Abstract

Photo studio is a place that is sought after by many people to capture important moments in their lives. Along with technological developments, the use of a Booking system is becoming increasingly important to make it easier for customers to book photo schedules, one of which is the Hey Studio photo studio. The photo studio Booking process so far still uses a manual method, when Booking still uses a form by coming directly to the studio, with this website technology it is hoped that it can help customers to book with a range that is far from Hey Studio photo studio. This study aims to develop a Booking system software at a photo studio using the agile method. The software development method used is Agile Scrum, which consists of several stages, such as sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Software development is carried out by considering user needs and business goals, by prioritizing iteration and iterative testing. In addition, the integration of the Booking system with other information systems is also considered. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of a Booking system at a photo studio with agile methods. In addition, the results of this research are also expected to help the manager of Hey Studio photo studio in improving their productivity and quality of service.

Abstract

In this era, technology is increasingly sophisticated and modern. Everyone is required to be fast and accurate in working, in the world of working machines or technology are growing, as well as the cashier transaction system at the BATU BELIG COFFE Shop, currently the shop does not have a computerized system. So that in making receipt numbers or receipts using a manual system, namely by handwriting, this can cause the number to be the same or double. Also on the creation of a report each incoming receipt is stacked on a folder. This can also cause the receipt to be lost, tucked away or damaged. In the study, the title "Making a WEB-Based POS (Point Of Sales) Application Using the EXTREME PROGRAMMING method at Kedai Batu Belig Coffee" which aims to make it easier to make transaction numbers and sales reports. The method used is by conducting direct research at the Batu Belig Tavern then analyzing the running system and continuing with the application design and continuing the implementation stage. The result of the research is a cashier application that makes it easier for a cashier to make transactions easier and also to make it easier for sales reports such as receipts have been systemized in their numbering and sales reports are stored in a database and can be printed or printed.

Abstract

In general, the attendance process is carried out through manual stages or using book media. In this study, the implementation of teacher absences at TK 'AISYIYAH BUSTANUL ATHFAL 83 is still being carried out by recording data using book or paper media. This is not effective and efficient because its use can lead to waste and is prone to damage to data stored on paper media. For this reason, an attendance system is needed that can help facilitate the teacher attendance process, so that the attendance process is more effective and efficient. The research method used is observation and literature study. The research method uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The model used is waterfall. This research resulted in a new web-based attendance system that is effective and efficient at TK 'AISYIYAH BUSTANUL ATHFAL 83 that is able to manage the attendance process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to use the Backward Chaining method in an expert system to find various diseases in humans. An expert system is a system that integrates human knowledge into a computer and is used for diagnosis, interpretation and decision making. The focus of this research is also the immune system, also known as the immune system, because it protects the body from infection and disease. Scientific data relevant to the research objectives were collected, evaluated, and synthesized through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This study also describes the stages of the research method, such as the search process, inclusion and exclusion criteria, assessing the quality of journals, and data analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are a number of journals that are relevant to the research topic and meet the quality criteria. These journals cover various fields, such as diagnosing kidney disease, diagnosing skin diseases in children, and others. Expert systems with the Back Chaining method have advantages in diagnosing diseases. This research provides in-depth understanding of the diseases studied through the collection of scientifically documented information.

Abstract

Manual goods recording processes in the company's warehouse are still often carried out, resulting in several problems such as delays in the process of outgoing and incoming goods, physical data damage of goods, and accumulation of physical data documents in the warehouse. The development of information technology provides convenience in managing company data including goods data. One solution to overcome the above problems is to build a web-based goods recording system. This system can accurately, quickly and neatly record goods data. In addition, this system can also accelerate the process of outgoing and incoming goods and reduce damage and accumulation of data. A web-based goods recording system is important to achieve ease of data access and business process automation. This study aims to design a web-based goods recording system to create a goods system that can overcome manual problems and help company's business processes. This system is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of managing company's goods data. PT. Perdana Cargo Solutions is a cargo shipping and logistics service company. The company is engaged in packing, shipping, shipping and storage of containers and shipping goods. Along with the development of business activities at PT. Perdana Cargo Solutions, the number of shipping goods also increased. The process of recording goods in the company's warehouse is currently still done manually, so there are several problems found, namely delays in the process of packing and shipping goods, goods data errors due to duplication of recording, and accumulation of physical documents of goods data. These issues make goods data management in the company become ineffective, both in terms of time and cost. Therefore, PT. Perdana Cargo Solutions requires a goods recording system that can improve the performance of managing goods data to support the company's business growth. One of the solutions is to build a web-based goods recording system. The webbased goods recording system is expected to accurately, integratively and timely record shipping goods data. In addition, this system also facilitates the process of packing and shipping goods and reduces delays due to data retrieval and duplication of records. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that the performance of managing company's goods data can increase significantly along with the growth in business volume. The development of the web-based goods recording system aims to create an integrated, reliable goods management system and can support the scalability of PT. Perdana Cargo Solutions' business in the future.

Abstract

This researcher entitled "Design and Build a Web-Based Document Archiving Application Using the Incremental Method at PT. NashTa Global Utama”. PT. NashTa Global Utama is a company founded on October 17, 2012 engaged in Information Technology Services and Procurement of Spare Parts and Software. The document filing system used today still uses traditional methods, namely in the form of physical documents stored in a cabinet and can be accessed by every individual in all divisions. The process of making this program begins by analyzing the existing systems in the company, then creating DFD, ERD and the necessary tables. Followed by designing the interface and making the program. This document archiving application uses the PHP programming language, MySQL as a database, Notepad++, Visual Studio Code as an HTML text editor. The result of this document filing system is that data search does not need to require a lot of time and effort so that the required data can be accessed quickly and easily. And the data stored is based on the provisions of each division so that data can be captured automatically based on the category so that data archiving is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Information systems are widely used in an institution. For example in a company, office and education. In educational institutions information systems This aims to promote or provide an overview of the institution's profile related education, administration, and other facilities, Vocational High School ALMUHTADIN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, Depok City, is one of the schools in the Cipayung sub-district, Dalam providing school information is still done manually, namely the school socialize and interact with the wider community such as school profiles, student data, teacher data, and class schedule information. This study aims to design a system web-based school profile information at SMK AL-MUHTADIN Depok City. Data used is secondary data in the form of documents obtained directly from SMK AL-MUHTADIN Depok City. This system uses HTML, PHP, CSS and MySQL programming languages as the database. This system is expected to facilitate the school in provide school information and the public can view school information anywhere without waiting for the school to socialize directly.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) in the field of education is a concept that utilizes information and communication technology to increase efficiency, effectiveness and transparency in the management of the educational process. In the context of education, MIS helps manage various aspects related to the management of educational institutions, from student and staff administration, curriculum and scheduling, to performance monitoring and evaluation. The purpose of using MIS in the education sector is to facilitate and improve the quality of decision-making by education stakeholders, such as school principals, lecturers, teachers and administrative staff. Through SIM, data and information related to education can be collected, stored, managed and accessed more efficiently. MIS also helps improve communication and collaboration between various parties involved in the educational process, including students, parents and other educational institutions.

Di era teknologi yang sudah canggih seperti sekarang , kebutuhan primer seperti sandang dan pangan dengan mudahnya dapat dipesan melalui website atau aplikasi dengan komputer atau telephone genggam.Oleh karena itu dibuatnya Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Produk Berbasis Web pada Notto Bakery dibangun menggunakan bahasa PHP, dan menggunakan metode Observasi,Wawancara dan Studi Pustaka untuk metode pengumpulan data sebagai penunjang metode pembuatan sistem untuk perancangan sistem perangkat lunak.Karena ini ditemukanya beberapa masalah terutama pada penjualan produk ,pencatatan data penjualan produk kemudian untuk laporan hasil penjualan , maka diharapkan tujuan dari penelitian ini penerapan perangkat lunak dapat membantu proses penjualan produk ,laporan hasil penjualan produk .Dari penelitian ini akan diperoleh hasil sebuah sistem informasi yang berbasis web untuk penjualan produk yang lebih baik lagi disbanding dengan sistem lama yang menggunakan sistem manual .Hasil dari sistem berbasis web ini masih dalam tahap implementasi pada Toko Notto Bakery.

Abstract

In today's digital age, all aspects of human life are now inseparable from technological developments including websites as information media. At PAUD Qur'an Nurul Ikhlas Cipayung itself still uses Brochures to market information services about the School, prospective parents of students also have difficulty getting school information related to services and facilities at PAUD Qur'an Nurul Ikhlas Cipayung, To overcome these problems, a website was designed for PAUD Qur'an Nurul Ikhlas Cipayung which is used as an information system that can be accessed by users or prospective parents of students widely, and is useful for PAUD Qur'an Nurul Ikhlas Cipayung as a more structured information data management. The approach taken by the authoris by observation and interview. The results of this study resulted in the design of a website-based information system at PAUD Qur'an Nurul Ikhlas Cipayung which makes it easier for prospective parents of students to see all services, facilities and school information available at PAUD Qur'an Nurul Ikhlas Cipayung, and can facilitate the PAUD Qur'an Nurul Ikhlas Cipayung Admin in information data management.
