Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of Management Information Systems (MIS) on online business activities and design an MIS for the sales and management of sales, purchases, and inventory at GM Tupperware office. The use of information technology and the internet has brought significant changes to the business world, including online business. Management Information Systems play a crucial role in efficiently and effectively managing online business operations. This research will employ a qualitative approach with a case study on clothing sales and the management of sales, purchases, and inventory at GM Tupperware office. The study will result in the design of an MIS that can assist in managing clothing sales as well as sales, purchases, and inventory at GM Tupperware office. The implementation of an effective MIS will enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and enhance overall business performance

Abstract

The use of collaborative robots (cobots) in the manufacturing industry aims to enhance productivity, address the shortage of skilled labor, and improve job satisfaction. The "Collaborative APAC-Cobot Expo 2021" event, organized by Universal Robots, serves as a response to the challenges faced by businesses regarding an aging workforce and labor shortages. The cobot market is projected to continue growing worldwide, including in the Asia Pacific region and Indonesia. The adoption of robotic technology provides significant benefits to the Indonesian industry, particularly in realizing the vision of Industry 4.0. A case study on the implementation of cobots in Yokota Corporation is also presented as an example of successful cobot integration, leading to increased production without requiring additional human resources. Collaborative automation, as a future business strategy post-Covid-19 pandemic, combines the strengths of humans and robots, leading to improved job satisfaction and career advancement. Universal Robots addresses supply chain challenges and labor shortages in the industry through the implementation of collaborative automation. Successful implementation of collaborative automation has been observed in the Asia Pacific region, and this article highlights the opportunities offered by this automation trend. The development of collaborative robots (cobots) as an alternative automation solution within the context of Industry 4.0 in Indonesia is crucial. The Indonesian government's "Making Indonesia 4.0" roadmap recognizes automation as a significant step towards Industry 4.0. Cobots are considered a necessary technology for the development of Industry 4.0 in Indonesia. The advancement of robotic automation in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia is essential for maintaining competitiveness and efficiency in challenging economic conditions. This article highlights Universal Robots, a leading collaborative robot technology company, offering cobots to enhance productivity in the manufacturing sector. The potential benefits of utilizing cobots in improving efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing industry are also discussed.

Abstract

The development of the world of technology and information is getting faster day by day. These developments clearly affect the speed and accuracy of information delivery. Unfortunately, there are still many business activities, especially the buying and selling process, which are not in line with current technological advances. On that basis, the author tries to make a final project regarding the sales system at the Bicycle Shop, which currently sales management is still manual. Most systems that run at the Bicycle Shop are done manually, starting from recording products, selling goods, and making reports so that it is possible during the process there is an error in recording. The design of this sales information system is the best solution to overcome the problems that occur in the Bicycle Shop. For the software development method, the author uses the Prototype model. In making this sales information system using a programming language using PHP and using a MySQL database. This sales information system provides information on some common processes that often occur in bicycle shops. The expected results from making this sales information system able to provide information quickly and accurately are expected with this information system, users can increase profits in their business.

Abstract

Information systems are generally known as tools to facilitate the process of using data or processing within an organization, institution or business entity. Systematically, information systems are indeed used to streamline data processing in various interests, especially in the aspect of decision making. In addition, the information system has several functions including collecting and entering data, storing data, and producing information output. PT. Global Systematic Partners are currently still not optimally using information systems, especially attendance.

Abstract

The sales of used smartphones or devices increase with the purchase of new smartphones or devices because most people sell their old smartphones or devices before buying new ones with advanced features. Ratings are still used for selling used smartphones or electronic devices, resulting in unexpected outcomes. To overcome this problem, a system is needed to accurately determine the selling price of smartphones or electronic devices. By comparing different journals and using Fuzzy Inference System (FIS); B. Fuzzy Sugeno, Fuzzy Mamdani, and Fuzzy Tsukamoto methods, it aims to assist those who want to buy orsell smartphones with more detailed information about the terms and conditions of the smartphones being bought orsold. From the comparative analysis of fourjournals using different methods, it is concluded that theMamdani method is the best method for determining the price of used smartphones. Moreover, both journalsthat use the Mamdani method have higher accuracy scores, achieving 100% validity compared to the Sugeno and Tsukamoto methods. The purpose of this comparison is to find a good way to determine the price of used smartphones.

Abstract

Burung lovebird berasal dari benua Afrika, dan saat ini, mereka menjadi hewan peliharaan yang sangat populer karena memiliki suara yang merdu dan bulu yang indah. Tingginya permintaan akan jenis burung ini terbukti dari banyaknya kompetisi burung kicau yang diadakan di berbagai daerah. Dalam memanfaatkan peluang ini, pengusaha memilih untuk beternak burung lovebird. Namun, mereka menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu, biaya, dan kurangnya jumlah dokter hewan. Informasi yang diperoleh terbatas pada kondisi burung lovebird ketika diperiksa oleh dokter hewan. Jika ada gejala tambahan atau perubahan perilaku, perlu kembali mengunjungi dokter hewan. Namun, dengan kemajuan komputer dan teknologi informasi, tantangan dan kesulitan tersebut dapat diatasi melalui pengembangan perangkat lunak berupa sistem pakar. Program ini berfungsi untuk mendiagnosis penyakit yang menyerang burung lovebird dan memberikan panduan pengobatannya

Abstract

Pengembangan aplikasi Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) berbasis Android diusulkan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan informasi karir siswa SMK Wira Buana 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dan tantangan dalam pengelolaan BKK serta mengembangkan aplikasi BKK yang terstruktur dan sistematis menggunakan metode Waterfall. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus digunakan untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang konteks dan tantangan yang spesifik. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan interpretatif. Temuan tersebut digunakan untuk merancang solusi yang tepat dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi BKK. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan informasi karir siswa, menjadi acuan bagi lembaga pendidikan vokasi lain dalam pengembangan BKK yang lebih baik, serta memberikan manfaat bagi siswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja yang dinamis dan kompetitif.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, ketersediaan informasi mengenai klinik serta rumah sakit terdekat sangat penting, terutama dalam situasi darurat ketika seseorang membutuhkan perawatan medis secepat mungkin. Namun, mencari klinik atau rumah sakit terdekat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dapat menjadi sulit bagi sebagian orang, terutama bagi mereka yang tidak terbiasa dengan daerah sekitar atau tidak tahu tempat mana yang harus dicari. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem pencarian klinik serta rumah sakit terdekat dengan memanfaatkan metode Finite State Automata. Metode ini dipilih karena memiliki keunggulan dalam memproses data berbasis teks dan mampu diterapkan dengan baik pada aplikasi berbasis website. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus klinik serta rumah sakit wilayah Tangerang sebagai objek penelitian. Data yang digunakan adalah data lokasi klinik serta rumah sakit, serta data jarak antara lokasi pengguna dengan klinik atau rumah sakit terdekat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu aplikasi berbasis website yang bisa digunakan untuk melakukan pencarian klinik serta rumah sakit terdekat di wilayah Tangerang dengan memanfaatkan metode Finite State Automata. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mencari layanan kesehatan dengan mudah dan cepat

Abstract

The web-based employee attendance application as an identification tool is an efficient and practical solution for the Baranahan Kemhan Puskod Office in managing employee attendance recap. Making an employee attendance system is done by means of system analysis, system design, system implementation, and testing. This system is created using the programming language PHP and MySQL for database management. As a result, a web-based employee attendance application was created to accurately identify employees and manage attendance data efficiently.

Abstract

Ordering sewing services is a service sector UMKM whose existence is really needed by many groups, this happens because clothing or clothing is a basic human need, therefore sewing services are a business that is quite convincing and has a fairly long business life. In the research conducted on Korita Tailor, problems with the ordering system for sewing services were found, which only used conventional systems. It is said conventionally because they have not used communication facilities effectively and efficiently in ordering sewing services, for example by telephone. The Prototype Method is a software development method that allows for interaction between system developers and system users, so as to overcome incompatibilities between developers and users. From the results we got from this research, it really helps customers to order sewing services so they don't have to bother coming to the sewing place and can order indirectly.
