Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training on the performance of civil servant teachers in cluster 04, Alak sub-district, Kupang City. The formulation of the problem put forward is whether training influences the performance of civil servant teachers in Cluster 04, Alak District, Kupang City. This type of research is referred to as survey research, namely research that takes samples from a population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool (Sugiyono, 2013: 39). The population in this study were all civil servant teachers in Cluster 04, Alak District, Kupang City, and the sample taken was 44 teachers using the Saturated Sampling Technique. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature, while the data analysis technique is using descriptive statistical methods. The research results show that there is a strong relationship with a value of 0.541 and is significant between training and performance. From the data analysis it was concluded that the training variable had an influence of 29.2% on the performance variable, while the remaining 70.8% was contributed by other variables not included in the model (not researched).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of partial level of education on employee performance, the effect of partial work experience on employee performance, and the influence of education level and to determine the effect of work experience simultaneously on employee performance at Capa Resort Maumere. The research design used in this study was quantitative descriptive. The respondents in this study were all employees totaling 29 people. The location where this research was conducted at Capa Resort Maumere. The data collected in this study are data on the level of education, work experience, and employee performance sourced from employees and managers of Capa Resort Maumere. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and document recording, then analysis with preliminary analysis and advanced analysis with quantitative descriptive methods with testing Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22 as a tool in processing data. The results of this study show that there is a partial influence of education level on employee performance with a calculated value = 3.722 ≥ Table 2.0555. There is a partial influence of work experience on employee performance with a calculated value = 2,070 ≥ table 2.0555 and a simultaneous influence of education level and work experience on employee performance at Capa Resort Maumere with a significant value for the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value of 12,311 > Ftable 2,98.

Abstract

The purpose of analyzing the effectiveness of the implementation of restaurant tax at KFC Kota Lama Kota Kupang is to find out whether the restaurant has implemented the tax effectively or not. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The analysis tool used in this study is the formula Effectiveness = Realization of Restaurant Tax Revenue Target Restaurant Tax Revenue X 100%. The results of the study based on the effectiveness formula show that the percentage of effectiveness level at KFC Kota Lama is fluctuating because the average percentage yield reaches 88%-100%. In January the effectiveness rate of restaurant tax was included in the effective category, while in February, March and May the effectiveness rate of restaurant tax was included in the category of quite effective. The occurrence of percentage results that fluctuate every month due to unbalanced target and realization results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of deviant behavior on individual performance and to determine the effect of deviant behavior on individual performance. This study used a quantitative method with a population of all employees of the Kupang District Court Class 1A. The sampling method uses a non-probability sample method with 40 samples which are all Kupang District Court Class 1A. There are three measuring instruments used in this study, namely a deviant behavior scale of 0.921, an individual performance scale with a reliability of 0.811, and a self-esteem scale with a reliability of 0.840. Based on the test results, it was obtained that the t value of the emotional exhaustion variable was 5.552 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a positive influence from the deviant behavior variable on the employee's deviant behavior. The value of R2 is 0.445 or 44.5%. This means that the contribution of deviant behavior and self-esteem variables to the performance of individual employees is 44.5%. Based on the test results, it was obtained that the t value of the interaction of deviant behavior variables with self-esteem was -3.57 with a significant value of 0.042 <0.05. This shows that the self-esteem variable acts as a moderating variable between deviant behavior variables and individual performance where the moderation formed is complete moderation.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the Effect of Working Hours on Employee Performance CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant Oetete Kupang City, The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an Effect of Working Hours on Employee Performance CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant Oetete Kupang City, The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working hours on employee performance CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant Oetete Kupang City. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation, the population in this study amounted to 34 respondents using saturated sampling techniques where all populations were sampled. All data in this study were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation, then analyzed by validity, reliability, simple linear regression normality test and T test. Data processing uses SPSS 25 software for windows. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of working hours on employee performance at CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant and. This research supports the importance of managing working hours in an effort to improve employee performance. The variable working hours (X) explains that employee performance (Y) regression model shows that only about 24.2% of the employee performance variable can be explained by working hours, the identified relationship remains significant and relevant.
