Abstract

The household is the basic unit of society, with duties and responsibilities carried out by husbands and wives. This research emphasizes the importance of the wife's role in maintaining family balance and harmony. One of the key aspects emphasized is effective communication; the ability to listen actively and express opinions tactfully contributes significantly to solving family problems. Wives' involvement in financial aspects, both in terms of contribution and financial management, plays an important role in addressing family economic problems. Gender equality, teamwork between husband and wife, and wife's financial independence were found to be key factors in ensuring harmony and balance in the household.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus is a deadly virus that is faced by almost all countries, without exception, in various parts of Indonesia. Our country Indonesia has been greatly affected by the spread of Covid-19. Various kinds of new variants are coming back, namely the Covid-19 variant of Delta, which forces the government to act quickly even though sometimes it's not right. All forms of policies are taken to suppress the spread of the virus. We call it Lock Down, Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB),  Micro-Scale Social Restrictions, there is also the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM in all provinces and DKI). Apart from health and mortality rates, Covid-19 does not also affect the economy. The middle to lower class society is greatly affected by this condition. Therefore, this research will review the impact of COVID-19 on the economic conditions of UMKM in the Tanjung Morawa area, Deli Serdang. The data collection process was carried out by means of interviews with several traders selling around the Tanjung Morawa Market area and documentation then carried out a qualitative descriptive research method approach. The results of this study show that there is a significant impact of the covid19 pandemic on UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian berjudul “Perjuangan Perlawanan Rakyat Aceh terhadap Pendudukan Jepang (1942-1945): Studi Kasus Perang Bayu dan Perang Pandrah” ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses terjadinya perlawanan rakyat Aceh terhadap pendudukan tentara Jepang di Aceh dalam kurun waktu tahun 1942-1945. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Metode ini dimulai dengan tahap heuristik atau tahap pengumpulan data, yaitu tahap di mana peneliti mengumpulkan sumber-sumber yang berkaitan dengan tajuk yang diangkat. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Untuk tahap kedua adalah tahap kritik, yakni memeriksa data yang telah dikumpulkan. Tahap ketiga yakni interpretasi atau memberikan makna pada fakta-fakta bukti sejarah. Selanjutnya tahap keempat atau tahap terakhir adalah penulisan sejarah. Dari hasil penelitian kami, keadaan Aceh saat pendudukan militer Jepang di Indonesia penuh dengan pemberontakan., pemberontakan ini dilatar belakangi oleh berbagai hal, di antaranya adalah menumpas kegiatan maksiat yang dilakukan oleh tentara Jepang dan juga sebagai bentuk respon atas tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan tentara Jepang terhadap rakyat Aceh. Dalam penelitian ini kami berfokus pada dua perang besar yang melibatkan antara rakyat Aceh dan pemerintah Jepang, yakni Perang Bayu dan Perang Pandrah. Perang Bayu merupakan perang yang dipimpin oleh Tgk. Abdul Jalil sebagai bentuk respon kegiatan kemaksiatan yang dilakukan tentara Jepang. Perang Bayu pecah pada tanggal 10 November 1942 dan mengakibatkan Tgk. Abdul Jalil gugur. Sedangkan Perang Pandrah bisa dikatakan sebagai perang lanjutan dari Perang Bayu, Perlawanan yang terjadi di Lheue Simpang Pandrah atau yang dikenal dengan Perang Pandrah ini dipimpin oleh Keuchik Usman, Keuchik Johan, Tengku Ibrahim Peudada, Tengku Jacob, Tengku Akop Pang, dan Tengku Nyak Isa.

Abstract

This research was conducted to comprehensively determine the quality of the Covid-19 vaccine service at the Public Health Center in Rokan Hulu Regency, hybridization of collaborations or partnerships between the government, the private sector and the community in the implementation of the Covid-19 19 vaccination services and the factors that hindered the Covid-19 vaccine service in Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach which aims to obtain information by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and review of documents regarding the hybridization of the quality of Covid-19 vaccine services at the Public Health Center in Rokan Hulu Regency. The informants consisted of the Head of the Rokan Hulu Regency Health Office, the Head of the Rokan Hulu Regency Health Services Division, the Head of the Health Center, vaccinators, health promotion officers, sub-district heads, Headman, private sector and communities receiving vaccines. The triangulation used is the triangulation of sources, methods and data. Data analyzed by content analysis. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that the quality of the Covid-19 vaccine service at the Public Health Center in Rokan Hulu Regency is generally good and in line with what the public expects. Hybridization between the government, the private sector and the community has been going well without any problems. Obstacles in the Covid-19 vaccination service, rejecting and doubting the vaccine, not continuing the vaccine to the next dose because there are no more restrictions on activities and the use of public facilities by the government such as being required to have a Covid-19 vaccine certificate, there are still people who do not have an ID number. The target number from BPS does not match the Public Health Center data. Company employees who take part in the implementation of the hybrid cooperation vaccine cannot get Covid-19 vaccination services at the Public Health Center because their data has been entered into PT's Pcare application Kimi Farma. The need for community engagement with Traditional and Religious Leaders, Smart People as Public Relations for health workers, the need for a mandatory policy to have a Covid-19 vaccine certificate as a condition for obtaining public services. Hybrid needs to be developed again to cover other sectors such as NGOs and informal organizations as well as carry out non-physical development, especially in the health sector

Abstract

Currently, the company's employees have begun to shift from the older generation to the millennial generation, which has a style and characteristics that are very different from the previous generation, which are selfish but very reliable in terms of technology. Companies must quickly adapt and apply appropriate leadership style techniques to achieve optimal company performance amidst the domination of millennial generation employees. By paying attention to the development of an increasingly modern era, of course, the development of knowledge needs to be developed in order to achieve targets. This article aims to identify effective leadership styles in dealing with millennial generation employees by considering various current leadership theories in the context of workforce turnover. This study used a systematic literature review. Furthermore, it explores the strengths and weaknesses of various leadership styles for millennial employees to understand the appropriate leadership style for millennials. The conclusion shows that a combination of the five leadership style approaches is needed to accommodate millennial characteristics that are different from the previous generation with namescivilized innovation leadership approach.

Abstract

In order to find out what forms of radicalism and the driving factors for it, especially among students, is theauthor's goal to conduct this research. The research method used by the author is normative juridical research wherethe research method is a statutory approach, as for the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources.Related to the results of research conducted by the author, he stated that riots often occur in demonstrations amongstudents, this is because the demonstration is a form of radicalism whose triggering factor is the desire to carry out arebellion. In addition, this study also uncovers the fact that a social movement that was born from conditions thatprovided an opportunity for the movement; over dissatisfaction with something a social movement arises from it; thebirth of a social movement from the leadership ability of a character; The three things described by the author arefactors that trigger the emergence of radicalism among students. However, not everything is said to be radicalism ifthe act is a demonstration that ends in chaos. These acts of radicalism can basically be avoided if the authorities inthe university and government circles can carry out their obligations as well as possible. In addition, in respondingto a policy issued by the government, students should not use violences.

Abstract

Gaya  mengajar  guru  belum  memanfaatkan kemampuan secara maksimal, cenderung kurang bervariasi, metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode ceramah, latihan yang diberikan kepada siswa kurang bermakna, dan umpan balik serta koreksi dari guru jarang diterapkan, sehingga proses pembelajaran tidak efektif.  Siswa  sangat  ketergantungan terhadap guru dalam belajar, malas membaca bersifat hafalan yang membosankan,  tidak  menarik,  dan  berbagai  alasan lain yang bermuara pada rendahnya minat baca terhadap pelajaran sejarah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi apakah pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Word Square terhadap prestasi belajar siswa  mata  pelajaran  sejarah  di  SMP  Negeri  3 kejuruan Muda dan untuk mengetahui keterampilan guru  dalam  mengelola  pembelajaran  melalui penerapan pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Word Square. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa pendekatan kualitatif, yang terdiri dari hasil observasi pengamatan guru  terhadap  siswa.  Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah test dan observasi melalui empat tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan tindakan, tahap observasi dan tahap refleksi, yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh aktivitas guru pembelajaran telah melaksanakan langkah-langkah Kooperatif tipe Word Square dengan baik. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh skor hasil observasi guru pada siklus I 6, siklus II 79, dan  siklus  III  sebesar  86,  peningkatan  ini menunjukkan   bahwa   kreativitas   guru   meningkat dalam melaksanakan model pembelajaran tipe Word Square, dan berdampak pada prestasi hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh skor pencapaian rerata hasil belajar siklus I sebesar 60,36 dan  KKM  yang  telah  ditetapkan  sebesar  65.  Pada siklus II diperoleh skor pencapaian rerata hasilbelajar sebesar 73,75, peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 13,39. Pada siklus III diperoleh skor pencapaian rerata hasil belajar sebesar 78,21, peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 4,46. Kesimpulan dari  penelitian ini adalah model  pembelajaran  kooperatif  tipe  Word  Square dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas guru dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII mata pelajaran sejarah di SMP Negeri 3 Kejuruan Muda

Abstract

TAI (team accelerated instruction) merupakan pembelajaran yang saling bekerja sama, dimana akan diadakan kompetisi belajar antar tim yang diwakili satu orang dari masing-masing anggota kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh prestasi belajar mata pelajaran sejarah dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI (team accelerated instruction) di SMA Negeri 1 Kaway XVI kabupaten Aceh Barat. Penedkatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kaway XVI Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Sedangkan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas Xb sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 31 orang dan kelas Xc sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 31 orang di SMA Negeri 1 Kaway XVI kabupaten Aceh Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian tes. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan statisyik yang sesuai yaitu dengan menggunakan rumus kolerasi product moment dengan taraf signifikan  α: 0,05 dan analisis uji-t. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI (team accelerated instruction) memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran sejarah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kaway XVI kabupaten Aceh Barat, dengan nilai r(xy) = 0.90.

Abstract

This article discusses challenges and opportunities faced in Indonesian language education in the digital era. The digital era has changed the landscape of education and encourages the use of technology in learning Indonesian. Challenge main encounter is integration appropriate technology in the curriculum and methods appropriate teaching. In addition, adequate access to infrastructure technology and training for teachers to use technology effectively is required. Besides challenges, the digital era also brings significant opportunities.  Use of digital media and tools learning interactive can improve involvement of students, facilitating personalized learning, and expanding access to sources of Power education. In addition, digital platforms can also facilitate collaboration between students, teachers and community, producing more connected and based learning projects. In the face of challenges and exploiting this opportunity, it is necessary to collaborate from all stakeholders, including teachers, students, schools, and government, to ensure relevant, empowered Indonesian language education competitively, and in accordance with the demands of the digital era.

Abstract

The Gold Cave and Silver Cave are tourist attractions located in Durian IV Mbelang Village, STM Hulu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Based on the data obtained, the gold cave and silver cave save a lot of historical history. Even these caves have their own uniqueness, namely there are silver and gold grains at several points on the cave walls. The historical story and the uniqueness of the cave became the basis for conducting a study to uncover the scientific truth of the gold and silver cave in history and laboratory testing of the authenticity of the gold and silver. This study uses qualitative methods to describe and describe existing phenomena, both natural and human engineered. This method consists of several stages of research interviews and observations using data analysis model Miles and Huberma techniques and observations of recordings and research notes so that every information can be recorded properly. The results showed several legend stories and cave naming if in a hermeneutic perspective the legend stories and the names of the caves were made for the preservation of the cave and increasing the tourism of the cave. Laboratory tests proved the presence of particles resembling gold (Titanium Nitride compounds, Ti2N) and silveccr (Nickel Iron Oxid compounds, NiFe2O4).
