Abstract

The background of this research limitations learning resources used in schools, which only use textbooks as well as the Student Worksheet. This led to insights on students' thinking is still lacking knowledge in the students over the implementation of PPKn material into everyday life is also lacking. Availability of learning resources in the school library are also less varied.This type of research is the research and development (Research and Development), adapting Sugiyono. The steps of this study are namely; pre-study observation, analysis of learners, format design, prototyping encyclopedia, validation validator to three experts, instructional simulation, then revision 2, analysis results, publications and complete. However, research conducted groove only to the revision of the results of validation, further trials instructional simulation Encyclopedia Archipelago in the Context of the Homeland, which aims to determine the students' responses. This is caused by the limited learning time refers to the curriculum.The end result can be seen product validationon an average of the three validators expert and gain a percentage of 607.7%. while the resultsinstructional simulation product testing to students showa positive response of 96.9%. and the response was negative 0.31%.This proves that the encyclopedia is very interesting, it is effective to use in learning PPKn.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the development of unique multimedia-based video animation media and also to find out how to use the animation media. The method used by the Research and Development method (research and development). The subjects involved in this research were 3 media experts, 3 material experts and 3 linguists and students of Nabawi Maftahul Uluum High School class X IPS 1. The experts gave an assessment of the feasibility of the product while the students gave responses to the products developed. The results of the research are the products developed are very feasible based on expert validation, ie material experts get an average percentage of 91.42%, media experts at 88.8% and linguists at 90.6%, the products developed are also interesting based on student responses with the acquisition of an average percentage of 84.4%, while the results of the product use step test, before the use step was not yet appropriate but after being tested and observed the improved use steps became appropriate and appropriate for use in video learning , expected that with the presence of media this learning can be more fun and actively involve students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of work facilities and the level of the employees productivity of 54.661.11 SPBU Wlingi District Blitar Regency, and to determine the effect of work facilities of Employee productivity on the 54661.11 SPBU Wlingi Blitar. The method used is a quantitative approach research method. The subjects of the research were the employees of 54.661.11 SPBU Wlingi Blitar Regency. The research sample uses random sampling techniques. The total number of research 19 village officials (respondents). The data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires that must be filled out by respondents. The analysis technique used is the Product Moment analysis technique from Karl Person. The results of the validity test of each scale of work facilities and productivity of village officials received amounted to 15 items and 10 items. The result of this research is a significant influence of work facilities to the employees productivity of 54.661.11 SPBU known ˃ , = 0.536 ˃ 0, 433 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there is an influence between work facilities to the employees productivity of 54.661.11 SPBU Wlingi Blitar. The coefficient of determination above is or 30%. It means that the variance that occurs in the 30% employee productivity variable is determined by the variance that occurs in the work facilities variable. This understanding is often interpreted the influence of work facilities on employee productivity = 30%, and the remaining 70% are other factors including work motivation, work discipline and others.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and understanding the development strategies of the De Classe Gelato & Coffe Blitar-East Java Business. The business development strategy of De Classe Gelato & Coffe Cafe is related to the methods used by the company to gain competitive advantage in each of the company's main businesses. This research was conducted using data processing methods and data analysis consisting of qualitative data analysis. Qualitative analysis is used to determine the company's environment to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by cafes. The results of this research are De Classe Gelato & Coffe Blitar conducting intensive strategies (market penetration, market development, and product development). 1) Market penetration, the company needs to increase the market share of a product or service through larger marketing efforts. 2) Market development, it needs to add distribution channels such as opening branches. 3) Product development that is increasing sales by increasing or modifying existing products. In addition, it must improve the quality of employees.

Abstract

Education is a very important means for developing the Indonesian nation to become more developed and developing. Through the world of formal education or the nation's successor genaration can learn and add insight into the science of citizenship. But in the process in the real world these next generation appear to be less interested in learning about state insight. If in learning there is no interest and encouragement from within, what is learned will not be possible to be accepted and understood. This is a challenge for educators to be able to make students interested, enthusiastic, and enthusiastic in participating in learning. One way to overcome this is through learning media that are interesting and in accordance with the times. For this reason, a solution is offered for game-based monokarta learning media. To provide a new atmosphere through the delivery of material. Conceptualizing material more easily so that material is easily delivered and accepted by students. This students are expected to be more interested and motivated in participating in learning so that learning objectives are expected to be achieved maximally.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a PowerPoint-based comic for learning PPKn lesson. To achieve this objective, research and development was applied. This study engaged several validators to assess the content, media, and language of the product. In this process, validation sheets were distributed to the validators. The results of validation revealed that the content was moderately feasible, the media (display) was very feasible, and the language was feasible. Regarding this result, PowerPoint-based comic media can be used as a learning media for PPKn lesson.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the background of students' lack of interest andinterest in PPKn subjects, according to students PPKn subjects related to very much material,besides that in the delivery of material still using the lecture method. This causes student learningoutcomes in PPKn subjects to be not maximal.This study aims to develop learning media, presentation and feasibility of presentationmedia based on prezi application programs to be used as learning aids so students students moreeasily understand and accept the material presented.Research conducted using the Research and Development (R and D) research model withthe development method. Determination of the feasibility level of presentation media based on preapplication application program is based on validation tests of experts consisting of media andmaterial experts and small-scale trials which are then applied to the experimental class. Datacollection techniques using interviews, direct observation, documentation data, questionnaires, andtests.From the results of product validation with media experts the development of presentationlearning media based on the prezi application program, conclusions were obtained with goodcriteria, with an average value of 3.56. The results of product validation with material expertsconcluded conclusions with good criteria with an average value of 3.64, the results ofquestionnaires by students also obtained results with very good assessment criteria while the resultsof small group trials and large groups there was an increase in learning outcomes. With the resultsof the average pre-test value of the small group 37 and the average value of the post-test 85, and forthe large group the average value of the pre-test was 43.4 and the post-test average value was 85.7.

Abstract

Abstrak This research is motivated because the results of the 1st Semester Final Examination of Civics Education are the lowest results. The reasons for this include lack of motivation and interest that is not like other subjects. Limited resources and too much material, while teachers have not used multimedia-based media as learning support media, even though the school has LCD Projector facilities that can be used for the learning process. This study aims to develop learning media, find out the feasibility of the media, and find out the differences in learning outcomes before and after using multimedia-based learning media using Adobe Flash in the material values ​​of Pancasila in the practice of administering Civics subjects in class X of SMA 4 Blitar. This type of research is Research and Development (R and D) with the development method. Determination of the feasibility level of multimedia-based learning media based on expert validation tests and small-scale trials was then applied to the sample class. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation data, questionnaires, and tests. Learning outcomes of small-scale trials have increased with the acquisition of understanding in the criteria of being. Questionnaire students' responses state if the media are in very good criteria and questionnaire teacher responses are in good criteria. It is proven that there is an increase in student learning outcomes with an average value of pre test class X IIS 5 of 37 and an average value of post test 80, while the pre test value for class X IIS 6 is 48 and the post test average value is 86.
