Abstract

ABSTRACT Increasing the development of business and competition, demanding on innovation and creativity from all company leaders, to create products that have features of excellence and competitiveness. This research aims to find out, the influence of differentiation strategy and brand image, towards purchasing decisions of kopi dari hati janji jiwa in Pontianak City. Data Collection using purpose sampling, amounting as 100 respondents. The analysis tools used are the test of validity, reliability, analysis of multiple regression Linear, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that partially the value of tcalculated > ttabel or 4.151>1,660, namely differentiation strategies had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as brand image has significantly effect on purchasing decisions with the value of tcalculated >ttable, 7,729>1,660. Simultaneously differentiation strategies and brand image has significant effect on purchasing decisions with Fcalculate > F table,or 92,152>3.09, or indicated by a coefficient of determination of 65.5%.

Abstract

Management of Islamic education in the development of schools/madrasahs plays an important role in an institution or educational institution, especially in schools/madrasas. In supporting the management, regulation, and operation of the system in an educational institution, educational management is needed. In Islam education management is very complete because it has been listed in the Al-Quran and Hadith. As stated by Hartani that education management is the art or science of managing educational resources to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. Management of Islamic education is more specific and specific to Islamic educational institutions and also includes in general so that it is contained in the Qur'an with several verses indicating education management, especially Islamic education management. The education management contains functions that serve as a role, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing, monitoring, and evaluating. These are the main functions for both general education management and Islamic education management. Leadership in an educational institution is needed so that it can run according to the plans that have been formulated and can achieve the goals that have been set. There are several requirements that must be met to be a good leader and the skills or skills that must be possessed. One of them is to refer to the nature of the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad, which consists of Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fatanah. The purpose of this writing is to contribute knowledge to education in order to develop schools/madrasahs through professional education management. some articles, but before being used, of course they are carefully studied to fit the topic of discussion used.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of customer engagement and the use of technology on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The object of this research is the customer of Bank BRI Jalembar Branch Office. The research method used is explanatory research. with the method of determining the sample is purposive sampling with a sample of 100 people. Methods of data collection using online questionnaires and data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results showed that customer engagement has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. While the use of information technology has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer engagement and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty. While the use of information technology has no significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a study of the KARIMAH (Rutin Muslimah) Da'wah Strategy for Youth at the Great Mosque of Mujahidin Pontianak. The strategy includes a management process consisting of management functions that are the focus of this research, including: The aims of this research are: 1) planning; 2) implementation in the form of socialization, cooperation and methods; and 3) evaluation. To explore this research, the researcher used a qualitative approach. data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that: 1) the planning carried out by Mujahidin Youth in the field of women was determining the presenters, materials, and schedule of activities. This activity is in accordance with the needs of today's youth and Muslim women with the concept of providing gifts or door prizes. 2) the implementation carried out by Mujahidin Youth in the field of women is socialization (invitation for information on activities about routine Muslim women studies from social media such as Facebook and Instagram), collaboration with related parties, namely SALIMAH and Orchi Chicken. From the results of cooperation in The Female Field with SALIMAH, The Female Field gets a presenter who will be determined by SALIMAH to fill KARIMAH's da'wah activities, and from the collaboration in The Female Field with Orchi Chicken, namely The Female Field, a free meal voucher is given in the implementation process such as materials and door prizes provided is part of the da'wah method. The da'wah method used is the lecture method, the story method, oral-humor method, the question, and answer method, and the coupon method (sponsorship).

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a global problem that has had an impact on various sectors, especially the economic sector. Indonesia itself experienced a drastic economic decline of 2.07 percent according to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). For two years Indonesia has experienced the Covid-19 pandemic. Not yet fully resolve other problems that arise, namely the problem of war that occurred between Ukraine and Russia. This resulted in the world food sector experiencing a crisis. Indirectly, this vulnerability has an impact on the trade sector, but through a SWOT analysis this does not have a major impact on apem traders in the Kesesi area. Because apem traders in the Kesesi area have a strategy to maintain the quality of their products so that income stability is maintained. The method used in this research is qualitative research because the writer collected the data by observing directly at Kesesi Village through interviews with several apem traders in Kesesi Village. The results of this study are the strategies used by apem traders in maintaining the stability of their income by maintaining the quality of the apem products.

Abstract

Religious tourism is a type of tourism that has a religious background that has a high spiritual soul, both carried out by individuals and certain groups with the aim of getting closer to Allah SWT and expecting blessings and wisdom in life. Moah Nur Durya Tomb is famous in Pemalang district, One of the things that attracts pilgrims to visit Mbah Nur's grave is because of the karomah that he has. The well, which is right in the area of ??the tomb and on the banks of the river, adds to the dtra and becomes one of the potentials for religious tourism and binds visitors. The research activities that have been carried out at the Mbah Nur Tomb are inseparable from the management system at the Mbah Nur Tomb itself. Therefore the writing of this journal is focused on the history of the tomb of Moah Nur Durys bin Zayyid, how is the management system at the Tomb of Mbah Nur, and the process of spreading Islam in the Moga area. researched The research was carried out by the author and produced data regarding the history of Mbah Nur's Tomb from during his lifetime until he died. And the management system that exists at the Moah Nur Cemetery is managed directly by Sanad descendants of Belau without any interference from outsiders either from the government or from the tourism department. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to reveal Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq's Da'wah Strategy: (1) Da'wah Bi al-Lisan Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq; 2) Da'wah Bi al-hal Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq; 3) Da'wah Bi al-yad Abu Bakar Ash- Shiddiq: 4) Da'wah Bi al-tadwin Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq; 5) Da'wah Uswah Hasanah Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq. This research includes qualitative research. The data sources of this research consist of Primary sources and Secondary sources. Primary data of this research was a source of literature on reading in the form of books related to the concept of preaching Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq.The secondary data sources of this research include written sources. Written data sources are data sources in the form of books. The data sources that researchers obtain were sourced from journals, and other books. Based on the analysis conducted, the researchers concluded that: 1) In using the Bi al-Lisan missionary strategy, Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq succeeded in converting several friends who later became important figures in Islamic history, including Uthman bin Affan, Abdurrahman bin Auf , Zubair bin Awwam, Sa'ad bin Abi Waqas. 2) On the preaching of Bi Al-Hal Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq managed to establish government departments to help carry out his power, including: The state treasurer managed by Abu Ubaidah, the executive branch of Ali bin Abi Talib, Ustsman bin Affan, and Zaid bin Thabit as secretary, judiciary institutions by Umar bin Khattab, and state defense/security including several commanders in chief at the time, namely: Khalid bin Walid, Musanna bin Harisah, Amr bin 'Ash, and Zaid bin Sufyan. 3) In Da'wah Bi Al-Yad, Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq succeeded in fighting people who were reluctant to pay zakat, apostates, and expansion of territory into Syria and Iraq. 4) On the preaching of Bi al-Tadwin Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq managed to collect the Koran during his reign. 5) In the missionary strategy of Uswah Hasanah Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq he was a good role model, he was a friend who has a high level of faith, even the Prophet Muhammad. Gave him the title Ash-Shiddiq which means 'speaking the truth'. Abu Bakar is a leader who has a charismatic spirit even though he was a leader but he really applied the attitude of Tawadhu', his appearance was very simple and he was a very generous person. Abstract

Abstract: Long Distance Relationship (LDR) Strategies in the Family of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) from the 3rd Wing of a Special Team of the 465th Command Battalion Brajamusti Pontianak: Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program. Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab and Da'wah (FUAD) State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Pontianak, 2021. This study aimed to find out: 1) How the Indonesian National Armed Forces families maintain their relationship while undergoing long-distance marriages; 2) The media used in the process of undergoing a long-distance marriage; 3) The process of communication in a long-distance marriage. This study uses qualitative-descriptive research. The data sources of this study consist of primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the researcher took an interactive model to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that: 1) How to maintain relationships during the long- distance marriages which is carried out by Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) families, namely there are three ways, the first is good communication, the second is the commitment between husband and wife, then the third is mutual trust between husband and wife; 2) The media used by Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) wives when undergoing long-distance marriages are mobile phones, video calls, and other social media such as WhatsApp; 3) The process of communication in marriage at a distance that the wives of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) do is: It was mostly communication at night because it was time to relax and there was no work to care of. Abstract

Leadership style is an important aspect that must be possessed by a leader in carrying out his leadership responsibilities. Leadership style is a behavior and strategy resulting from a combination of attitudes, skills, philosophy of a leader to influence the behavior of members or subordinates in an institution or organization. Leadership style is divided into several types, one of which is the charismatic leadership style. Charismatic leadership style is formed on the basis of motivational commitment and emotional identity to their vision, philosophy, and style to their members. Charismatic leaders are able to instill spiritual values ??in the emotional souls of their members, so that they are unwittingly able to create change.In this article the author conducts research on the charismatic leadership style applied by Kiyai Siroji Muslim Abko in that he is the founder and first caretaker of the Al-Murabbi Islamic boarding school which is located at Jalan Nipah Kuning Dalam, West Kalimantan. The research conducted by the author is included in the research that has just been carried out, especially in Pontianak City.Therefore, it is hoped that this article can become a reading reference which provides data on charismatic leadership so that it can be applied by readers or for leaders from an institution or organization. We hope that this article will also increase people's interest in placing their children in the Al-Murabbi Islamic boarding school, Nipah Kuning Dalam, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many people who are so enthusiastic about coming on a pilgrimage to the tomb of Sultan Syarif Abdurrahman Al-Qadri in Batu Layang, Pontianak City. Increasingly, the tomb of Al-Qadri was increasing, initially it was not projected for tourism, but because many were interested, it became a tourist attraction and is continuously being expanded. However, according to the management, this cannot be said to have received sufficient attention from the government. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources in this study are primary data consisting of the Secretary of the King of the Qadriah Palace, the caretaker of the tomb, the head of the waqf, and pilgrims. While secondary data consists of institutional documents, observations, books, articles, journals, internet and social media accounts. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research include: 1) Planning is carried out according to needs such as: Planning to improve facilities, expand the parking area, plan funding. 2) organization includes: official letter selecting the caretaker from the agency, election of the waqf chairman, division of tasks, there is no structure but there is a clear division of labor namely: waqf chairman, secretary, treasurer, and caretaker. 3) mobilization is carried out at the stage of repairing facilities, division of labor. The mobilization was carried out by the caretaker, the mobilization was also carried out on expanding parking lots, the mobilization was carried out on order of pilgrims and their officers provided motivation, guidance and direction in carrying out the repair of facilities such as in painting, repairing cemeteries. 4) supervision is carried out by the caretaker in terms of place arrangement arrangement activities. Monitoring is also carried out by caretakers such as carrying out the expansion of the parking area.
