Abstract

One of the problems faced by HDHT shops is the food ordering system which still uses the manual method. When customers want to order food, they have to go back and forth to the cashier which is on the first floor. This often causes long lines and inconveniences customers who have to queue to order food. In addition, the order recording system still uses manuals, which are prone to errors and difficult to track. Another problem is the payment system which is also done manually. Customers must face directly to a table for food ordering and payment, and to make payments customers often have to queue in long queues. To overcome this problem, a change is needed in the HDHT shop food ordering system. The design and implementation of a web-based food ordering system is the right solution to increase efficiency, convenience and customer experience in ordering food. With a web-based ordering system, customers can order food viaplatform online without having to go back and forth to the cashier, reducing queue time and increasing service speed.

Abstract

Web-based Goods Inventory Management Information System is an information system used to manage and control an organization's inventory through a web platform. A web-based inventory management information system provides easy access, scalability and flexibility in inventory management. This system stores and manages inventory data centrally, allowing real-time access to inventory information from various locations and devices connected to the internet network. The web-based goods inventory management information system can also be integrated with other systems such as financial systems, marketing systems, and e-commerce platforms. The research method used in this study is systematization and analysis of relevant literature found from various academic and professional sources. This study identifies and categorizes research related to web-based inventory management information systems based on topics, research methods, and results achieved. In conclusion, this study provides a comprehensive understanding of web-based inventory management information systems, including concepts, methods, technologies, and benefits. This literature review can be the basis for the successful development and implementation of a web-based inventory management information system in various organizations.

Abstract

Data classification is a crucial process in data analysis that aims to categorize data into predefined categories. The Naive Bayes method has proven to be effective in data classification by leveraging the Bayes theorem. In this research, we discuss the implementation of Naive Bayes using the Python programming language for data classification. Firstly, we collect and prepare the dataset to be used in the classification process. Next, we implement the Naive Bayes algorithm using Python, which involves calculating class probabilities and feature probabilities based on the training data. We utilize available Python libraries to facilitate the implementation of this algorithm. After training the classification model using the training data, we conduct testing using separate testing data. We analyze the model's performance using evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score to measure the accuracy and performance of the Naive Bayes classification model.The results of the research show that the implementation of Naive Bayes using Python provides good performance in data classification. The resulting model is capable of classifying data with adequate accuracy and relatively fast execution time. The advantages of this implementation include the ease of use and flexibility of Python as a programming language. This study provides better insights into the implementation of Naive Bayes using Python in data classification. This method can be applied in various applications such as text analysis, spam detection, or document classification. We recommend further research to expand the use of Naive Bayes on larger datasets and compare it with other classification methods to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the performance and advantages of this algorithm.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on various industrial sectors, including trade and services. CV. Duta Mandiri, a goods and services procurement company, still uses a manual sales system which is less effective and efficient. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based sales application that can increase operational efficiency and make it easier for customers to place orders. This study aims to analyze functional and non-functional requirements in developing webbased sales applications for CV. Independent Ambassador. Needs analysis includes identifying the company's operational problems, customer needs in placing orders, and selecting the right technology to meet these needs. The results of this study are expected to provide a solution for CV. Duta Mandiri in improving company performance and providing better service to customers. This web-based sales application allows customers to place orders online, anytime and anywhere, without the need for a direct visit to CV. Independent Ambassador. In addition, this application is expected to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors in managing business transaction data.

Abstract

Sistem inventory yang efisien menjadi elemen penting dalam operasi bisnis yang sukses. Jurnal ini membahas analisis dan perancangan sistem inventory yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen persediaan dalam sebuah perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis untuk mengidentifikasi masalah yang ada dalam manajemen persediaan saat ini. Kemudian, dilakukan perancangan sistem inventory yang dirancang khusus untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dan meningkatkan efisiensi. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi proses pengelolaan persediaan yang ada, termasuk pemantauan stok, pemrosesan pesanan, pengiriman, dan penyesuaian inventaris. Hasil analisis ini mengungkapkan beberapa masalah utama, seperti kesalahan penghitungan stok, ketidaksesuaian antara persediaan aktual dan catatan sistem, serta keterlambatan pengiriman barang. Perancangan sistem inventory mencakup implementasi teknologi informasi dan penggunaan perangkat lunak khusus untuk mengotomatiskan beberapa aspek manajemen persediaan. Sistem ini memungkinkan pemantauan secara real-time terhadap stok, pemrosesan pesanan secara otomatis, serta sinkronisasi data inventaris dengan catatan sistem. Dalam pengujian awal, sistem inventory yang dirancang berhasil mengurangi kesalahan penghitungan dan meningkatkan keakuratan catatan persediaan. Selain itu, sistem ini mengurangi waktu pemrosesan pesanan dan penyesuaian inventaris secara signifikan, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional. Melalui implementasi sistem inventory yang baru, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan manajemen persediaan, mengurangi biaya persediaan yang tidak perlu, meningkatkan kecepatan pengiriman barang, dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya. Jurnal ini menyediakan wawasan yang berharga bagi perusahaan dalam memahami pentingnya sistem inventory yang efisien serta memberikan panduan tentang bagaimana merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem inventory yang sukses.

Abstract

Education is one of the vital sectors in national development. To enhance the quality of education, the role of management information systems has been recognized as an effective means. This research aims to analyze the implementation of management information systems in improving the quality of education. Three previous journals have been used as references to gather information on the implementation of management information systems in the educational environment. The research methodology employed is an analysis of these journals. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of management information systems in education still faces challenges and obstacles. However, overall, the implementation of management information systems in schools has provided a positive contribution to improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the application of Management Information Systems (MIS) on public services in the Boronadu Sub-District Office of South Nias Regency and the application of educational SIMs in the learning process at SMP Negeri 9 Buru Regency, as well as the application of Extreme Programming in the development of public service SIMs in Sukarame District. This study involved a sample of 16 Boronadu sub-district office employees, and used observation, interview, and documentation techniques in collecting data at SMP Negeri 9 Buru District. The results of the study show that the application of SIM and information technology in education is very important to improve education services at SMP Negeri 9. In addition, the development of SIM for public services in Sukarame District using the Extreme Programming method has succeeded in creating a system that can manage population data, public complaints, and service letters effectively. The test results show that the accuracy of the system reaches 100%. The findings from these three studies show the importance of implementing SIM in various fields to improve the quality of public services.

Abstract

Archiving school accreditation documents is an important process in maintaining and managing track records and information relevant to a school's accreditation. However, often the filing process is still done manually and less efficiently. Therefore, this study aims to implement the application of Finite State Automata in archiving school accreditation documents to improve efficiency and regularity in managing these documents. In this research, we designed and developed a filing system that uses the Finite State Automata concept to classify, store, and search school accreditation documents based on certain categories and attributes. This method enables the use of state-based rules that automatically set up archiving flows and processes. The test results show that the application of Finite State Automata in archiving school accreditation documents provides more efficient and accurate results, and makes it easier for users to find the required documents. It is hoped that this research can be a foundation for improving the management of school accreditation documents more systematically and effectively.

Abstract

Wajah termasuk bagian penting dari tubuh manusia. Umumnya wajah digunakan untuk mengetahui wujud rupa seseorang atapun mengetahui emosi yang sedang dirasakan. Selain itu wajah juga digunakan sebagai indentifier. Identifier atau Pendeteksi merupakan pengenal yang dilakukan agar dapat mengklasifikasikan suatu “objek”. Faster R-CNN merupakan algoritma deteksi objek berbasis wilayah terbaru yang menunjukkan hasil luar biasa pada berbagai deteksi objek. R-CNN atau Region Convolutional Neural Network merupakan metode pendeteksian objek yang masuk ke dalam ranah computer vision yang berbasis jaringan konvolusi atau CNN. CNN atau Convolutional Neural Network merupakan salah satu kelas dari deep neural network yang berfungsi untuk menganalisis citra visual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar dapat membuktikan pengenalan wajah dari data yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti. Kata kunci: Pengenalan Wajah, Systematic Literature Review, Faster R-CNNAbstract−The face is an important part of the human body. Generally, the face is used to determine the appearance of a person or to know the emotions that are being felt. In addition, the face is also used as an identifier. Identifier or Detector is an identifier that is made in order to classify an "object". Faster R-CNN is a new region-based object detection algorithm which shows excellent results on a wide range of object detection. R-CNN or Region Convolutional Neural Network is a method of detecting objects that enter the realm of computer vision based on convolution networks or CNN. CNN or Convolutional Neural Network is a class of deep neural network that functions to analyze visual images. The purpose of this study is to be able to prove facial recognition from data that has been carried out by researchers.

Abstract

Competition for property agents continues to increase every year. Edwin Bright Property as a property agent in data collection is still fairly manual. With these problems, a web-based property agent information system research was carried out using the programming languages PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript. The research resulted in a web-based property agent application that can run well in mobile and desktop mode browsers. that way property agents can serve clients quickly and precisely.
