Abstract

In the digital era, every school is required to provide complete and fast information for parents, students and teachers as well as all school administrators. Complete and fast information will of course benefit the school. With information system technology, schools can be more effective, efficient, accountable and transparent. A school administration system that can be accessed by all school members, including teachers, school staff, parents and students, makes integrated communication easier. The stages in or how schools start using digital administration may vary from one school to another, the steps for schools to start digital administration are to prepare the software and skills of operational personnel who need to be trained in using it or make the application as attractive as possible and designing a clear flow of each unit in the school. The support needed by schools to create schools with orderly digital-based administration with the support of operators and teachers who understand the use and workings of digital-based administration, one of the efforts that must be made by schools is by providing training for operators and teachers as well as all elements who are involved in school. There are administrations that can be started by schools for school administration, school program systems, teaching material platform systems or teaching materials, online-based teacher and student attendance systems, online-based guest book systems, online-based book borrowing systems, online-based new student registration systems, payment systems. online-based school fees, application or platform-based teacher administration systems and online-based assessment systems.

Abstract

The development of technology is proof that the world of science and technology is always growing and innovating rapidly. The amount of information technology is also a means of delivering advertising messages for a product through advertising videos. The purpose of this research is to make videos as advertising media using the Magix Sony Vegas Pro 18 application can make customers interested in products at Bakso Bakar Kang Her. The type of research used is Action Research with research procedures consisting of planning, action, observing, and reflecting. The effectiveness of the video in this study was analyzed based on the distribution of questionnaires using the EPIC Model (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, Communication) method. The questionnaire was distributed to 1 business owner, 2 marketing experts, 2 computer experts and 5 potential customers. Based on the results of the score calculation by distributing questionnaires to several respondents in this study and each dimension that has been calculated using the EPIC Model gets a score of 4.8. The EPIC score results show that the advertising videos made in this study are very effective. The conclusion of this study shows that the advertising videos made are very effective to be published on Bakso Bakar Kang Her's Instagram. The advertising video can be used as an advertising medium to potential consumers so that they can be interested in the product.

Abstract

Good communication is essential for reducing the probability of miscommunication in teaching and learning activities. This may assist the learner examine his knowledge of right and wrong and become accustomed to expressing opinions, and ideas. The purpose of the author's scientific paper is to provide educators with further knowledge or understanding to enhance their communication skills and establish an engaging learning environment in the classroom. A dynamic classroom conversation can provide a welcoming environment for students to feel at ease and comfortable sharing their thoughts and opinions, which may help them in understanding the subject matter being taught. Furthermore, the author hopes that by exchanging ideas, educators will recognise the value of communication skills in designing engaging teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The research aims to identify and solve challenges in cross-cultural communication in a multinational environment. With sustainable global change and a push for inclusiveness and diversity, it is important to understand and bridge cultural differences. The study explores strategies to overcome communication barriers and facilitate more effective collaboration. The research method used is qualitative, using literary research as its primary method. The results of this study show that overcoming the barriers to cross-cultural communication requires appropriate strategies. These efforts include cultivating respect and awareness of other cultures, preparing effective translations to overcome language barriers, using appropriate communication technologies, promoting inclusiveness and participation of all team members, and conducting regular evaluations and feedback. Thus, organizations can create a conducive working environment that supports productivity, innovation, and effective teamwork.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various sectors of life, particularly in the field of education. To uphold social distancing, schools were closed, and face-to-face learning was suspended until the situation stabilized. Online learning, which was implemented during the pandemic, continues to be utilized even after the pandemic has ended, including in vocational education such as digital simulation materials. Learners study from home, presenting challenges for teachers in preparing the lessons. Effective learning strategies are crucial for success in online education. The aim of this article is to elucidate effective strategies for online learning. This scholarly article employs a literature study method as its data source, involving processes of identification, evaluation, and synthesis with several journals as references and supported by books to strengthen the researcher’s arguments. From the results of the literature review, it was found that: 1) There are obstacles in online learning, with many individuals unprepared for it and facing difficulties in achieving learning objectives. 2) Effective online learning strategies can be defined as anything systematically designed by teachers to address all aspects of online learning. 3) Strategies that teachers can implement to conduct online learning effectively include: mastering the use of online media, providing alternative access methods, enhancing interaction and participation of students, and offering support and guidance.

Abstract

The English translation of your text is as follows: "As human civilization evolves, there is a growing effort to advance technology and information for both individual and global interests, one of which is communication tools in the form of the Internet network. This is also undertaken by the Communication and Information Office of the Tanah Datar Regency in utilizing technology as a tool to convey information. The Communication and Information Office of Tanah Datar uses Facebook as a means to disseminate information to the public. This research is conducted to understand the utilization of Facebook and the obstacles in using Facebook as an information medium by the Communication and Information Office of Tanah Datar. This research employs a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants are the head of the communication and information department. To facilitate understanding of the utilization of Facebook and the obstacles in using Facebook as an information medium by the Communication and Information Office of Tanah Datar, the author employs the theory of new media. Based on the research results, the utilization of Facebook as an information medium by the Communication and Information Office of Tanah Datar includes the use of profile features to make the public aware that the account belongs to the communication and information office, uploading photos and videos to provide information to the public, and using the inbox to respond to messages from the public. The internal obstacle is the lack of optimization of the reels feature on Facebook, busy schedules, and external obstacles such as slow internet network."

Abstract

The use of an internet connection is not something new nowadays, everyone can access the internet wherever, whenever, wherever they need or want. Considering that internet use has negative impacts, such as cyber crime, when there is cyber crime, then we know that we need cyber law. Technological advances and their applications always have various implications, both for order of social life, for the development of the business world, for the development of values Morals, Ethics and Law. Through multimedia technology, this type of telecommunications has become very developed, not only covering basic telecommunications, but also other value-added technologies. Internet penetration is so large that if it is not used wisely then will give birth to crime in cyberspace or what is termed cybercrime or cyber crime which is a further development of computer crime. The research method uses a normative juridical approach, namely by examining laws and positive legal policies in Indonesia and then collecting data through library research. The data analysis used is qualitative juridical.

Abstract

The research carried out was field research using descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out using techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use techniques in the form of data redaction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusions/verification). Based on the results of the research conducted, there are various forms of communication strategies between caregivers and students in forming morals, including direct teaching, congregational Koran reading, ta'lim assemblies and group discussions. Through direct teaching, the ustadz/ustadzah provide material to their students. Congregational Koran activities such as reading the Koran guided by the teacher correct the recitation and explain its meaning. The ta'lim assembly provides in-depth lectures on religion and becomes a forum for discussion. Group discussions allow students to interact in small groups. In developing the morals of santri there are several factors, supporting factors include the existence of a budget and facilities such as buildings, prayer rooms, the Koran, and books about morals that support the activities of forming the morals of santri. Inhibiting factors include the family's minimal educational background, especially in the field of religion. Many students come from remote or remote areas who have poor basic religious knowledge, so religious formation must start from the basics.

Abstract

The development of the era in the digital world has resulted in digitalization in various fields. Community lifestyle patterns in digital developments have changed over time, one of which is the way of socializing which can now be done without having to meet face to face. Pancasila is currently experiencing a rise and fall of problems related to false news on political social media. Thus, as a young generation, it would be good to be able to use social media well and wisely. Apart from that, social media can be a forum for young people to implement Pancasila values in socializing in cyberspace. The research method used in this research is a normative legal approach. Data processing is carried out through library research, such as literature and scientific works related to research problems. The results of this research show that social media has an important role in influencing the younger generation in using social media to be able to implement the Pancasila values of the five existing principles. This is because social media plays a big role in shaping people's opinions and behavior, implementing Pancasila values such as tolerance, respecting individual rights, fostering unity in diversity, participating in a healthy democracy, and fighting for justice are very important. In this way, social media can be a positive tool in strengthening national unity, encouraging good ethics, and ensuring that the information disseminated on these platforms is in accordance with the principles of Pancasila.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the integration of communication technology in education has become the main key to reforming teaching and learning methods. The use of technology such as the Internet, e-learning platforms, and various digital communication tools has opened up new opportunities for more inclusive and effective learning approaches. This research aims to explore the opportunities offered by communication technology in education as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. The research method used was a literature review. The research results show that the use of communication technology significantly increases the accessibility of learning materials, enriches the learning experience through interactive resources, and allows personalization of the learning process according to individual needs. However, the study also identified several significant challenges, such as the digital divide, the additional burden for teachers in mastering new technologies, data security, and challenges in keeping students engaged in online learning.
