan ditingkat penerimaan pengguna. Masih banyaknya hal yang bersifat operasional dan manajerial, membuat penerapan Integrated Enterprises System (IES) tidak berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis terhadap hasil Evaluasi faktor-faktor kesuksesan penerapan Integrated Enterprises System (IES) dengan menggunakan Model Hot-Fit (Human Organization Technology – Net benefits). Model ini dipilih karena model ini dapat memberikan penjelasan dan memberikan evaluasi faktor penerapan sebuah sistem di PT Rambang Agro Jaya I dari sisi Teknologi (Technology), Manusia (Human), Organisasi (Organization) dan Net benefit. Keberhasilan penerapan Integrated Enterprises System (IES) di PT Rambang Agro Jaya I dipengaruhi oleh adanya dukungan dan dorongan dari pihak manajerial kepada para pengguna Integrated Enterprises System (IES) serta tersedianya kondisi fasilitas yang memadai di lingkungan rumah sakit untuk menggunakan Integrated Enterprises System (IES). Kata kunci: Analisis,Integrated Enterprises System (IES), Model Hot-FitAbstract : PT Rambang Agro Jaya I have been using the technology in data processing, by implementing the Integrated Enterprise System (IES). Application of Integrated Enterprise System (IES) is still experiencing problems and obstacles level of user acceptance. There are still many things that are operational and managerial, making the application of Integrated Enterprise System (IES) is not going well. This study analyzed the results of evaluation factors of the successful implementation of Integrated Enterprise System (IES) using Hot-Fit Model (Human Organization Technology - Net benefits). This model was chosen because this model may provide an explanation and provide an evaluation factor in the implementation of a system Rambang Agro PT Jaya I of the Technology (Technology), Man (Human), Organization (Organization) and Net benefit. Abstract

UPT. Perbenihan Kabupaten Musi Rawas Kecamatan Tugumulyo merupakan salah satu Unit Pelaksana Teknis yang menjalankan kegiatan produksi benih padi yang mana dalam menjalankan produksi ini masih menggunakan cara yang sederhana (konvensional) hal ini tentu saja membuat peneliti untuk dapat menciptakan sebuah solusi bagi UPT. Perbenihan Kabupaten Musi Rawas agar lebih mudah dalam menjalankan kegiatannya yakni melalui sebuah aplikasi penjualan, yang mana dengan menggunakan aplikasi penjualan ini dapat lebih mempermudah proses penjualan baik dari pemesanan, pemilihan jenis benih padi, hingga pada tahap pembayaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan aplikasi penjualan benih padi dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik sehingga mempermudah proses kegiatan yang ada serta data dan laporan kegiatanpun dapat memberikan informasi yang tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

KPPN Medan II is one of the government organization units at the Ministry of Finance. Where leaders and employees who work at KPPN Medan II always carry out official trips between cities and outside the city. With these conditions, making SPPD documents experiencing the intensity of official travel activities carried out by employees of KPPN Medan II can be said frequently. So that in making SPPD in KPPN Medan II is still using the manual method that is recording through Microsoft Word which in the sense is less effective and efficient. In naming employees who get official assignments, officers manually entering employee data that receives official travel letters are prone to being lost because data is manually written. The web-based SPPD application is built by applying this prototyping method which is expected to facilitate SPPD KPPN Medan II management officers in making SPPD that is effective, efficient, accurate, time-saving, and not prone to losing SPPD data of KPPN Medan II employees who will has made official trips due to the existence of a special database to accommodate all SPPD files.

Abstract

Abstract The development of e-government is a long program planned by the Indonesian Government to be contained in Presidential Instruction number 3 of 2003 concerning national policies and strategies for e-government development, this is intended to realize or implement a bureaucracy that is reliable, professional, productive in excellent service to the community the purpose of implementing good governance, it must also be carried out by local governments such as the City of Pagar Alam, to achieve this desire management systems and work processes must be developed or utilized using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facilities as needed, in this case Information Technology is the foundation the main support is that later all information systems will be able to provide services for the needs, for this expectation needs to be made good infrastructure planning, in this study used the TOGAF framework (The open group architecture framework) as a framework that there is a reference to the design of the information technology infrastructure of the Pagar Alam City Government, the results are: (a). 28 candidates were proposed to be developed, (b). It was concluded that the connection to each SKPD must be connected to fiber optic fiber using Metro-LAN or Metro-MAN, (c). Obtained the latest concepts and online community service systems, (d). From the analysis, it is known that the application and technology gaps must be repaired or replaced, which ones need to be maintained or integrated using the appropriate system.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif hasil ketercapaian pembelajaran siswa/siswi SMK N 1 INTAN, yang diajar menggunakan bantuan gambar, audio visual (media), dan hasil belajar siswa-siswi yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas 12 SMK N 1 INTAN mata pelajaran Teknik Komputer Jaringan pada tahun 2018/2019, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok coba (eksperimen) dan kelompok kontrol. setiap kelompok terdiri dari 17 siswa-siswi (8 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan) dan kelompok control 16 siswa-siswi (9 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan), yang ditetapkan secara random (acak). kelompok coba eksperimen yang menggunakan bantuan gambar, audio-visual, sedangkan kelompok kontrol yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional (teknik menghapal). Prestasi siswa dalam belajar Teknik computer jaringan (tkj) dievaluasi dengan menggunakan tes kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa hasil pembelajaran teknik computer jaringan siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan alat bantu gambar audio-visual berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, sedangkan siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan konvensional berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil pembelajaran teknik computer jaringan siswa yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan media audio-visual dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode konvensional, di mana hasil belajar siswa diajarkan dengan menggunakan media gambar, audio-visual ( 16.25) lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional (9.25) implikasi dari temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode pembelajaran yang diajarkan guru tidak harus terimplikasi hanya pada catatan, ceramah, dan lks. Guru harus memungkinkan untuk menerapkan media berbasis teknologi dalam pengajaran, sebagai bantuan gambar, audio-visual (media), powerpoint, diskusi. sehingga hasil belajar secara optimal, terutama untuk pembelajaran bidang teknik computer jaringan Kata kunci—Audio-visual, kognitif, TKJ, efektivitas Abstract This study aims to determine how effective the results of learning achievement of students of SMK N 1 INTAN, who are taught using the help of images, audio visual (media), and learning outcomes of students taught using conventional methods. The subjects of the study were 12th grade students of INTAN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 1, Computer Network Engineering subjects in 2018/2019, which were divided into experimental groups and control groups. each group consisted of 17 students (8 males and 9 females) and a control group of 16 students (9 males and 7 females), who were assigned randomly. the experimental group used the help of images, audio-visuals, while the control group was taught using conventional methods (memorization techniques). Student achievement in learning Computer network engineering (tkj) was evaluated using cognitive, affective and psychomotor tests. Based on descriptive analysis shows that the results of network computer learning techniques students who are taught using audio-visual image aids are in the very high category, while students taught with conventional approaches are in the high category. The results showed that there were significant differences in the results of student computer network learning techniques compared to students taught by using audio-visual media compared to students taught using conventional methods, where student learning outcomes were taught using picture, audio-visual media (16.25 ) higher than the student learning outcomes taught using the conventional method (9.25) the implication of the findings of this study is that the learning methods taught by the teacher do not have to be implicated only in notes, lectures, and texts. Abstrak Penulis mendapati bahwa permasalahan yaitu belum ada sarana sebagai media informasi bagi peserta yang mau ikut pelatihan, dan belum adanya sistem yang mampu mengelola data agenda dengan baik. Tentunya hal ini mempersulit peserta yang berada di luar kota Lubuklinggau.Metode, yang digunakan dalam sistem informasi E-Goverment di Kantor Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan kota Lubuklinggau Berbasis website menggunakan metode Object Oriented Programming (oop), serta untuk mengetahui sistem yang sedang berjalan, menggunakan metode Object Oriented Programming (oop), dengan menggunakan beberapa alat bantu seperti UML, Use Case, Skanario, diagram activity, seguence diagram, dan class diagram,. Perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Xammp, Adobe Dreamweaver cs6, database MySQL sebagai pendukung serta dokumentasi program dan laporan.. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi E-Goverment, Web. Abstract The author found that the problem is there is no means as a medium of information for students who want to join the training, and the absence of a system capable of managing data with a good agenda. Obviously this is difficult for participants who are out of town Lubuklinggau.Metode, which is used in information systems at the Office of E-Government Education and Training Agency Lubuklinggau city-based website using Object Oriented Programming (OOP), and to investigate the running system, use methods of Object Oriented Programming (oOP), using several tools such as UML, use Case, Skanario, activity diagram, seguence diagram, and class diagram,. Support software used is XAMMP, Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, MySQL database as well as supporting documentation laporan.Dengan their programs and web-based systems, which are already connected to the Internet, of course, will greatly simplify data management agenda, and will be very helpful in terms of information Keywords: E-Government Information Systems, Web.

Abstract

Abstrak Masalah yang ada pada penelitian ini adalah sistem pencatatan stok barang bangunan pada Toko Nanda masih rentan terhadap kehilangan data, karena sistem pencatatan stok barang pada toko ini masih manual, yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan nota-nota setiap pembelian nya. Di era modern seperti sekarang ini sudah seharusnya Toko Nanda menggunakan teknologi yang ada sebagai media pengamanan data tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, dengan cara pengamatan langsung pada objek yang diteliti (Observasi), melakukan tanya jawab langsung pada sumber (Interview), dokumentasi dan perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi keamanan data inventory barang berbasis web, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database menggunakan MySQL, sedangkan untuk keamanan data nya menggunakan metode kriptografi vigenere cipher, dan dapat disimpulkan bahawa aplikasi ini dapat membantu Toko Nanda dalam mengamankan data serta dapat mengetahui jumlah stok barang yang tersedia. Kata Kunci : Keamanan Data, Inventory, Kriptografi, Vigenere Cipher, Abstract The problem that exists in this study is the system of recording the stock of building goods in Toko Nanda is still vulnerable to data loss, because the system of recording the stock of goods in this store is still manual, namely by collecting the notes for each purchase. In the modern era, as now, Nanda Store is supposed to use existing technology as a means of securing the data. This study uses data collection methods, by direct observation of the object under study (Observation), conducting question and answer directly to the source (Interview), documentation and library. The results of this study resulted in a web-based inventory data security application, using the PHP programming language, and a database using MySQL, while for data security it uses the vigenere cipher cryptographic method, and it can be concluded that this application can help the Nanda Store in securing data and can find out the amount of available stock.
