Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of service quality and internet product prices on Telkomsel prepaid consumer satisfaction (Case Study of Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Andi Djemma Palopo University). The population and sample in this study were 35 samples with an incidental sampling technique, namely a sampling ability technique based on chance. Data collection techniques include questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests and multiple linear regression tests, with the help of SPSS version 21 for Windows. Based on data processing using multiple linear regression analysis as described in the results and discussion, it can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of service quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The service quality variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The price variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the Human Development Index (HDI) on Sulawesi Island in 2010-2022. This research uses multiple regression analysis with the Human Development Index as the dependent variable, while the open unemployment rate, poverty and capital expenditure as independent variables. The data source in this research is secondary data in the form of data on the open unemployment rate, the number of poor people and the realization of capital expenditure. The results of this research show that the open unemployment rate variable and the capital expenditure variable have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index variable on Sulawesi Island in 2010-2022. Meanwhile, the poverty variable shows that the results have a negative and significant effect on the Human Development Index variable on Sulawesi Island in 2010-2022. It is hoped that the government of each province on the island of Sulawesi can create policies that are more effective in increasing the human development index in their regions, namely reducing the level of open unemployment by creating more job opportunities, so that the number of poor people decreases and can get better education and health facilities. Good. Furthermore, the government of each province on Sulawesi Island is expected to be able to utilize all the resources it has in order to have maximum regional income and be able to realize each regional budget appropriately and effectively in order to accelerate the development of their respective regions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Loan To Deposit Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Non-Performing Loans at PT. West Java Regional Government Bank, Tbk. The type of data used is a quantitative data model. The data source used is secondary data. The analytical methods used are descriptive quantitative, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test. The research results show the value of the regression equation Y = 14.3929 + 0.00029X1 - 0.7005X2. The t b1 test shows that the Loan To Deposit Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on Non Performing Loans and the b2 t test shows that the Capital Adequacy Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Non Performing Loans. The F test results show that the Loan To Deposit Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio have a simultaneous and significant effect on Non-Performing Loans at PT. West Java Development Bank, Tbk. Hyoptheses H2 and H3 are accepted but hypothesis H1 is rejected.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Paser Regency Transportation Service. Data was obtained from 67 civil servant respondents via questionnaires, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20 was carried out. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive relationship between motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) and civil servant performance (Y), with the regression formula Y = 0.490 + 0.560X1 + 0.289X2. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 51.9%, indicating the contribution of motivation and work discipline variables to civil servant performance, while 48.1% is influenced by other factors. The F test shows the significance of the relationship together, with H0 rejected. Partially, motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) each have a significant effect on civil servant performance. Motivation (X1) is the dominant variable with the largest t-count value (4.374). Thus, the hypothesis that motivation (X1) partially has a dominant influence on the performance of civil servants in the Paser Regency Transportation Service can be accepted based on the results of this research.
