Abstract

ABSTRAKMengatasi tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh penduduk pedesaan adalah topik yang sangat menarik bagi pemasar, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti. Namun, hanya ada sedikit penelitian tentang bagaimana penduduk pedesaan menerima atau menolak teknologi digital baru. Dengan perubahan kekuatan ekonomi dan tingkat adopsi ketika komunitas digital tumbuh antara daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan, menjadi semakin penting bagi pemasar untuk memahami bagaimana mereka menggunakan teknologi dan bagaimana mereka menggunakan saluran digital. Agar pemasar dan pembuat kebijakan memahami sepenuhnya bentuk masa depan masyarakat digital berbasis data, penelitian perlu lebih mempertimbangkan dampaknya terhadap kelompok generasi yang berbeda dalam hal adopsi dan penggunaan teknologi digital oleh konsumen di daerah pedesaan.Melalui tinjauan multidisiplin literatur tentang orang-orang tradisional menggunakan lensa teoritis kelompok geografis, penulis mengidentifikasi tantangan penelitian utama, peluang, dan dampak bagi pemasar dan pembuat kebijakan. Kata Kunci : pemasaran digital; kebijakan publik; kesenjangan demografis; generasi; kesenjangan digital ABSTRACTAddressing the challenges posed by rural populations is a topic of great interest to marketers, policymakers, and researchers. However, there is little research on how rural residents accept or reject new digital technologies. With changing economic power and adoption rates as digital communities grow between urban and rural areas, it is becoming increasingly important for marketers to understand how they use technology and digital channels. For marketers and policymakers to fully understand the future shape of a data-driven digital society, research needs to consider its impact on different generational groups in terms of consumer adoption and use of digital technology in rural areas. Through a multidisciplinary review of the literature on traditional people using a theoretical lens geographical group, the authors identify key research challenges, opportunities, and impacts for marketers and policymakers. Keywords : digital marketing; public policy; demographic gap; generation; digital gap

Abstract

This research aims to prove that government services adopting an ergo-iconic service can improve their services, their existence to think, become entrepreneurial government, build, and create innovative ideas. This research used e-questionnaires distributed using snowball sampling technique. There were 202 respondents collected in a month, 20 days on February to March in 2020. The questionnaires distributed through online media could limit the respondents to give their answers. If they are under 20 years old or same as those who have graduated from college, it could be assumed that they often do transactions service provided by the government. Ergo-iconic service values proposed in this research was used as the independent variable. This is proven to contribute positively and encourage agile government improvement and acceptance of community values. In addition, ergo-iconic values are able to touch and provide comfortable functions that succeed in improving government service performance. The originality of indicators in this research is ergo-iconic service values developed from previous researches. The implication of this research results is that the model of ergo-iconic service values can create public service performance and realize agile government

Abstract

To increase the awareness on the role of employee engagement besides the individual analysis level and a lack of studies focused on the employee’s involvement at the level of organizational, the study aims at investigating the antecedents of COE as mediating variable to increase the organizational performance. The study was conducted for 6 months to enable a deep understanding and evaluation on organizational performance. A non-purposive sampling with purpose sampling technique deployed with multi resources respondent represented organizations method (top manager, middle managers, head department and selected employee). Data analyzed for 380 respondents with Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 22. Statistical outputs described that the green work design, OCB Organizational Resources, and Innovative Concordance Culture highly considered as the antecedent of COE in developing the organizational performance. The findings also claimed that all hypotheses proposed are accepted. This study strengthens the relationship between the COE and HRM and Enbridge the gaps existed which is informed and extended the area of field research. In another hand, this research contributed on engagement in some ways, such as extending the study on the engagement in the level of organization and provided the solutions secondly, investigating the COE as a main mechanism of the most crucial human resources. This research also developed the antecedents of COE and also highlighted how the top management could strategically increase the performance based on the organizational resources and the leverage the collective engagement continuously pursuit the strategic organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of local governments in improving city image branding in South Sulawesi Province. This research uses a proportional sampling technique based on the area of the city so that the number of samples between one region and another will be different, using survey techniques in the form of questionnaires. For data analysis, this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a total data of 265 samples. The hypothesis proves that the exogenous variables of city image branding consisting of regiocentric policy, street vendor performance, iconic tourism culinary and revisit destination have a positive influence on city image branding variables. This research contributes to the development of marketing science, the implication is that it provides input to stakeholders to increase the role of government performance on image branding.

Abstract

This research was conducted to comprehensively determine the quality of the Covid-19 vaccine service at the Public Health Center in Rokan Hulu Regency, hybridization of collaborations or partnerships between the government, the private sector and the community in the implementation of the Covid-19 19 vaccination services and the factors that hindered the Covid-19 vaccine service in Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach which aims to obtain information by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and review of documents regarding the hybridization of the quality of Covid-19 vaccine services at the Public Health Center in Rokan Hulu Regency. The informants consisted of the Head of the Rokan Hulu Regency Health Office, the Head of the Rokan Hulu Regency Health Services Division, the Head of the Health Center, vaccinators, health promotion officers, sub-district heads, Headman, private sector and communities receiving vaccines. The triangulation used is the triangulation of sources, methods and data. Data analyzed by content analysis. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that the quality of the Covid-19 vaccine service at the Public Health Center in Rokan Hulu Regency is generally good and in line with what the public expects. Hybridization between the government, the private sector and the community has been going well without any problems. Obstacles in the Covid-19 vaccination service, rejecting and doubting the vaccine, not continuing the vaccine to the next dose because there are no more restrictions on activities and the use of public facilities by the government such as being required to have a Covid-19 vaccine certificate, there are still people who do not have an ID number. The target number from BPS does not match the Public Health Center data. Company employees who take part in the implementation of the hybrid cooperation vaccine cannot get Covid-19 vaccination services at the Public Health Center because their data has been entered into PT's Pcare application Kimi Farma. The need for community engagement with Traditional and Religious Leaders, Smart People as Public Relations for health workers, the need for a mandatory policy to have a Covid-19 vaccine certificate as a condition for obtaining public services. Hybrid needs to be developed again to cover other sectors such as NGOs and informal organizations as well as carry out non-physical development, especially in the health sector

Abstract

The activity of implementing this community service aims to train participants with the target to be achieved is that participants can develop a Coffee Business based on Ergo-Iconical values. The method implemented is the pre-activity stage in the form of an initial meeting through online media, the Coordination Stage, the Implementation Stage, and the Evaluation Stage. Two known methods for maintaining post-harvest coffee quality are dry processing methods and wet methods. Ergo-iconic value is the superiority of market value with the comfort of typical products with dimensions of comfort in the value of function, comfort in the value of usefulness, and comfort in the value of pleasure. The training results also added marketing theories and facts and the application of product marketing strategies in the industrial 5.0 era so that they could develop their coffee business.

Abstract

Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) adalah Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian kelembagaannya diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 80 Tahun 2017 tentang Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan. Salah satu bidang yang memiliki tugas dalam mengawasi pangan olahan adalah Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Pangan Olahan. Produk layanan yang diberikan pada Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Pangan Olahan adalah Permohonan Penerbitan Surat Keterangan Impor (SKI) Pangan Olahan. Berdasarkan dokumen sumber SKM yang dikeluarkan oleh Inspektorat Utama BPOM diketahui bahwa untuk Direktorat Pengawasan Peredaran Pangan olahan mengalami penurunan SKM untuk tahun 2022 jika dibandingkan dengan nilai SKM tahun 2021. Pemerintah membentuk regulasi Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik tanggal 18 Juli 2009 yang menyatakan bahwa Pelayanan publik adalah kegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuan pelayanan seseuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan bagi setiap warga negara dan penduduk atas barang, jasa dan/atau pelayanan administratif yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Dalam mengukur kualitas pelayanan publik maka menurut Zeithaml 1990 dalam buku Kualitas Pelayanan Publik oleh (Hardiyansyah 2018) menyatakan bahwa terdapat variabel yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan publik yakni Tangibel, Reliability, Responsiviness, Assurance dan Empaty. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian Kualitatif sehingga yang menjadi instrumen penelitian adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik pada Direktorat Pengawasan Peredaran Pangan Olahan pengaruh dimensi Tangible, Reliability, Assurance dan Emphaty sudah baik, sedangkan untuk Dimensi Responsiveness yakni terkait dengan “Petugas layanan menyelesaikan proses penyelenggaraan layanan tepat waktu” masih belum baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of governance by algorithm and artificial intelligence (AI) on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Mampang Prapatan. The results showed that there is a significant influence between government with algorithms and artificial intelligence on taxpayer compliance. In the government variable with the algorithm (X1), the t-count value is 5,491 with a significance level of 0.000, which is smaller than the 5% confidence level. This t-count value (5.491) is greater than the t-table (1.967). This causes the alternative hypothesis (Ha) to be accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) to be rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between government and algorithms on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Mampang Prapatan. Furthermore, in the artificial intelligence variable (X2), the t-count value is 5.892 with a significance level of 0.001, which is greater than the 5% confidence level. The t-count value (5.463) is also greater than the t-table (1.967). This causes the alternative hypothesis (Ha) to be accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) to be rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between artificial intelligence on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Mampang Prapatan. The results of the determination test of the Government with Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence can explain the Taxpayer Compliance of KPP Pratama Jakarta Mampang Prapatan by Adjusted R square is 0.774 which means 77.40%, while the remaining 22.60% is influenced by other factors.
