Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a software development methodology prioritizes speed and flexibility. This study uses this approach to design and develop a web-based augmented reality furniture marketing information system by integrating a popularity-based ranking model in D FURNITURE. The RAD method was chosen because it can accelerate the software development process through an iterative cycle involving users in every development stage. This development cycle includes four phases: needs analysis, design, development, and implementation. The first stage is needs analysis, which collects data through interviews and surveys with D FURNITURE management and potential system users. This process aims to identify users' primary needs and preferences, including augmented reality visualization features and popularity-based ranking mechanisms. The data obtained becomes the basis for compiling the specifications of the system to be developed. The second stage is design, where an initial prototype of the system is developed based on the results of the needs analysis. This prototype includes the user interface design, augmented reality technology integration, and a popularity-based ranking algorithm. Users then test this prototype to obtain feedback on functionality and user experience. The third stage is development, where the designed system is developed into a fully functional version. At this stage, the development team refines the prototype based on the feedback provided during the design stage. Testing is carried out periodically to ensure that each system component works according to specifications and user needs. The final stage is implementation, which integrates the system into the D-FURNITURE operational environment. At this stage, end users receive training to ensure they can utilize all system features optimally. In addition, the integrated ordering system via WhatsApp media is also tested to ensure smooth communication between customers and the company. Using the RAD method, this study succeeded in developing a marketing information system that is responsive, adaptive, and responsive to user needs. The iterative development cycle ensures that the resulting system is technically efficient and provides an optimal user experience.

In a progressively sophisticated digital age, e-commerce technology has emerged as an essential element in the commercial landscape. E-commerce allows businesses to access a broader market without geographical constraints and allows consumers to conduct transactions at any time and location. Bossq Parfume Collection functions within the fragrance retail industry. This study used a descriptive methodology. The development methodology is Agile, utilizing system design methodologies based on UML (Unified Modeling Language). The Bossq Parfume Collection has a WhatsApp ordering system that relies on manual documentation, rendering it susceptible to human errors and data loss. Challenges in real-time order monitoring may result in delays in confirmation and shipping, thereby diminishing customer happiness. Moreover, employing Excel for extensive, real-time data management is ineffective, leading to inconsistencies and recording inaccuracies. To resolve these challenges and reduce errors in company administration, we created an application utilizing a PHP framework and JavaScript as programming languages. As a result, we developed an online sales application utilizing the Laravel framework to facilitate effective business management for Bossq Parfume Collection. Adopting an integrated e-commerce system can increase operational efficiency, reduce data management errors, and ultimately promote consumer satisfaction and corporate competitiveness in the digital marketplace.

The owner's income drop in a sports equipment firm stems from insufficient consumer interest in the physical store of a particular sports equipment company, attributed to unattractive product displays and a difficult-to-access location. This study presents a product recommendation system based on searches for items analogous to the desired sports, which can significantly enhance the owner's revenue and streamline the purchasing experience for consumers without necessitating a visit to a physical store. The study utilizes a descriptive methodology for data acquisition, encompassing observation, interviews, and literature reviews. The employed system development methodology is Rapid Application Development (RAD), while the approach utilized is Content-Based Filtering (CBF). Implementing the CBF approach in the product recommendation information system can facilitate consumers' selection of necessary things without visiting a physical store, consequently enhancing the owner's revenue at the specific sports equipment company. This research indicates that improving the shopping experience via technology can reconcile online and physical retail, resulting in increased consumer happiness and loyalty and sustainable company growth for the owner.

This study seeks to enhance the information system for resource management at Masjid Al-Qomar by implementing an application focused on financial and activity management. The applied research method is descriptive, applying an object-oriented system development approach (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, OOAD). The developed system focuses on two main aspects: recording and reporting donations, including zakat and other financial activities, and managing schedules and communication with congregants. The research findings demonstrate that the suggested information system streamlines financial recording and reporting processes, improves transparency in fund utilization, and aids in financial reporting. This technology enhances the mosque's administrative efficiency through features including automated recording, readily available financial reports, and integrated activity schedule management. Furthermore, it guarantees that activity information is available to all congregants, including those not regularly attend the mosque, via an integrated platform and efficient communication tools. This research concludes that the effective implementation of an information system can augment financial transparency, promote operational efficiency, and elevate congregant participation. This study advocates for the ongoing enhancement and upkeep of the system to guarantee its performance aligns with the mosque's and its users' requirements.

A robust warehouse door security system is crucial for safeguarding assets and stored objects against theft or illegal access. This research seeks to build and construct an Internet of Things (IoT)-based security system employing reed switch and PIR sensors to identify suspicious behavior near the warehouse entrance. Developed for PT. Anugerah Terang Persada's system incorporates real-time notifications for the warehouse proprietor or manager's smartphones. Reed switch sensors identify the door's opening and closing, whereas PIR sensors observe movement in the surrounding area. The ESP32-CAM microcontroller processes data from various sensors, capturing photos or movies during unforeseen movements or door opens. This data is transmitted via the internet to the mobile application, facilitating real-time notifications. The principal advantage of this research is improved warehouse security using accessible and cost-effective IoT technology. The solution delivers enhanced efficiency relative to conventional security approaches by providing instantaneous alerts and visual proof for prompt action. The ESP32-CAM facilitates automatically recording photos or videos upon detecting suspicious activity, thereby enhancing security by preserving digital evidence for further review. This system can also be linked with other IoT devices, improving overall security monitoring. This research presents novel options for firms requiring dependable and economical warehouse security, diminishing dependence on conventional ways while enhancing flexibility and convenience in facility administration.

This study assesses the impact of motivation and work discipline on employee performance, individually and collectively. It examines 40 employees and uses a questionnaire to acquire data. The study utilizes path analysis, demonstrating that the motivation variable (X1) exerts a direct influence of 27.2% and an indirect effect via its association with work discipline (X2) of 9.3%. The cumulative effect is 36.5%. The work discipline variable (X2) exerts a direct effect of 22.6% and an indirect effect via its association with motivation (X1) of 9.3%, culminating in a total effect of 31.9%. The coefficient of determination (R Square), represented as a percentage, reveals that the two independent variables—motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2)—account for 68.4% (0.684), whereas the residual value is Ɛ = 31.6% (0.316). In conclusion, many recommendations derived from the research findings advocate for enhancing motivation and work discipline to elevate employee performance. In conclusion, many recommendations derived from the research findings advocate for enhancing motivation and work discipline to elevate employee performance. This research underscores the necessity of creating specialized training programs that enhance motivation and strengthen employee work discipline. Organizations should build incentive systems and recognition programs that honor employee accomplishments, establishing explicit performance criteria and accountability metrics. By concentrating on these domains, organizations may cultivate a more engaged and productive staff, enhancing overall performance and market competitiveness.
