<![CDATA[Bogasari Road, which is located in Citeureup sub-district, Bogor Regency, within the PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa industrial area, is a road that uses rigid pavement. The road is always passed by heavily loaded vehicles that affect road pavement conditions and the level of comfort and safety for road users. The study's purpose is to determine the average daily traffic volume, determine the value of conditions in the rigid pavement, and provide input to relevant agencies in terms of solutions and road repair costs. The method used in the analysis is the Pavement Condition Index (PCI). The study shows the average daily traffic of 2,883 vehicles/hour/day and the average pavement condition value of 66.57 with a good rating, or in good condition. It also provides a method of repair by functional means.]]>

<![CDATA[Hadirnya wabah virus Covid 19 memberikan pembelajaran yang sangat berharga untuk semua sektor termasuk pada sektor usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) maupun usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Dalam upaya untuk kesiapan semua sektor termasuk UMKM dalam menghadapi krisis, supaya tetap dapat bertahan. Penelitian inu dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan penerapan BCP pada ketahanan usaha UMKM di Kota Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan pada para UMKM Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 150. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada para UMKM. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Dari hasil olah data didapat bahwa Pelatihan pembuatan BCP berpengaruh pada Ketahanan Usaha UMKM Kota Bandung. Penerapan Business Continuity Planning (BCP) berpengaruh pada Ketahanan usaha UMKM. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji simultan Pelatihan pembuatan dan Penerapan BCP berpengaruh pada Ketahanan usaha UMKM. Hal ini berarti bahwa pelatihan dan penerapan Business Continuity Planning (BCP) sangat berpengaruh pada ketahanan usaha UMKM di Kota Bandung.]]>

<![CDATA[The Bandung District's Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA), primarily tasked with managing local taxes, currently utilizes computer technology for most of its operations, albeit not to its full potential. Currently, manual techniques that utilize paper are still utilized to report the amount of groundwater consumption by taxpayers. As a result, this can affect the accurate computation of groundwater taxes and lead to delays in distributing information regarding groundwater taxes. This study aims to develop an application that enables taxpayers to report the amount of groundwater they use efficiently. This application will also facilitate the access of groundwater usage reports by Tax Division I, hence enhancing convenience. The Final Project utilizes a descriptive research methodology, whereas the system development process employs OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design). This application system is designed using the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL XAMPP database. The chosen framework is CodeIgniter due to its extensive range of capabilities that facilitate the creation of robust and high-performing web applications. To summarize, this research has effectively developed an application that allows taxpayers in the Bapenda of Bandung District to submit their groundwater usage volume. This application simplifies the reporting procedure for taxpayers and assists Tax Division I in accessing groundwater usage statistics.]]>

<![CDATA[The advancement of science and technology has enhanced the efficiency of all forms of information communication. Using two-dimensional barcodes enables the linkage between the virtual realm and the physical world, with the QR code being the most prevalent type of two-dimensional barcode. Each year, there have been significant advancements in information technology. Asset items are present in each laboratory or room of a school in Bandung. Evidence gathered at this educational institution suggests that the administration of inventory data could be more efficient. The school administrators affirm that they continue to rely on human data entry. Moreover, manual data entry is considered inefficient, and data processing tends to be sluggish. The data in question refers to the information regarding the assets. The Asset Validation application is developed utilizing the SDLC (System et al.) methodology and UML (Unified et al.) for design. The utilized programming language is PHP, or Hypertext Preprocessor, in conjunction with a MySQL database. When the URL is executed in a web browser, the system provides a description of the URL, compares it with the database, and subsequently presents it in the web browser. The outcome of the Asset Validation application is a QR code utilized to store the URL, signifying the precision of the asset item. This study also conducted a performance comparison with three analogous apps. These three comparison programs were selected based on their similar visual QR code output, although their scanning outcomes differ due to distinct features.]]>

<![CDATA[Di dunia yang berubah dengan cepat, kebutuhan akan inovasi semakin meningkat dimana inovasi merupakan hal yang umum dalam pengembangan teknologi dan manajemen teknologi di semua organisasi, terlepas dari besar kecilnya ukuran perusahaan. Saat ini, secara umum disepakati bahwa inovasi adalah jalur kritis menuju pertumbuhan dan kemakmuran bagi perusahaan sehinga hal ini merupakan kunci untuk adopsi teknologi, kreasi, dan dapat menjadi faktor untuk meningkatkan produktivitas termasuk pada perusahaan UMKM. Salah satu UMKM di Kota Bandung yang bergerak di bidang kuliner adalah Dapur Enin. Dari hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan di Dapur Enin Bandung dapat disimpulkan bahwa PKM telah berjalan lancar dan memberikan pengaruh positif bagi Dapur Enin, berhasil membuat manajemen inovasi pada produk dan komunikasi pemasaran mereka, dan Dapur Enin sudah menjalankan hasil dari manajemen inovasi yang dilakukan dan terus dilakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi atas kinerja inovasi yang telah dilakukan.]]>

<![CDATA[The contribution of MSMEs is quite large for the national economy because, with a large number of existing MSMEs, more jobs will be created for people who need jobs and become the biggest contributor to Domestic Product Value (Gross). Therefore, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need special attention in this sector. The research was conducted to analyze the development of MSME entrepreneurs in the city of Bandung after the Covid 19 pandemic for MSME entrepreneurs. The number of MSME entrepreneurs who were sampled was 110 respondents from several types of businesses. The type of research conducted was survey research with descriptive and verification data analysis methods. The results of the study partially show that the Entrepreneurial Character variable has a positive influence on MSME business development, while the Business Capital variable does not have a positive effect on business development. And the marketing strategy variable partially has a positive effect on business development. Business capital that does not have a positive effect on business development does not mean that MSME players do not need venture capital in developing their businesses. Even though MSME entrepreneurs have sufficient capital without strong and positive characteristics of MSME entrepreneurs, business development will not work While the simultaneous test results obtained results of Entrepreneurial Characteristics, Business Capital and Marketing Strategy jointly affect Business Development. This illustrates that with strong entrepreneurial characteristics and supported by the availability of business capital and marketing strategies that are in accordance with market conditions, business development carried out by MSME entrepreneurs will certainly run well Keywords: Entrepreneurial Characteristics, Business Capital, and Business Development.]]>

<![CDATA[Dapur Enin Bandung UMKM memulai usahanya dengan menjual rice bowl tetapi sekarang lebih fokus pada usaha katering, Usaha katering yang digeluti Dapur Enin Bandung semakin berkembang, tetapi juga memiliki banyak pesaing. Karena UMKM yang menjalankan usaha katering juga cukup banyak. Oleh karena itu kondisi ini menuntut pihak pengelola untuk meningkatkan produktivitas supaya tetap dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen sesuai dan jumlah, kualitas dan waktu yang ditentukan. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk membantu Dapur Enin Bandung untuk bisa meningkatkan produktivitasnya dengan menggunakan SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Karena saat ini Dapur Enin Bandung belum memiliki SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) untuk kegiatan usahanya. Sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kegagalan produksi, kualitas produksi yang rendah dan produk yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai standar bahkan bisa terjadi kecelakan selama melakukan pekerjaan, Kegiatan dilakukan dimulai dengan mengunjungi lokasi kegiatan PkM, yaitu ke Dapur Enin Bandung, wawancara, Pemaparan Materi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dan evaluasi. <![CDATA[Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji kebenaran hipotesis mengenai Pengaruh Persepsi Atas Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS. Hipotesis penelitian yang diuji Pengaruh Persepsi Atas Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan yaitu tes hasil belajar IPS bentuk pilihan ganda dengan option sebanyak 20 soal yang telah diuji homogenitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi belajar IPS hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung 6,638. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPS hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 t hitung 5,374. 3) Terdapat pengaruh interaktif yang signifikan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPS. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 F hitung 32,175. Hasil penelitian ini berguna untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan prestasi belajar IPS di tingkat SMP]]>

<![CDATA[Business developments and the emergence of many competitors mean that companies must be able to develop and improve their performance. Supplier selection is one of the most important things in maintaining company performance, because selecting the right supplier will not result in losses for the company. This research aims to find out the best strategy that can be implemented by companies, so that companies can choose suppliers who have the best quality among existing suppliers. This research took a sample of companies located in Bandung City, specifically PT "X". Three main criteria have been obtained, namely quality (0.633), price (0.260), and the last one is delivery time (lead time) (0.107), and these three criteria are applied to 4 suppliers. Based on the results of the analysis, Supplier 2 received the highest final score and was ranked number one with a value of 0.537, then Supplier 1 was ranked 2nd with a final value of 0.191, Supplier 3 was ranked 3rd with a final value of 0.131 and Supplier 4 was ranked last with a final value of 0. 13. Therefore, the priority for ordering goods made by PT "X" is ordering Small Angle Assembly +4 Way SAE425-70 products from Supplier 2.]]>

<![CDATA[Desa Cibodas mendapatkan julukan sebagai salah satu desa wisata yang mendukung keindahan dari segi pemandangan pada kawasan Ciwidey. Dengan julukan tersebut, pimpinan desa telah menyediakan sistem digitilasisi seperti situs web resmi desa dan keanggotaan dalam jejaring desa wisata, namun terdapat beberapa hal yang kesinambungan terhadap promosi desa wisata tersebut masih belum maksimal karena kurangnya situs web khusus terkait desa wisata. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam mengembangkan sebuah situs atau website desa wisata pada Desa Wisata Cibodas. Dengan melibatkan beberapa akademisi di Telkom University, sebagai kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat yang akan melibatkan proses pengembangan website desa wisata serta pelatihan bagi pengelolanya. Melalui partisipasi masyarakat ini, diharapkan promosi Desa Wisata Cibodas dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, sehingga pengembangan ini harus dilaksanakan dengan focus dan optimal supaya memuaskan bagi para pengunjung. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yg dihadiri oleh 21 orang ini adalah kelompok desa sadar wisata Desa Cibodas yang berperan aktif dalam pengembangan website desa wisata.]]>
