Abstract

This research aims to find out how budget refocusing is implemented and the solution during Covid-19 from an Islamic perspective. When budget refocusing becomes a problem, many government programs are not realized, which has an impact on reducing economic growth and increasing financing in the health sector. Using descriptive qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is a method of research and understanding that is based on methods for studying social phenomena and human problems. The data used by the author is secondary data obtained from literature, which is relevant, namely journals, books, internet sources related to the impact of refocusing the budget during Corona Covid 19 from an Islamic perspective. The results of this research show that Zakat has an important role in the process of preventing an economic crisis. Zakat has a big impact on the revival of Islamic civilization apart from preventing a national economic crisis in a country that cannot be lost over time.

Abstract

Fiscal policy is the most important instrument in efforts to realize the welfare of society and the people as a whole. In setting sharia standards, Umar Bin Khattab and Abu Bakar have made important commitments through their monetary arrangements. The financial approach directs the inflow and outflow of state funds. Abu Bakar provides social assistance to Muslims, especially the elderly, making the transition to Islam and the poor through the continuous use of zakat and zakat. Muslims are not required to pay these fees, while non-Muslims are required to pay these fees. In addition, Umar Bin Khattab recorded progress by establishing a money-related institution, Baitul Mal, which plays a role in maintaining financial health and emphasizing the government's obligations towards its citizens. This research aims to analyze fiscal policy during the time of Abu Bakar and Umar Bin Khattab for the welfare of the people and society from an Islamic perspective. The research method used is a qualitative library research approach, using relevant books and literature. The results of this research can increase understanding of the impact of money-related approaches on community welfare, the adequacy of social assistance, and the versatility of budgets obtained through education such as baitul mal.

Abstract

Many Indonesians themselves tend to follow the world of fashion and accessories. The development of technology and information in Indonesia is increasing, making the development of existing trends. Jims Honey is a local brand operating in the fashion sector. Even though Jims Honey is a local brand, it is still able to compete with other brands. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image, price and product quality on purchasing decisions. The method used is a quantitative approach, while determining the sample uses a non-probability sample. The results of this analysis are not in line with previous research according to Marissa Grace Haque (2020) entitled The Influence of Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions at PT Berlian Multitama in Jakarta, the result of which is that Price (X2) influences consumers to purchase at PT Multitama in Jakarta. Jakarta..The results of hypothesis testing, the value of t calculated > t table is 5.613 > 2.003, which means H2 is accepted..The results of this analysis mean that rising or falling prices do not influence consumers' decisions to buy Jims Honey products..So the better the brand image and product quality, the better Purchasing decisions to buy products from Jims Honey are increasing

Abstract

Fiscal policy is a step that influences a country's budget demand and spending. The aim is to maintain stability and improve welfare for society and in accordance with Maqasib Syariah. The aim of this research is to analyze the conformity of Fiscal Policy in Indonesia with sharia principles. This research uses a qualitative approach based on descriptive analysis techniques such as writings and data sourced from various journals, books related to Islamic principles and fiscal policy in Indonesia. The research results show that fiscal policy in Indonesia is based on Islamic principles but is not comprehensive because in Indonesia there are policies related to taxes on alcoholic drinks such as alcohol. For this reason, it is hoped that the government will better adjust policies related to taxes in accordance with the rules of Islamic law.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the interaction between compensation received and the perceived work environment on the level of performance and job satisfaction of employees at Tomoro Coffee. Observational methods have been used to understand how these factors influence each other in the organizational context. Fair compensation and a conducive work environment play an important role in establishing productive and satisfying working conditions. The data is analyzed taking into account various related studies to provide in-depth insight into these dynamics. The case study at Tomoro Coffee illustrates the importance of considering both financial compensation and non-financial aspects of the work environment in human resource management strategies. Holistic management of these factors will help create a more harmonious and supportive work environment, where employees feel supported to make their best contribution. The practical implication of this research is the need for companies to systematically evaluate their compensation policies, strengthen an inclusive and supportive organizational culture, and improve communication between management and employees to ensure fairness and optimal job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the potential of the fisheries sector for Regional Original Income and its potential contribution. The method used in this research is the descriptive method, using a quantitative approach which has the aim of analyzing social events, phenomena or conditions. The descriptive research method is fact finding using correct interpretation. The results of this research show that the potential for levies from the Mimika Regency Fisheries Service will get greater results in several subsectors than the realization of the Mimika Regency Fisheries Service in 2022, namely on the use of regional wealth which has a potential of IDR 1,940,400,000 from the previous realization of IDR 497,315,000 , on sales of ice blocks which have a potential of IDR 84,000,000 from the previous realization of IDR 77,000,000, and on fishing business permits which have a potential of IDR 67,500,000 from the previous realization of IDR 61,677,759. This positive potential has not yet shown a significant contribution to local original income, so the average contribution during 2020-2023 is very low. If the management of the fisheries sector is handled well, it will increase Mimika's PAD and of course it can be used to support infrastructure development, public services and other development programs.

Abstract

Mentai rice is a typical Japanese food, more commonly known as mentaiko. This research aims to improve service to consumers, increase the quality of food that is more guaranteed and suitable for consumption and has an important role in increasing operational efficiency and market competitiveness in consumer satisfaction with mentai rice products in Bekasi. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a survey of 80 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and then analyzed using multiple correlation and multiple linear regression. The research results show that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.632, which means that service quality, food quality and competitive advantage contribute 63.2% to mentai rice products.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of ambiance and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Obj Coffee. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 randomly selected Obj Coffee customers. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that the café's ambiance has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Similarly, brand image also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction itself is proven to have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Furthermore, both ambiance and brand image indirectly influence customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study concludes that to enhance customer loyalty, Obj Coffee needs to focus on creating a comfortable café ambiance and improving a positive brand image. Customer satisfaction plays a crucial role as a mediator connecting ambiance and brand image with customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to see how the quality and price of Mie Gacoan products influence consumers' decisions to buy what they want. The research results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumers' decisions to buy what they want, while price has a negative and insignificant effect. The results of this research also show that product quality makes the biggest contribution to consumers' decisions to buy what they want, among other things. Thus, the Mie Gacoan company can improve the quality of its products so that customers prefer to buy their products.
