Abstract

ABSTRACTThis objective of this research is to determine the business profile of ‘Sop Buah Ica’ in terms of raw materials, capital, labor, production, business management, as well as the profit.The research was conducted for three months from March 2015 until May 2015. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained directly from the business owner through interviews, and analyzed descriptively in the form of tables and figures.The research results showed that ‘Sop Buah Ica’ is categorized as small enterprise with their own equity, that employed 7 workers with the core business is selling beverages as the main product, and also foods.Fruit soup dominates the number of beverages types, the rest is juices and shaved ices. Fruit soup is the most favorable beverages, that availabe in 12 kinds, that are Avocado fruit soup, Soursoup fruit soup, Manggo fruit soup, Durian fruit soup, Just durian, Avocado Durian, Grape fruit soup, Strawberry fruit soup, Apple fruit soup, Melon fruit soup, Jackfruit fruit soup, and Watermelon fruit soup. The most favorable fruit soup is the Avocado fruit soup. ’Sop Buah Ica’ offers two kind of portions, which are regular and large (Banget). The main ingredients are the fruits that mostly supplied from Manado area and Minahasa. The business operates everyday except Sunday, with the majority of eating on the spot consumers, and also there are consumers that order take-away or delivery. According to the analyzing result of March 2015, ‘Sop Buah Ica’ had obtained profit with the ratio R/C of 1,25, therefore this business is feasible to develop.Keywords: business profile, fruit soup, profits

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to identify the costs, to analyze the advantages and financial feasibility of “Toris” Bread home industry in Taratara SatuVillage, Tomohon Manucipality.The data were obtained by direct interviews with business owners, then analyzed by descriptive quantitativelyused calculation of Profit Analysis, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period (PP), and Break Even Point (BEP). The results showed net profit of “Toris” Bread home industry was Rp 35,173,875 / year, it means Toris Bread home industry was profitable and feasible to be run. It is based on the financial feasibility analysis obtained by the value of the Net Present Value (NPV) obtained greater than zero, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is greater than the prevailing lending rate, the Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C ratio) isgreater than one, and the Payback Period (PP) founded that the returning of capitalduring 4 years 14 days, less than maximum target for 5 years. Abstract

ABSTRACT This objective of this research to determine the profile of soy milk resoya agroindustrial enterprises. This study uses primary data collected through direct interview techniques to business owners. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive data analysis. The data collected are presented in tables and used the analysis of cost, revenue, profit, and also the analysis of break-even point. These results indicate that these efforts received a profit of Rp. 2,709,542 during the month of production. The results of the analysis of break-even point in this effort, at the time of soy milk production volume amounted to 75 glasses resoya namely to 5 times the production process. Business owners foresight in looking at market opportunities led to this business is quite promising and could add to the family income. Based on this study it can be concluded that this resoya soy milk business Established in May 2011 registered P.IRT No. 2137171010641- 19 and belonging to the domestic industry, does not have the books. Business organizational structure is very simple. Raw and auxiliary materials derived from the capital market and also market supermarket golden shoulder. Venture capital comes from their own capital. Volume production of an average of 363.5 glasses per week. Marketing of soy milk that is at Freshmart, Supermarkets Borobudur, Gelael Supermarket, Restaurant Ranto Minang, food stalls Malalayang hospital, and the Manado Adventist Hospital. Fixed cost depreciation tool Rp. 149,138.88, while the variable cost of Rp. 3.68432 million and a total cost of Rp. 383.3458.9. Total revenue of this business is Rp. 6.543 million and total profit as Rp.2.709.542. The ratio of R / C 1.7 which means that the business is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The aim of this research is to know the economic value of Linow Lake, a natural tourism destination in Tomohon, based on the travel cost method. The study conducted for five months starting from December 2014 until April 2015. The data used in this research were both primary data obtained from questionnaires filled by the respondents and secondary data collected from several relevant sources including managers from Linow Lake Tourism Management and officials from tourism officee of  Tomohon City.  Data were analyzed using the travel cost approach. The result showed that the travel cost significantly influenced  the number of tourists visiting the lake. Moreover,  the economic value based on the  willingness to pay was Rp 244,549,550.40 by 1000 population or Rp 167,917.21 individually.  The real cost spent by local tourists was  Rp 196,098,922.26 by 1000 population or Rp 134,649,13 individually meaning that the  consumer surplus was Rp 48,450,628.14 by 1000 population or Rp 33,268.08 individually.  Key words:Economic valuation. Abstract

ABSTRACT  The changes development of the knowledge society in the culinary world makes some people who have to be fond of the consumption a variety foods race each other to create a new type of food, tasty and contains nutrients that can be introduced in the world business and can be change society consumption pattern. Business of the culinary is a business opportunity that will never die as long as people still need food for eat, and of course, humans need food for survival futhermore. Another factors reason is due to the amount of business opportunities promising society have Manado city to obtain the benefits of the culinary business. Ice house "Bo" Mokupa is one home-based businesses (Home Industry) which is engaged in culinary business. Mokupa Ice House “Bo” had been there for 30 years in the Mokupa area. Ice house "Bo" Mokupa established in 1985. Enterprises ice house originated only from a small business selling snack cakes were initiated by Mr.Yopie Samsuddin Maramis and Mis.Anita using Rp.100,000,00 as initial capital and then they switch to open Mokupa Ice House “Bo”. Key Words : Marketting mix can make up income.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Winanda Pangestu. Financial Performance Analysis of Tahu – Tempe Business “Wenwin” at Sea Village Pineleng Subdistrict of Minahasa Regency (under the guidance of Vicky R.B. Moniaga, as a Chairman, and Theodora M. Katiandagho and Benu Olfie L.S. as Members). The objective of this reserch to determine the financial performance of the Tahu – Tempe business "Wenwin" based on the level of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The study was conducted for four months starting from February 2015 until May 2015 at the Tahu – Tempe Business "Wenwin" Sea Village Pineleng Subdistrict of Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from the Tahu – Tempe business "Wenwin". Data collection was done by interview directly to the owner of the business. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis presented in the form of financial statement balance sheet and income statement were then analyzed by looking at the ratio of financial ratios. The research results showed that Tahu – Tempe business "Wenwin" has a very good financial performance, seen from the measurement of financial ratios, liquidity ratios in 2013 is based on the measurement of the current ratio of 5.16 and a quick ratio of 5.15 measurement results and in 2014 current ratio increased to 22.92 and quick ratio increased to 22.91. The solvency ratio in 2013 showed that debt financing as much as 14%, and in 2014 decreased to 3% because most of the debt has been paid. The ratio of profitability by the year 2013 shows Gross profit margin amounted to 46 %, net profit margin of 37%, an ROI of 91% and a ROE of 107%. In 2014 gross profit margin decreased to 41%, net profit margin of 35%, an ROI of 64% and ROE of 67%. However it does not affect the ability of this business to make profits, because it is on a good criteria.  Key Words : Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Ratio Analysis, Financial Performance

Abstract

Abstract Tondano Lake was an important natural resource in Minahasa Regency. There was an important problem, i.e.: lake shallowing through the process of sedimentation. Sediment was mud deposit containing materials through both chemical and biological processes. The purpose of this study was to identify the physical and chemical properties of sediments in Lake Tondano, especially in the eastern part (Eris) and the western part (Remboken). Purposive Sampling Method was in different depth of sampling (Eris 11 m; Remboken 7 m). Parameters observed were physical properties of soil was soil texture, and chemical properties of soil were total nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, C-organic, and pH . Results had showed that, soil physical was silty clay of texture. However, soil chemical were acidity of sediment was slightly acid, i.e. : pH=6.52 (Eris), pH= 6.58 (Remboken), C-organic, Nitrogen and Phosphorus in Eris were higher than in Remboken; and  Potassium in Eris and Remboken were very low.  Keywords: physical properties, chemical properties, sediment, Tondano  Lake.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Rice is the most exerted food crop commodity in Indonesia. Rice production has continuously been increased in order to support food security policy. Improvement of cultivation technology has been proved to increase rice production significantly. The aim of this study is to the losses of harvest and postharvest losses including harvest lost to threshing.   This research was done from February to May 2015, in Pagulage cape, Molonggota village, subdistrict Gentuma Raya , North Gorontalo.The study of this research showed that the average of harvest lossed was 1,94 %, temporary hoarding lossed was 0,54 %, binding with transport lost was 1,13 % and fall of lost was 2 % with total cost was 5,61 %. This research showed that the highest lost was in fall of lossed and the lowest cost was in temporary hoarding lost that containing water about 17 %. The improvement of rice postharvest technology should in corporate human reseurse abily and introduced the postharvest technology to the farmer should be done.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to measure the level of customer satisfaction by using an index of consumer satisfaction/ Customer (IKP). Data obtained by distributing a questionnaire of 30 respondents were measured using a Likert scale. In addition, the questionnaire in a test using data validity test and reliability of data. The research results showed that of the four aspects: the average value of the product customer satisfaction index of more than 0.753 that was satisfied. Aspects of the average value price index of consumer satisfaction more than 0.731 that was satisfied. Aspect that is where the value of the average customer satisfaction index of more than 0.7333 that was satisfied. Aspects of the service of the average value of consumer satisfaction index over 0.80 that was satisfied. Abstract

ABSTRACT Agribusiness as the overall activity of the means of production and distribution of farm production, farming activities, as well as storage, processing, distribution of farm commodities, and other activities that make up the product. Agribusiness is a system consisting of sub-systems are interlinked with each other. The subsystem is agroinput, agroproduction, agro-industry, Agroniaga and argroservice. This study aims to determine the performance of agribusiness in farmer groups in Sub Rurukan quinine and farmer groups in the Village agape Rurukan One. The research was conducted from june to August 2014 and data using survey methods. Data collected consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from interviews with respondents based on a list of questions (questioner), while secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies Rurukan sub-district Office and District Office Rurukan One. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and to determine the performance of the system using a ranking scale agribusiness. The results showed that the performance of agribusiness is between 60-80 value, so it gets the final value 72 thus value indicates that the relatively high performance of agribusiness  Key words: Agribusiness performance, farmer group, Rurukan
