This article discusses the claims made by some qualitative researchers that collaborative autoethnographic writing serves to displace sociology and other social sciences as a means to understand subjectivity. Collaborative creative writing claims to be no less valid than sociological inquiry and is less socially exclusive, and academic criticism of this approach is itself seen as only subjective. A particular project by Wyatt and Gale and others can still be exposed to ‘immanent critique’, however, where the philosophical resources used to support the argument (the work of Deleuze and Guattari in this case) can be explored to suggest quite different implications for subjectivity. These include discussing external social influences on creativity and collaboration, and, more generally, on subjectivity itself. Guattari’s cartography of subjectification suggests that sociological inquiry, including the sociology of education, still has a major role in providing empirical examples and experiences of the processes involved, as resources for subsequent deleuzian philosophising and for effective micropolitics.

The Sumedang Regency Government at the Sumedang Regency Regional Revenue and Management Agency has responded to this challenge by implementing digital transformation in public policy by implementing an Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) policy through a service known as e-Office. This study aims to analyze the digital transformation of the Regional Revenue and Management Agency of Sumedang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the study show that digital transformation of policies and public services at the Sumedang Regency Revenue and Management Agency has gone very well with the application of e-office. The application of e-office applications in addition to implementing several central and regional government policies, is also used as an internal service tool to assess the work of apparatus in carrying out basic tasks and functions individually . In this study it was also found that e-office applications still need to be developed between local governments and other parties with the concept of collaboration.

To be able to improve the welfare of fishermen, Pertamina runs the Pertamina Sahabat Nelayan program. In this program, there is a Social Return on Investment (SROI) which helps reduce inequality and environmental degradation and increase welfare by combining social, environmental, and economic costs and benefits. This research then aims to see the SROI of the Pertamina Sahabat Nelayan program. This research will be conducted by measuring the existing impact using the SROI method. Meanwhile, the data obtained will be analyzed descriptively. The results of this study then found that this community empowerment program had an SROI value of 1.83. This means that the Pertamina Sahabat Nelayan program positively impacts the economy, society and environment. But unfortunately, this program has a negative impact, namely the existence of a group dependency on the role of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Semarang in terms of communication with other parties and promotion of the program.

This article reflects on the decentralization processes promoted in Chilean school education through the creation of a subsidy focused on low socioeconomic groups, called the Preferential School Subsidy (SEP). To that end, this public policy is illustrated by means of a Logical Framework approach and results from the period 2009-2016 corresponding to municipal schools of two communes attached to the SEP are reviewed. The work derives in two conjectures. First, this subsidy would not be inducing improvements in academic performance, despite the sustained increase in resources. Secondly, there is an increasing concentration of priority students in the contexts analyzed, which agrees with the marked school segregation observed in Chile.

The real condition of the world today is in a phenomenon that brings governments to make a policy in the world of education. The distance learning policy (PJJ) during the COVID-19 pandemic, for example, turned out to be a new problem for education. The implementation of education and learning has undergone drastic changes. Learning is no longer using conventional face-to-face meetings, but is starting to be integrated with online learning. This paper aims to describe learning during a pandemic. This paper also shows that good collaboration between teachers, students, and parents can overcome problems in adapting blended learning methods during a pandemic. The application of the blended learning method in learning requires teachers to be creative in providing a learning platform. The activeness of students in the learning process and parents accompanying students during online learning greatly help the progress and creativity of students during the pandemic.

The authors conducted a systematic review of adolescents receiving a macronutrient (iron, zinc) intervention compared to a multi-micronutrient intervention to investigate their efficacy on nutritional status. Systematic searches were conducted in four database sources—Science Direct, ProQuest, EBSCO, and Google Scholar. A PICO worksheet was used to define keywords, including 1) Patient/Problem: Preconception for adolescent OR girl student, 2) Intervention: Iron and zinc OR Fe and Zn OR macronutrients, 3) Comparison: Multi-micronutrient, and 4) Outcome: Nutritional status. Inclusion criteria included female adolescents aged 9–24 years and English and Indonesian articles published from 2013 to 2020. The risk of bias was assessed by minimizing four potential sources of bias: sample selection, research design, control of confounding variables, and data collection techniques. Result: 10 relevant studies discussing iron, zinc, and multi-micronutrient supplements for adolescents were identified. Iron and zinc interventions are efficacious in preventing anemia, enhancing hemoglobin concentration, improving body mass index, and reducing the risk of low birth weight and preeclampsia for women in the preconception phase. The multi-micronutrient intervention has similar efficacy, but it can better affect the maternal immune response and the production of the human placental lactogen hormone, which ultimately increases placental weight and birth weight while lowering the risk of abortion and prematurity. Conclusion: Iron, zinc, and multi-micronutrient interventions play a pivotal role in improving the nutritional status of adolescents in preparing the preconception phase because they provide positive benefits and can prevent nutritional deficiencies before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and after delivery.

This research defines, through an extensive literature review, the roles played by the victim, bully, peer group, school, family and society in the dynamics of bullying. Finally, we conclude that the complexity and diversity of the actors should lead us to rethink the traditional definitions of school bullying, to stake out the focus of research projects and to reconstruct prevention and action policies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the BANGGA Papua policy in the Asmat district, Papua Province. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with the aim of presenting a complete picture of the problem under study. Data collection by interviews, observation, documentation studies and data analysis techniques through data reduction and drawing conclusions with a total of 42 informants. The results and discussion of the implementation of the BANGGA Papua policy (Building a Prosperous Papuan Generation and Family) in Asmat District, Papua Province, explain that the productivity of the BANGGA Papua policy, as seen from the number of achievements of the target group of beneficiary communities, has not been productive because the target beneficiaries have not been achieved due to the cessation of the BANGGA Papua program which has not been running for five years. Then from the linearity dimension seen from the procedure, time, cost, place and implementation it can be said that the implementation has been linear or in accordance with the procedure, cost, place and implementer, although in terms of the time aspect the implementation of the BANGGA Papua program has not been appropriate. The existence of delays and delays in several stages of the BANGGA Papua program implementation resulted in the achievement of program targets not being achieved. While the efficiency of the implementation of the BANGGA Papua policy, seen from assets, funds and technology, is in accordance with the design of the Governor of Papua Regulation Number 23 of 2018 concerning the Program to Build a Prosperous Papuan Generation and Family.

After the issuance of TAP MPR Number IX/MPR/1998 concerning State Administration that is Clean and Free from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism, the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) then issued a series of laws against corruption, including: Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes; and Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes. Apart from that, the government is also making efforts through determining the payment of money as compensation for corruption. The problem is how is the legal comparison between Indonesia and the United States regarding criminal sanctions for money as compensation in the concept of law enforcement on corruption crimes? The research used is normative legal research, namely a scientific research procedure to find the truth based on the scientific logic of law from a normative side, studying the application of rules or norms in positive law to find legal rules, legal principles, and doctrines, generate arguments, theories, or new concepts to find solutions to legal issues that arise and answer problems. The results of the study show that there are differences between Indonesia and the United States regarding criminal sanctions for money substitutes in the concept of law enforcement for criminal acts of corruption.
