Abstract

PT. Jagad Kreatif Nusantara uses the Microsoft Excel program to store inventory for office stationery, such as demand, expenditure, and stock data. That is why there are problems at PT. Jagad Kreatif Nusantara, namely difficulties in finding demand and expenditure data, difficulties in identifying initial stock, preparing reports that should be presented, and then compiling the appropriate information for the needs of inventory of ATK goods.With the development of this Information System application, it is hoped that it can solve these problems. Besides that, the existence of a computerized system in presenting complete information and being able to access data and information quickly in terms of data processing, efficient in terms of personnel, and accurate in terms of information will make work easier.

Abstract

The administrative process of counseling guidance services at SMP Plus Al-Amanah is still done manually which causes data collection of information on students still using books and filing in the BK room cupboard, counseling guidance at SMP Plus Al-Amanah is also still inputting and reporting achievements as well as violations by committing a private call sent via social media chat that specifically makes students have to go to school without holding an official letter from the BK when getting a call so that parents/guardians are worried and doubtful when the child is called to school if without written evidence. This results in physical exhaustion for both the guidance counselor and the students and creates doubt and concern for parents and guardians of students. To optimize time and distance, judging from these problems, a counseling guidance system was made using the OOAD model. The counseling guidance information system for SMP Plus Al-Amanah, can be used to manage the process of recording user data involved in the information system (administrators, operators, guests), recording violation and achievement data, recording student biodata, BK services, and calling students is a guidance process counseling that has been carried out. In addition, this information system can be used and viewed by parents via the Web so that counseling and data related to students can be monitored and viewed properly.

Abstract

Respiratory disorders are various types of diseases or disorders that inhibit lung function. This disease can affect the ability to breathe. Respiratory disorders can be transmitted anytime and anywhere. Respiratory disorders are more common than other organ system disorders or infections. They start from the common cold with relatively mild to severe pneumonia, cough, fever, sore throat, and shortness of breath. Inadequate medical equipment also triggers the difficulty of treating and diagnosing a disorder. This study aims to help the community diagnose respiratory disorders and determine how to deal with them effectively and efficiently. This website-based expert system for diagnosing human respiratory disorders uses the Backward Chaining inference method. The results of this study will produce a website for diagnosing respiratory disorders in humans.

Abstract

The RW17 Citaliktik Soreang office is one of the Residents' Associations, having its address at Kp. Citaliktik Soreang Islamic Boarding School has various kinds of resident activities. Currently, the population data collection at the Citaliktik RW17 Office is to collect citizen data conventionally according to its category. With this, it is necessary to implement an information system, the Population Data Collection Application, which is implemented through the website. The system will be developed using object-oriented software development and programming (OOAD) methods using a computer or laptop device. To assist the RW17 Citaliktik Soreang Office in improving the existing system with the hope that the processing and presentation of population data, which is still conventional, can make it easier to make this population data collection application. The result of making the application is a Population Data Collection Application at the RW17 Citaliktik Soreang Office.

Abstract

An inventory information system offers data from many processes, including purchasing, storing, and reporting. As a result, it is essential to create an application for the Inventory Information System to transform the company's performance process from manual to automated, resulting in more thorough reports. Data collection, system design, system analysis, and database system design are used to create this application. It is creating PHP-based application programs. MYQSL is the database used, while VisualStudio Code is used for development scripts. It has been determined that the West Citarip Health Center's Drug and Medical Device Inventory Information System is ready to be designed and implemented.

Abstract

Applying the right value-added tax calculation system can satisfy workers and agencies. Calculating input and output value-added tax often experiences problems in its calculation, which is still semi-EDP. The financial data processing system of input VAT and output VAT at Ahass Honda Andrew Motor is web-based with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and literature studies. It is designed with the OOAD system development method, namely the process of analyzing, designing, and implementing the system based on the object. The design of this system can make it easier for companies to input and calculate value-added tax input and output, facilitate the calculation process because it is done automatically, and facilitate the process of printing the final report to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of the Finished Goods Inventory Accounting Information System on the internal control of finished goods inventory at PT. Partners Adi Jaya Manunggal in Bandung City. Based on the obtained calculation results, it has been determined that the Accounting Information System (X) for Finished Goods Inventory is deemed to be of satisfactory quality, as indicated by a score of 3.39. The internal control system for managing finished goods inventory (Y) has demonstrated effective performance, as evidenced by a value of 3.37. The optimization and effective utilization of a precise accounting information system for finished goods inventory is expected to enhance internal control measures for such inventory. The research employed a descriptive verification research method at PT. Partners Adi Jaya Manunggal in Bandung City. In order to gather data and information that will substantiate this research, the approach involves the collection of secondary data and the utilization of linear regression hypothesis testing. This methodology aims to offer a comprehensive understanding of the impact of the Finished Goods Inventory Accounting Information System on the Internal Control System for Finished Goods Inventory. According to the findings of the study, the outcomes of the linear regression analysis indicate that the equation Y = 8.006 + 0.817. This finding indicates that a majority of the population in Mitra Adi Jaya Manunggal, Bandung City, accounts for 63.3%, while the remaining 36.7% represents an unexamined variable of influence.

Abstract

Currently, PERUM Perhutani Tambak Ruyung Timur continues to rely on manual methods for financial reporting, resulting in incomplete financial reports. The process above has the potential to be significantly unproductive and inefficient, hence increasing the likelihood of errors in the recording procedure. Based on the backdrop above, PERUM Perhutani Tambak Ruyung Timur must implement a more pragmatic financial accounting recording system. Hence, the author interned at the organization above and produced a comprehensive Internship Report entitled "Designing a Financial Report Application: A Case Study at Perum Perhutani Tambak Ruyung Timur Pasir Jambu."The research method refers to the systematic approach researchers employ to investigate and gather data to answer research questions or test hypotheses.The research methodology employed in this study is the Descriptive Research Method. Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) is employed in system development. The implementation of this system utilizes web programming languages, including PHP, CI, and UML. This research has yielded a financial reporting application software that is both effective and efficient.Based on the conducted research, it is inferred that the application developed by the researcher is anticipated to offer utility to PERUM Perhutani in streamlining the process of inputting financial data. Based on the acquired information, it is possible to fill incomplete financial reports by utilizing the programdeveloped by the researcher.

Abstract

At first, employees collect attendance support letters containing attendance sheets and permits if not working as well as overtime certificates to the financial administration section, after which the financial administration will calculate salaries first to be submitted to the accounting department. Because employee payroll is still done manually, errors often occur in absenteeism and in calculating salaries given to employees. Then the frequent occurrence of errors in recording reports is also because the payroll is still done manually. This system is analyzed and designed using descriptive research methods and development techniques using the waterfall method. The programming language used by this system is PHP with XAMPP web server and PHPMyAdmin database. This employee payroll application that has been created can help companies make it easier to record payroll transactions, and archive payroll and attendance reports.
