Abstract

The free nutritious meal program is a government initiative to improve public health and reduce stunting in Indonesia. However, planning daily combinations that balance nutrition, variety, and recipient preferences remains a challenge. This study applies data mining techniques using the Apriori Algorithm to discover optimal food menu combinations based on functional nutritional standards. The data analyzed includes historical food distribution records, nutritional content, and consumer satisfaction. Through data preprocessing and setting minimum support and confidence thresholds, strong association rules between food items were identified. The results demonstrate that the Apriori Algorithm successfully extracts significant patterns; for instance, a menu containing "White Rice" and "Fried Chicken" shows an 85% confidence level of being paired with "Vegetable Soup" and "Banana." In conclusion, the Apriori Algorithm effectively provides adaptive and varied menu recommendations without compromising balanced nutrition. This system serves as a practical decision-making tool for schools and community kitchens to optimize weekly meal scheduling, manage budgets efficiently, and minimize food waste.

Abstract

The development of information technology has significantly transformed accounting systems, including petty cash management. This research aims to implement the Imprest Fund method in a web-based petty cash accounting system to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial transaction recording. which currently manages petty cash using manual methods, making it prone to recording errors and inefficiencies in financial reporting. The research methodology follows the Rational Unified Process (RUP) approach, consisting of the Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition phases. The expected outcome of this study is the development of a web-based petty cash accounting information system that improves transaction recording efficiency, facilitates audits, and enhances transparency in operational fund management. With this system, Perumda Air Minum Tirta Raharja can reduce recording errors and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of petty cash management.

Abstract

This study presents the design and development of a web-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) for Company XYZ using the Agile development methodology. Warehouse operations at Company XYZ previously relied on manual and disconnected processes that produced persistent stock inaccuracies, inconsistent per-item pricing records, and delayed operational reporting. Direct observational data collection was conducted at Company XYZ to elicit functional requirements for two core system modules: stock management and per-item pricing management. The Agile methodology structured development into iterative sprints, enabling continuous user validation of each incremental software release. The resulting web-based application successfully managed real-time stock quantities, unit pricing records, and inventory reports accessible through a centralized browser-based interface. Functional testing confirmed that the application resolved the identified warehouse management deficiencies and demonstrated measurable improvements in data accuracy and operational reporting speed. This research contributes a documented Agile-based development case applicable as instructional material for the Information Systems Department at IPI Garut.

Abstract

The management of network infrastructure in the Semarang City Government includes 468 router sites that are managed collectively by only 7 technical personnel. The main challenge arises in meeting the Service Level Agreement (SLA) target of 99.5%, where 30 sites experienced downtime exceeding the tolerance limit of 3.72 hours due to the difficulty of local authentication coordination. This study implements a modified Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method, including analysis, design, laboratory simulation, and functional testing phases. As a validation phase, the system was tested in a laboratory environment integrated with 3 router sites. The test results show that the system successfully integrates FreeRADIUS, MariaDB, and daloRADIUS within a single management gateway. Based on the efficiency analysis, the RADIUS response time test yielded an average of 1142.83 ms with a difference of 211.95 ms from local authentication, thus remaining within a safe range for network operations. In addition, a satisfaction survey of technical personnel showed positive results with 75% expressing satisfaction and 25% quite satisfied. In conclusion, this Dockerized RADIUS model is worthy of recommendation as a standardization solution to accelerate troubleshooting and maintain public service availability.

Abstract

The implementation of Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) increases the dependence of public services on web applications, making application security an essential aspect of digital governance. This study was conducted to identify, classify, and provide mitigation recommendations for security vulnerabilities in two public web applications managed in the Cimahi City government environment, namely XYZ Regional Office Application and XYZ Subdistrict Website. The research used a non-disruptive Vulnerability Assessment approach based on the Open Worldwide Application Security Project (OWASP) Top 10 framework, supported by OWASP Zed Attack Proxy (ZAP), Burp Suite Pro, and manual validation of request-response evidence. The assessment identified 24 valid findings, consisting of 6 Medium, 11 Low, and 7 Informational findings. The dominant vulnerability category was A05: Security Misconfiguration, including missing security headers, server information disclosure, weak cookie attributes, and incomplete transport security configuration. XYZ Regional Office Application became the main mitigation priority because its login form still used HTTP. These findings highlight the need for HTTPS enforcement, HSTS activation, CSP implementation, cookie hardening, outdated component updates, and periodic security assessment.
