Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of efficacy on employee career planning at the Medang Deras sub-district office, Batu Bara Regency. (2) the effect of self-efficacy on employee career motivation at the Medang Deras sub-district office, Batu Bara Regency. (3) the Effect of Career Motivation on Employee Career Planning at the Medang Deras Subdistrict Office, Batu Bara Regency. (4) Self-Efficacy Influences on Employee Career Planning through Career Motivation Mediation at the Medang Deras Sub-district Office, Batu Bara Regency with a sample of 34 people. using 20 measuring instrumen. The results of this study indicate that efficacy has a significant effect on employee career palanning with a t value 2.870, t table of 2.036, self-efficacy has a significant effect on career motivation with a t-count value of 2.093 t table of 2.036, career motivation has no significant effect on employee career planning with a t-count value of 0.182 t-table of 2.036, career motivation significantly does not mediate the influence between self-efficacy and career planning employees with a t-count value of 0.163 t-table of 2.036.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Ethics and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables at the Community and Village Empowerment Service in Lubuk Pakam. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS version 22.0. The results of the study show that the ethical leadership significance value is 0.001 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the ethical leadership variable has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment significance value is 0.006 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance. It is known that the significant value of the leadership ethics variable is 0.003 (<0.05) so it can be concluded that the leadership ethics variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. It is known that the significant value of the work environment variable is 0.245 (> 0.05) so it can be concluded that the work environment variable has no significant effect on the job satisfaction variable. It is known that the direct influence of the work environment on job satisfaction is 0.206. Meanwhile, the indirect effect of the work environment through employee performance on job satisfaction is the multiplication of the beta value (work environment on employee performance) and the beta value (employee performance on job satisfaction), namely 0.342 x 0.172 = 0.058. Based on the two calculations, it is known that the direct effect is 0.559 and the indirect effect is 0.084, the direct effect is 0.206 and the indirect effect is 0.058. It can be interpreted that the indirect effect is smaller than the direct influence of leadership ethics and the work environment through employee performance does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

In the case of taking legal action to transfer a right to land or building, it can usually be done by way of buying and selling, grants, exchange, separation and division of inheritance and so on. The transfer of land rights by buying and selling that do not have rights (not yet certified) is carried out by relinquishing land rights with compensation made before a notary so that the strength of proof is perfect.This type of research uses empirical legal research using an empirical juridical research approach and a sociological approach, the data used in this study are primary data as the main data obtained directly from interviews and secondary data as supporting materials obtained from legal materials. Based on the results of the research, the researchers concluded that the role of the notary in the transfer of land rights that have not been certified in Medan City, especially in Deli Serdang Regency, Patumbak District, which is located in Hamlet VI (six) Patumbak Kampung Village, is to make an authentic deed of relinquishment of land rights that has been determined by law, guaranteeing the certainty of the date of the making of the deed, providing grosse, and besides that the notary also plays an important role in providing legal advice, explanations and instructions to the parties facing the things that can be done or prohibited related to applicable laws and regulations. As well as correcting typographical errors or typos contained in the signed minutes of deed.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is the implementation of the suspect's rights in the examination process at the Investigation level. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of the suspect's rights as the embodiment of the presumption of innocence at the Medan Polrestabes investigation level. to find out the obstacles of investigators in implementing the rights of suspects in the examination process at the Medan Polrestabes Investigation level. Data collection is done by means of observation, interviews. Based on the results of the research carried out, in the implementation of the suspect's rights in the examination process, regardless of whether the suspect is guilty or not, the right to be investigated immediately and the right to be free to provide information or in the sense that the suspect is examined during the examination, there is no pressure or physical violence during the examination. However, there is one right that is not in accordance with the rights of the suspect as regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code in which the suspect does not receive legal assistance. and the actions of law enforcement officers, in this case investigators in conducting examinations, are arrogant, they assume that they are the holders of the fate of the suspect, ignorance or lack of understanding is explained about the rights that can be obtained by the suspect and suspects who do not understand the importance of assistance. n the law, dishonesty and transparency of the suspect in carrying out the integration process (examination), and uncooperative suspects are usually passive and mostly silent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Facilities, Work Discipline and Compensation on Improving Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable at PPKS (Palm Oil Research Center) Medan. This research is quantitative research with a population of 365 people and a sample of 35 employees. The sample technique used is simple random sampling, the main method used is distributing questionnaires, while the auxiliary method used is documentation testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear analysis, partial t test. X1) on Increasing Employee Performance (Y) for PPKS Medan employees. This test proves that partially (t) Work Facilities do not have a significant effect on increasing employee performance.

Abstract

Divorce is a breaking of the marriage bond between the two parties, namely the husband and wife due to the occurrence of an disharmony in family relations that is fractured on the basis of an internal factor or external factor that occurs. As with divorce issues that often end up in court, divorce that occurs will naturally have legal consequences for husband and wife, children and joint property. And to find out the factors causing the application for divorce at the Medan District Court. The type of research used in this thesis is a case study case decision No. 824/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Medan field research is research that uses secondary data obtained from books, laws . Journal, this research raises the problem which is the legal basis for judges, namely from (Article 39 Paragraph 1 Law Number 1 of 1974 as is the statutory system which is more underlying and used by judges in determining their decisions on the basis of judges' decisions regarding divorce. The results of this study indicate that divorce can occur because there is a legal basis on which the divorce is valid.

Abstract

Purchasing decision is a process in which consumers recognize the problem, seek information about a particular product or brand and properly evaluate each of these alternatives to solve the problem, which then leads to purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine how much influence trust and quality of information have on purchasing decisions at J&T Express indrapura either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, with a population of 30 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The research results show that 1). There is a positive and significant influence between trust and purchasing decisions. This is shown from the results of the tcount test of 2.359 with a significance of 0.002, 2). There is a positive and significant influence between the quality of information on purchasing decisions. This is shown from the results of the t-count test of 2.680 with a significance of 0.001, 3). There is a significant influence between trust and quality of information on purchasing decisions. This is shown from the results of the calculated F test of 3.460 with a significance of 0.005, 4). Based on this study, the trust and quality of information can explain the factors that influence purchasing decisions by 30.2% and the remaining 69.8% are influenced by variables outside the research.

Abstract

Article 156 of law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections states that "everyone who intentionally casts his/her vote more than once at one polling station (TPS)/Overseas polling station (TPLSN) or more, shall be subject to a criminal sanction. with a maximum imprisonment of 18 (eighteen) months and a maximum fine of Rp.18,000,000.00 (eighteen million rupiah). The writing of this article aims to explain the factors in the occurrence of a criminal act of voting more than once in a general election crime. This research uses normative juridical research. According to the author's analysis, someone commits an election crime, one of which is voting more than once in a general election, there are several factors such as the influence of money politics, low legal knowledge, and still registered voters at several polling stations. And the defendant in this decision committed the crime to get more votes because the defendant is a legislative candidate from the Indonesian Unity Justice Party (PKPI). Settlement of the crime of voting more than once in a criminal act of general election is carried out by Article 516 of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections. Efforts to prevent these crimes are to carry out socialization efforts to the whole community, to make improvements to voter data by the organizers of the general election.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether online shopping interest can be influenced by customer satisfaction through e-wom commitment to Management Economics students and FKIP English education at the Indonesian Community Development University Medan. This study analyzes 1.) The effect of customers on e-wom commitment 2.) The effect of trust on e-wom commitment 3.) The effect of customers on online shopping interest 4.) The effect of trust on online shopping interest 5.) The effect of e-Wom commitment on interest in online shopping. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was Economics Management students and FKIP English education at the Indonesian Community Development University (UPMI) Medan who used Shopee's online shop. This research technique is Cluster Random Sampling with 58 Consumers as Respondents. This study uses an online questionnaire as a data collection instrument. This study analyzes data using SPSS version 21. The results show 1.) Customers have a significant effect on e-WOM 2.) Trust has a significant effect on e-WOM 3.) Customers have a significant effect on Interest online shopping 4.) Trust has a significant effect on online shopping interest 5.) E-wom has a significant effect on online shopping interest.

Abstract

Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Pelestarian Hewan Langka Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No.5 Tahun 1990 di BBKSDA Medan dengan mengemukakan sub masalah sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimanakah peranan badan konsevasi sumber daya alam (BKSDA) Medan terhadap pelestarian hewan langka berdasarkan No. 5 Tahun 1990 tentang konservasi sumber daya alam hayati dan ekosistemnya? (2) Bagaimanakah kendala yang dihadapi BBKSDA Medan dalam pelestarian hewan langka berdasarkan Undang Undang No 5. Tahun 1990. Penelitian ini merupakan tipe penelitian langsung dengan menonjolkan pendekatan yuridis dan empiris, Sumber data primer dan sekunder. Langkah selanjutnya adalah mengklasifikasikan sesuai dengan permasalahan yang diteliti, kemudian data tersebut disusun dan dianalisa dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Peranan Balai Besar konsevasi sumber daya alam (BBKSDA) Medan terhadap pelestarian hewan langka sudah cukup besar apalagi diiringi dengan beberapa peraturan peraturan hukum, seperti Undang-Undang No. 5 tahun 1990 tetapi pasti ada juga beberapa orang yang belum tahu tentang peraturan tersebut, jadi Balai Besar konsevasi sumber daya alam (BBKSDA) Medan semaksimal mungkin menanggulangi pemburuan liar atau menanggulangi pengurangan populasi satwa langka dengan peraturan yang ada. Kendala yang di hadapi Balai Besar konsevasi sumber daya alam (BBKSDA) Medan dalam pelestarian hewan lagka juga sudah sangat jelas disebut, jadi setiap program pasti ada pro dan kontra dengan itu, jadi itu adalah hal yang sangat wajar apalagi kendala yang sebenarnya Balai Besar konsevasi sumber daya alam (BBKSDA) Medan hadapi adalah masalah external dengan orang atau oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab bukan dengan alam dan satwa nya sendiri
