Abstract

The presence of many institutions in society reflects the high level of public confidence in the role of institutions as guides in daily life and fulfillment of basic human needs. The Hubbul Wathan Foundation was established in response to the limitations of education in Nagari Guguak Tabek Sarojo College, especially advanced education, and this initiative arose from the concerns of community leaders. The foundation seeks to raise funds to support talented children facing economic constraints so that they can continue their education. In attracting donors, Hubbul Wathan Foundation uses a persuasive communication approach by giving full confidence to donors through proposals containing valid data and through direct meetings between foundation administrators and donors. This approach is considered successful because counseling on the importance of zakat is delivered through advice without coercion. Thus, Hubbul Wathan Foundation has managed to build strong relationships with donors to support their scholarship programs.

Abstract

This research is entitled " Analisis Framing Tentang Poligami dalam Video “Persepsi Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi FIS UIN SU Stambuk 2017-202 Mengenai Konten Video LGBT Dan Nikah Beda Agama Dalam Akun YouTube Deddy Courbuzier ". The purpose of this research is to find out the influence, perceptions and effects felt by Communication Science Students on the Somasi video content on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube Channel. The theories used are Perception Theory and Mass Communication Effects Theory. The research object is the video "LGBT and Interfaith Marriage!! Double Kill!-Somasi-Adriano Qalbi - Deddy Corbuzier Podcast". The method used in this research is a qualitative method using specific procedures and methodology. The analysis technique used is in the form of sentences or words from interviews or observations. The research results show that students can receive information in the content and students can actively participate in validating the truth of the data conveyed in the video

Abstract

This research aims to analyze cyberbullying which includes definitions, aspects, factors, characteristics, impacts and prevention. Cyberbullying is bullying that is carried out repeatedly on purpose, such as making fun of, or activities that intervene and also degrade the target being bullied on social media, for example Instagram. This act of cyberbullying has a negative impact on victims of bullying, especially teenagers, who dominate the use of social media. According to a 2018 survey in Indonesia, 49% of internet users experienced cyberbullying and only 3.6% reported incidents of cyberbullying. Cyberbullying can be interpreted as a variety of offenses regulated in general criminal law in Indonesia, namely those contained in the Criminal Code (KUHP). The articles of the Criminal Code that are relevant in regulating cyberbullying offenses are those listed in Chapter without the right to distribute and/or transmit and/or make accessible electronic information and/or electronic documents which contain defamatory or insulting content. The method used in this research is literature study by comparing theories and previous research then looking at the similarities and differences, where in this research the researcher uses relevant theories then the data used in this research is in the form of journals, articles and books. The results of the research that has been carried out provide information on the impacts experienced by victims of cyberbullying, such as depression, anxiety, and withdrawal from social life. Self-control and ways to prevent cyberbullying behavior are: having ethics when using social media, not just talking and being able to make the right decisions, and being able to choose a good environment so that we don't avoid cyberbullying behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of National Values Sourced from the 1945 Constitution and NKRI in Comparison of Shopee Online Shop Features that Affect the Decision of the State Commercial Sector. And also aims to find out the security features of a Shopee E-commerce application whether the security system is good, safe, accurate or not. because user data security is a major factor affecting the trust of application users. Users will be reluctant to use the application and choose to make purchases elsewhere if they feel their personal data is not safe. Internet users' fears have grown as a result of increased cyberattacks and data leaks in recent years. Therefore, better and more secure security management is needed for user data management. Additionally, the data from this study will be used to inform future investigations that will be conducted to establish relationships between different variables. The following is how the results of the literature study are presented in this article: 1. Shopee for e-commerce, 2. perceived security, 3. security, and 4. security management.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of Information Technology-based Smart Kemenag application service management using the ITIL 3 framework. The research was conducted with the aim of increasing satisfaction with Smart Kemenag application services in smart Kemenag applications. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The research results show that implementing the ITIL 3 framework in the Smart Kemenag application can improve ITSM service management. One of the widely known IT governance framework standards is ITIL. After conducting research, it was found that the Event Management variable obtained an average maturity level value of 4.85 and was included in maturity level 4, namely managed. In the Incident Management variable, the average maturity level value is 4.85 and is included in maturity level 4, namely managed. In the Management Problem variable, the average maturity level value was 4.86 and was included in maturity level 4, namely managed. In the Demand Fulfillment variable, the average maturity level value is 4,87 and is included in maturity level 4, namely managed. And for the Access Management variable, the average maturity level value is 4.41 and is included in maturity level 4, namely managed. Maturity level 4 is managed, which means the related processes have been planned and implemented routinely and documented using standards and process performance measurements have been carried out.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has made it easier for users from time to time. Social Media has become a part of everyday life to get, share and disseminate information. One of the negative impacts of using social media is the leaking of personal information and the loss of privacy of social media users. Information system security is an asset that needs to be protected. Especially in Indonesia, laws related to this issue need to be implemented properly. Indeed, there are some scattered provisions on privacy and personal data protection in various laws and regulations in Indonesia, which are not enough to facilitate the development of Indonesia's digital economy. The method used in this study is to use literature studies and descriptive analysis this study aims to clarify the concept of law enforcement in Indonesia and the application of law to the security of data privacy of social media users.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, group cooperation, leadership and decision making on the performance of police officers (case study in the Secretariat Unit of the North Sumatra Regional Police). The results of the study that the Communication variable has no significant effect on the Police Member Performance variable. That the Group Cooperation variable has a significant effect on the Police Member Performance variable. That the Leadership variable has no significant effect on the Police Member Performance variable. That the Decision Making variable has a significant effect on the Police Member Performance variable That Communication, Group Cooperation, Leadership, and Decision Making have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on the Police Member Performance variable. Seeing the results of this study which shows that Group Cooperation and Decision Making are good. So the North Sumatra Regional Police Secretariat Unit is expected to continue to maintain Group Cooperation and Decision Making in order to improve the Performance of Police Members which of course will also have a positive impact on the North Sumatra Regional Police Secretariat Unit.

Abstract

This paper discusses about the analysis of the meaning of materialism in the video clip of the song "Money" sung by Lisa Blackpink from South Korea. The video clip contains the meaning of materialism by visually and the song text which shows materialism which includes material values ​​which are visualized through certain movements and the selection of diction in the lyrics sung on social media youtube on the BlackPink account. The video clip is widely played and decorates social media. Thus, this study shows the perspective of teenagers on the representation of the meaning of materialism through the video clip of the song. This study uses the semiotic triangle meaning theory which refers to the sign, object, and interpretation using a qualitative methodology using a constructivist approach through primary data collection techniques in the form of non-participant observation. and secondary data which includes library data by 20 books, 13 journals, and 10 online sources. The results of this study indicate that the representation of the meaning of materialism in the video clip of the song Money sung by Lisa BlackPink which is analyzed from the visualization of dance movements and the text of the song lyrics is divided into 7 points which include elements of money, self-centered, hedonism, consumerism, the domination of money power, hard work and happiness. All of them are analyzed by visualization of images and song texts.
