Abstract

Microbiology is the study of microorganisms which cannot be seen with the naked eye to examine what is contained in microorganisms. To see microorganisms, it is necessary to have gram stain which is one of the most widely used procedures to characterize many bacteria. This study aims to understand the chemical and theoretical basis for the differential staining procedure as well as the procedure for differentiating between the two main groups of bacteria namely gram positive and gram negative. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The experimental method is a method used in laboratory research. The purpose of this experimental method is to determine the consequences of a treatment given deliberately by the researcher. In addition, a qualitative descriptive approach was used to provide an overview of airborne bacteria by using the gram stain method. The results showed that samples of NA media in airborne bacteria were carried out using a microscope at 10x magnification, which aims to see the color of the bacteria, in the gram staining experiment that has been carried out produces a purple color. This shows that these bacteria are included in the gram-positive bacteria group, as well as the results of the type of bacteria obtained in the gram stain experiment, namely E. coli bacteria which has aform monobacillus.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the branding strategies carried out by rumah keramik tanah baru and their implementation to increase tourist motivation to visit. Based on data from survey results via Instagram, the Tanah Baru Ceramic House still does not introduce its identity as a tourist attraction, namely educational tourism, culinary tourism, wedding event locations, and so on. Data was obtained through interviews with managers, employees, and visitors to Rumah Keramik, as well as through literature studies, journals, e-books, and official websites. Data analysis using Nvivo and SWOT analysis. The research results show that tourists are motivated because of the activities they can do, namely making ceramics. The ceramic house created a branding strategy to build brand awareness by creating a direct touch through the logo and tagline as the identity of the ceramic house. There is a driving factor to increase tourist motivation, namely implementing the "Fun With Clay" tour package promotion system. However, obstacles also influence the motivation to visit the rumah keramik, namely the health crisis, infrastructure and competitors

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of employee development policy, work environment, and transformational leadership on employee creativity within Indonesia's dynamic creative industries. A quantitative analysis employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) was conducted to analyze data collected from 120 employees across various sectors of the creative industry. Descriptive statistics, measurement model assessment, structural model analysis, and hypothesis testing were employed to examine the relationships between the variables of interest. The results reveal that employee development policy, transformational leadership, and work environment significantly influence employee creativity within Indonesia's creative industries. Specifically, organizations that prioritize employee development, foster transformational leadership behaviors, and provide supportive work environments are more likely to enhance employee creativity. These findings underscore the importance of organizational strategies and leadership practices in fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within Indonesia's burgeoning creative economy.
