Abstract

The Indonesian television industry is undergoing significant transformation fueled by technological innovation and evolving regulatory frameworks surrounding intellectual property rights (IPR) protection. This research investigates the regulatory role of IPR protection and technological innovation on creativity within the Indonesian television sector through quantitative analysis. A sample of 150 stakeholders representing various industry segments participated in the study. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were employed to examine the relationships between IPR protection, technological innovation, and creativity. The findings reveal positive correlations between IPR protection, technological innovation, and creativity, with stronger IPR protection and greater technological innovation associated with higher levels of creativity. Regression analysis further demonstrates the predictive power of IPR protection and technological innovation on creative output within the industry. These results underscore the importance of supportive regulatory environments and technological advancement in fostering creativity and innovation within the Indonesian television industry.

Abstract

The tourism industry in Bali represents a dynamic and competitive landscape, where businesses strive to gain and maintain a competitive advantage in a global market. This study investigates the influence of employee competence and organizational culture on competitive advantage within the context of the tourism sector in Bali. A quantitative approach utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was employed to analyze data collected from 170 participants working in various tourism-related businesses. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between employee competence, organizational culture, and competitive advantage. Employee competence was found to positively influence organizational culture and competitive advantage, while organizational culture was positively associated with competitive advantage. Furthermore, organizational culture partially mediated the relationship between employee competence and competitive advantage. These findings underscore the importance of investing in employee development and fostering a positive organizational culture to enhance competitiveness in the tourism industry in Bali.

Abstract

The convergence of financial technology (fintech) and Sharia finance has garnered significant attention in recent years, promising enhanced accessibility and inclusivity in Islamic financial practices. This bibliometric analysis delves into the challenges and opportunities presented by fintech in promoting access to Sharia finance. Spanning from 2017 to 2024, the analysis encompasses 991 papers, revealing a high level of collaboration and a diverse thematic landscape. Key findings highlight the centrality of regulatory frameworks, regional dynamics, and the compatibility of fintech innovations with Sharia principles. Emerging trends, such as the exploration of innovative lending practices and regulatory oversight, underscore the evolving nature of research in this domain. The insights derived from this analysis provide valuable guidance for stakeholders invested in advancing Islamic finance and fintech innovation.

Abstract

Green Supply Chain Finance (GSCF) has emerged as a pivotal approach for businesses to reconcile financial objectives with environmental sustainability imperatives. This bibliometric review synthesizes the evolving landscape of GSCF literature, analyzing financing instruments, challenges, and opportunities. Leveraging data from 967 papers spanning 1992 to 2024, the review reveals a substantial scholarly interest with a cumulative citation count of 82,996. Through network visualizations and citation analyses, key themes such as sustainable practices, financial innovations, and technology integration are identified. The review underscores the significance of GSCF in advancing sustainable supply chain management and calls for continued research and collaboration to address emerging challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

In today's dynamic business landscape, the synergy between human resources (HR) and marketing strategies is pivotal for organizational success. This bibliometric review investigates the challenges encountered by HR professionals in contributing to the development of effective marketing strategies. By analyzing 980 research papers published between 1981 and 2024, this study highlights the substantial impact of HR competencies on marketing strategy formulation and implementation. The analysis identifies key thematic clusters, influential literature, and emerging trends, shedding light on areas for future research and managerial practice. Findings emphasize the importance of aligning HR strategies with broader organizational goals and adapting to evolving market dynamics to foster sustainable business success.

Through bibliometric techniques such as co-citation analysis and network visualization, the research identifies clusters of research topics, including technological advancements, social dimensions, economic impacts, and environmental considerations. Notable contributions by influential authors are highlighted, shedding light on critical issues such as rural livelihoods, participatory approaches, and alternative food networks. Furthermore, the study provides insights into the evolution of research interests over time, revealing emerging areas for future exploration. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of sustainable agriculture's role in rural development and offer valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers seeking to promote sustainable practices and enhance rural well-being.

Abstract

Antibiotics that are not used wisely can trigger resistance problems. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), every year more than 1.27 million people worldwide die due to resistance to antimicrobials. The tolerance limit for prescribing antibiotics in patients with non-specific diarrhea according to WHO prescribing indicators is 8%. This study aims to determine the use of antibiotics in patients with non-specific diarrhea at the Tilongkabila Health Center. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Data was taken retrospectively with descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the use of antibiotics for patients with non-specific diarrhea was 10.6% with the dominant type of antibiotic used being amoxicillin at 63.2%. It was concluded that the use of antibiotics for patients with non-specific diarrhea at the Tilongkabila Health Center was not rational because it exceeded the prescription tolerance limits set by WHO.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of the Setu Babakan Betawi cultural village tourist destination through marketing strategies as an added value. The research will discuss the development opportunities of this tourist destination and highlight the approach to be taken, namely the marketing strategy to increase the added value of the destination. This research discusses the marketing strategy of artificial tourist destinations, such as the Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village Tourism Destination, is very important in the context of cultural heritage preservation and local economic development. This research can have significant positive impacts. First of all, the research can provide in-depth insights into the preferences, expectations and motivations of tourists visiting artificial tourist destinations. The object of this research is in the UN Setu Babakan in Srengseng Sawah Village. This research method uses qualitative with a SWOT analysis approach. This research aims to explore the marketing strategy of artificial tourist destinations, especially focusing on the Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village Tourism Destination. The results concluded that through the development of appropriate marketing strategies, this destination can become more attractive to various groups of visitors. The interactive experience that Setu Babakan offers through cultural, artistic, and culinary activities is its main strength

Abstract

This research aims to determine empirical evidence of the influence of inflation, Rupiah exchange rate, Dow Jones index, Nasdaq index, A & P500 index on the Composite Stock Price Index. The research uses quantitative methods and uses classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The data used is secondary data during the period January 2019 – November 2023, resulting in a total of 59 samples from each variable using the purposive sampling method. The research results show that inflation has an effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, the Rupiah exchange rate has no effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, the Dow Jones Index has an effect on the Stock Price Index Combined, the Nasdaq Index influences the Composite Stock Price Index, the S & P500 Index influences the Composite Stock Price Index, and Inflation, the Rupiah Exchange Rate, the Dow Jones Index, the Nasdaq Index, and the S & P500 Index simultaneously influence the Composite Stock Price Index.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of interior design and food taste on visitor loyalty at Sundanese Resto & Fishing Godong Ijo. The population of this study were all tourists who had visited the Sunda Resto & Fishing Godong Ijo with a sample of 120 people. This research uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach method which utilizes PLS-SEM or Structural Equation Modeling to measure and analyze the relationship between variables. From data processing using SmartPLS 4, Interior Design variables influence Customer Loyalty and the Food Taste variable influences Customer Loyalty.
