Abstract

This article discusses Software Quality Requirements Analysis for Mobile Games. The rapid development of the mobile gaming industry has increased user expectations for software quality. This research aims to analyze the quality requirements of mobile gaming software and also identify common challenges in meeting these requirements. Through literature observations and case studies, this research presents several important quality aspects, such as performance, resolution, usability, and compatibility. Additionally, the study also identified challenges related to hardware, platform segmentation, and market momentum. Based on the analysis results, this research presents several solutions that can overcome these challenges, such as performance optimization, extensive testing, and response design. Therefore, it is hoped that this research can help mobile game developers to produce high quality products that are able to compete in the competitive game market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing information systems architecture, in this case the SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System) V9.6.1 application on improving circulation services at the Nias Raya University Library. With descriptive qualitative methods, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that since the implementation of SLiMS V9.6.1 in 2021, there has been a significant increase in the efficiency of circulation services, easy access to collection information, and library data management. Nevertheless, some obstacles such as dependence on internet connection and the e-book upload process that requires additional applications are still a challenge. This research also compares service conditions before and after the implementation of SLiMS V9.6.1, and provides recommendations for system optimization.

Abstract

Rapid technological advances have made information systems in companies transition from conventional to digital. An easy and fast information system is needed for companies to convey company information, including sales information systems. As is the case with the publisher ProPublic.info. So far, the publisher ProPublic.info does not have digital media to convey company information, including in the book sales information system it publishes. Therefore, this research was created with the aim of creating a website- based book sales information system at the ProPublic publishing company. From this problem, the idea was born to create research with the title "DESIGN and IMPLEMENTATION OF A BOOK SALES INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON A PHP MYSQL WEBSITE WITH FRAMEWORK CODEIGNITER 4 and BOOSTRAP 5 ". In this research there is information about the publishing company ProPublic.info and its sales information system.

Abstract

Balanced Scorecard analysis in music school system planning can help company strategy to compete in music school business. Where it is designed to run strategy into goals, measures, targets, and strategic initiatives. Also as a group that interacts and depends on each other regularly forms a unity and helps music schools to effectively run their strategy. The research conducted aims to visualize the company's strategy, communicate various strategic goals, align and make plans and set goals, improve Reciprocal effects and learning. In this study, the author conducted observations at a music school to obtain data, documents, and also conducted interviews with the owner of the music school as a source of information needed by the author. The final results of this study consist of several perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. Balanced scorecard analysis within the scope of the music school business will be very helpful in achieving customer satisfaction, market share, facilitating infrastructure and creating an initiative workforce. The suggestion from this study is that the results of the balanced scorecard are expected to contribute to running a business strategy into goals, targets, measures and strategic initiatives. Which will greatly influence the achievement of the goals of the music school. Also supports the company in implementing Information Systems and Information Technology planning.

Abstract

Dee Canteen at Ma Chung University faces challenges in knowledge management related to operations, including a lack of documentation for tacit and explicit knowledge such as quick cooking techniques and kitchen SOPs. This study aims to develop a Knowledge Management System (KMS) using the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC). The research methodology includes collecting tacit knowledge through expert interviews, converting the knowledge into explicit forms, and designing a system based on a Knowledge Map. The results of the study show that the implementation of KMS can enhance knowledge documentation and transfer, support operational standardization, and improve the quality of canteen services. The designed system includes key features such as recipe documentation, SOPs, and customer feedback, which can be efficiently accessed by the team.

Abstract

Computer laboratory is an important aspect of supporting the learning process at the Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Semarang. However, manual laboratory management is currently inefficient and prone to errors that can reduce the effectiveness of laboratory use by up to 30% and have a direct impact on the quality of learning. Primary data collected includes laboratory specifications such as the availability of 165 computer units, adequate printers for printing needs, internet networks, and additional tools to support practicums. The laboratory is also supported by technical and admin staff who are responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment and are equipped with a data management system to help smooth activities. To overcome these management problems, this study implemented a website-based laboratory management system using the Prototype method which is designed to simplify the administration process with centralized management, increase management efficiency, and reduce administrative errors. The system implementation test using the Black Box method obtained 100% functional system results running well. The results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) analysis obtained a value of 90.6% which indicates that the developed system can overcome existing problems. Further development is expected to improve the quality of laboratory services and expand the use of information technology in education management at the Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Semarang.

Abstract

The increasing adoption of digital services by local governments demands greater attention to cybersecurity aspects. This study applies the penetration testing method using a Blue Teaming approach on XYZ, a web-based public service portal using Burp Suite tools, to identify potential security vulnerabilities. The testing follows the NIST SP 800-115 guidelines and reveals 16 vulnerabilities classified as low to medium severity. Findings indicate weaknesses such as cookies without Secure and HttpOnly attributes, the use of vulnerable JavaScript libraries, and the absence of HSTS policy. Recommendations are provided to help site administrators enhance overall system security resilience.

Abstract

Advancements in digital technology have prompted government institutions to adopt online services, including the provision of public information through their official websites. However, the growing reliance on digital systems has also led to an increase in cybersecurity threats. This study aims to assess potential security vulnerabilities on the XYZ website, which is managed by a regional government, using a penetration testing approach based on the NIST SP 800-115 framework and the Burp Suite tool. The testing process was carried out in four phases: planning, discovery, attack execution, and reporting. The results revealed eight vulnerabilities, including two classified as high severity: code injection and unencrypted communication (HTTP). Additionally, publicly accessible backup files and support for XML input were identified, posing risks of XML External Entity (XXE) attacks. These findings highlight the critical importance of input validation, full implementation of HTTPS protocols, and strict file management to enhance website security. The study also recommends conducting further audits related to XML vulnerabilities and implementing continuous system monitoring to address evolving cyber threats.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and visualize sales data using Tableau as a Business Intelligence tool to support strategic decision-making at PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk. The background of this study lies in the increasing need for effective data visualization to interpret complex sales information. A descriptive quantitative method was employed using secondary data from the company’s 2023 annual report and simulated sales transaction data. The data were visualized in Tableau through three main dashboards: monthly sales and profit trends, product category performance, and customer segment analysis. Results show that the Lifestyle product category and Corporate customer segment contributed the highest sales and profits. February and September were identified as the most profitable months. The use of Tableau enabled efficient data interpretation and quick decision-making insights. This study highlights the significance of visual-based analytics in improving corporate strategy, and suggests further research using larger datasets and predictive models for broader analysis.

Abstract

Cardiovascular health and blood oxygen levels are critical indicators for monitoring a person's physical condition, especially during activities or exercise. Monitoring these two parameters is essential to ensure that an individual remains within safe limits to continue physical exertion. Therefore, a portable device capable of accurately and in real-time measuring blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and heart rate (BPM) is required. This study aims to design and develop a pulse oximeter device based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller using the MAX30102 sensor, equipped with LED indicator lights and a keypad as a user input interface. Users can input their age through the keypad, and the system calculates their maximum BPM as a safe threshold for physical activity. The LED lights serve as visual indicators to signal whether the user's SpO₂ and BPM values are within the normal range. Testing results show that the device is capable of measuring blood oxygen saturation with an accuracy of 99.97% and heart rate with an accuracy of 98%. With its compact size, this device has the potential to be used practically in various situations, both by individuals and healthcare personnel for preliminary health monitoring.
