Penyakit paru-paru pada anak merupakan masalah kesehatan yang penting, dan diagnosa yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan pengobatan dan perawatan yang sesuai. Paru-paru berperan penting dalam sistem pernapasan, dan ketika terjadi gangguan pada paru-paru, anak dapat mengalami kesulitan bernapas dan berbagai masalah kesehatan lainnya. Penyakit paru-paru pada anak dapat meliputi berbagai kondisi, seperti infeksi saluran pernapasan, asma, pneumonia, bronkitis, dan lain sebagainya. Metode forward chaining melibatkan pengumpulan gejala yang dialami oleh anak dan menghubungkannya dengan aturan-aturan dalam basis pengetahuan penyakit paru-paru anak. Proses ini membantu mengidentifikasi dan menghubungkan gejala dengan penyakit paru-paru anak secara efisien. Studi literatur dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk mengumpulkan dan mengevaluasi artikel-artikel yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode forward chaining memiliki kelebihan dalam memberikan diagnosa awal yang cepat dan akurat. Dari kesimpulan tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Paru-Paru pada Anak menggunakan Metode Forward Chaining memiliki potensi untuk memberikan manfaat bagi penggunanya dari segi efisiensi waktu dan akurasi hasil yang diberikan.

In the current digital era, the use of information technology is very important in running a business. One form of information technology that can be utilized is a web-based information system. Bookstores as a business engaged in selling books, need to utilize information technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing their business. Sinar Abadi Bookstore is one of the bookstores in big cities. In running its business, this store still uses traditional ways of recording sales such as recording purchases manually, keeping track of stock, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to create a website-based sales information system that can assist Sinar Abadi Bookstore in managing sales data effectively and efficiently. In this case, the purpose of this research is to design and develop a web-based sales information system at the Sinar Abadi Bookstore. Of course, with the limitation of the problem, namely the website administrator plays an important role in creating, adding, or changing the data displayed on the web. The result of this research is a website about a sales information system that answers problems at the Sinar Abadi Bookstore.

Diagnosing gastric disease is a challenge in the medical field because of its often similar symptoms and the complexity associated with other factors that can affect a patient's condition. The expert system has become an interesting approach in diagnosing gastric diseases because of its ability to mimic the intelligence and knowledge of a medical expert. In this study, we conducted an analysis of the Gastric Disease Diagnosis Expert System using the Forward Chaining method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The Forward Chaining method is used for inference based on the rules and facts of the symptoms collected, while the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is used to analyze the relevant literature to gain a comprehensive understanding of the use of the Forward Chaining method in the diagnosis of gastric diseases. The results of our analysis provide important insights into the implementation, advantages, solution and platfrom of using the Forward Chaining method in an expert system for diagnosing gastric diseases.

This research aims to develop a system that can assist in identifying and diagnosing diseases based on symptoms experienced by humans, especially diseases of the stomach. The desiredsystem is an expert system that is able to imitate the thinking of an expert in diagnosing diseases. Expert system is a technology based on knowledge, facts, and reasoning, used to solve problems in various fields of science, including disease diagnosis. The development method used is the SLR (systematic Literature Review) method using the Forward Chaining inference method and the depthfirst search model using the Java programming language. This research uses a knowledge base consisting of seventeen symptoms and seven types of stomach diseases, including: Gastritis,Dyspepsia, Gastric Cancer, GERD, Gastroenteritis, Gastroparesis, and Peptic Ulcer. Dr. Amelia Mayangsari also conducted a feasibility study of this system, and the results showed that this expert system has a diagnostic accuracy rate of 75% and can be categorized as good. However, improvements are still needed in terms of effectiveness and completeness of information.

It is hoped that all members of society can participate in developing science and technology. Almost all types of businesses to date have used a computerized system. The computerized system is made to provide the best service because efforts to increase finances and satisfying services, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are urgently needed. This business must present a system that can facilitate seller sales and improve customer service because the system used in this sales effort is still manual. Predictive modeling has become increasingly important in various fields such as data science, artificial intelligence, finance, healthcare, and many others. In this context, supervised learning has emerged as one of the most commonly used approaches to building predictive models. By employing supervised learning algorithms, models can be used to classify data into appropriate categories or make numerical predictions. In the realm of predictive modeling, the Python programming language has become a primary choice for practitioners and researchers. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of supervised learning techniques that can be applied using Python. Qualitative research methods with a case study approach are employed to gain in-depth insights into the specific context and challenges. The researcher conducts experiments using real-world datasets relevant to predictive modeling to test the effectiveness of implemented supervised learning techniques. The findings of this research are expected to offer practical guidance to researchers and practitioners interested in leveraging supervised learning with Python to build efficient and reliable predictive models.

The utilization of big data in educational institutions has become an important topic in optimizing the educational process and strategic decision-making. Big data provides a valuable resource for analyzing the data generated by educational institutions, such as student information, attendance, assessments, and classroom interactions. However, the utilization of big data also faces challenges, including data privacy and security, data integrity, and limitations in technology resources and analytical expertise. This research employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches to elucidate the benefits and challenges of utilizing big data in educational institutions. The research findings indicate that the utilization of big data can enhance operational efficiency, decision-making effectiveness, and student learning experiences. However, the protection of data privacy and security, as well as the development of resources and analytical expertise, are crucial in optimizing the utilization of big data. Recommendations are provided to educational institutions to consider the use of big data in decision-making, personalized learning, and operational efficiency.

The Bina Yatama Foundation is an institution or organization engaged in the socio-religious field. With the increasing amount of data stored, it has made it difficult for the Foundation to manage all the data received, resulting in a buildup of files. From these problems it is encouraging to design a system by utilizing computer technology, especially in the use of the internet which is processed with an accurate management information system, the design of this system aims to help improve services at the Bina Yatama Foundation in managing donor data and related processes and reports systematically. Therefore the design of this system is made on a web basis to make it easier for the Foundation to manage the data needed. In this web application we use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language. In addition, the tools used in designing this system are using the PHP programming language and MySQL database for data storage. The results of this research, in the form of a web-based donor management fund management information system, are expected to help the performance of the Bina Yatama Foundation in improving its services to donors and providing accurate information to be given to donors in need.

Web-based employee attendance application with QR Code as an identification tool is an efficient and practical solution for PT Konsultan Pajak Barli and Rekan in managing employee attendance. In this journal, we describe the design and implementation of the application, as well as discuss the expected benefits from using this application. The methods used in developing this application are requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The result is an employee attendance application that utilizes QR Code technology to accurately identify employees and efficiently manage attendance data.
