Abstract

Los Tropis MSME is a culinary business with significant development potential but still faces challenges in digital marketing. Promotion is currently limited to a single social media platform, resulting in restricted information reach, low consumer awareness, and reduced competitiveness in the digital market. This study aims to design a digital promotional medium in the form of a website mockup to expand promotional reach and strengthen the business identity. The method used is prototyping, which includes the stages of Quick Plan, Quick Design, and Construction of Prototype. This approach allows for a fast, structured, and user-oriented development process. The resulting design is expected to serve as an effective digital solution to support the growth of Los Tropis MSME in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia has driven platforms such as Shopee to adopt innovative strategies to enhance user engagement and loyalty. This study investigates the influence of gamification and reputation on platform usage and repurchase intention in the Indonesian e-commerce context. The topic was chosen due to the growing competition in digital markets and the necessity for platforms to retain their users. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected via an online questionnaire distributed to 98 active Shopee users through convenience sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling with a Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. The results indicate that gamification has a significant positive effect on user intention and platform usage, while reputation influences trust in vendors and repurchase intention. Moreover, platform usage acts as a mediating variable between gamification, reputation, and repurchase intention. These findings highlight the critical role of interactive features and perceived credibility in fostering user loyalty. In conclusion, gamification and platform reputation are key determinants in sustaining customer retention within Indonesia’s competitive e-commerce landscape.

Abstract

Optimizing loading and unloading scheduling at Semayang Port, Balikpapan, is a complex challenge that requires an artificial intelligence approach. This study compares the effectiveness of the Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Neural Network (NN) as decision support systems in minimizing dwell time and improving operational efficiency. The research data covers the period 2020–2023, including ship arrival times, cargo types and volumes, equipment availability, and external factors such as weather and tides. GA is implemented using a chromosomal representation based on ship priority and fitness functions to optimize dwell time and dock utilization. NN employs a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) architecture to process port time-series data. The evaluation of three scenarios—peak, normal, and low seasons—shows that GA reduces dwell time by 22.3% compared to conventional methods, while NN predicts potential delays with an accuracy of 87.2%. GA performs best in static scheduling, while NN is effective in handling dynamic uncertainties. The hybrid GA-NN solution provides a balance between performance and complexity, with the potential to reduce operational costs by up to IDR 1.2 billion per year. This study presents a framework for the comparative evaluation of AI algorithms in port logistics and offers practical recommendations for optimizing operations at Semayang Port.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has increased the demand for reliable software, especially in the accounting field. The Akuntansiku application is one of the accounting software solutions designed to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in financial management. This study aims to assess the quality of the Akuntansiku software using the Dromey model, which measures aspects such as correctness, efficiency, integrity, and usability of the application. The Dromey method links high-level quality characteristics with concrete, measurable software elements. The results of the study indicate that the Akuntansiku application has good quality in terms of information reliability and ease of use, but there are several aspects that require improvement, especially in memory efficiency and the development of interactive features. This research is expected to provide insights for developers to improve the quality of the system and offer guidance for users in selecting accounting software that meets the desired quality standards.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based information system as a digital showcase for agricultural products by farmer groups under the Social Forestry Program in Garut Regency. The primary issue addressed is the limited market access and visibility of local agricultural products. The system was developed using the Agile methodology, enabling rapid iteration and user-driven adaptation. System design was modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case, activity, class, and sequence diagrams. The platform was built with the CodeIgniter framework due to its efficiency and scalability in PHP-based applications. Key features include farmer group profiles, a product catalog, and an admin dashboard for data management. Data collection was conducted through field observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that the system significantly enhances information accessibility, expands promotional reach, and strengthens the digital identity of farmer groups. These findings affirm that the application of information and communication technologies supports sustainable community-based digital agricultural transformation.

Abstract

The research focuses on the Design and Construction of Android 10 Based Restaurant Application Using Kodular and Firebase Apps. The rapid growth of the restaurant industry and the significant role of Android technology serve as the background. Identified issues include order management, sales report recording, and customer service. The research aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and establish an integrated data management system. The methodology encompasses field studies, literature reviews, and the implementation of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) Architecture. The focus is on technical, managerial, and customer experience aspects.

Abstract

Technology used to help complete work is a must. In Buluroto Village, Blora there are 5 hamlets with 6357 residents. There are still many places with poor lighting, so theft still occurs frequently. Ordinary CCTV has difficulty distinguishing objects because of poor lighting, so a system is needed to identify objects with poor lighting. This system was created using Prototype development method with Esp32 Camera, Micro-USB Cable, Esp32-MB, and OpenCV. It was concluded that the smart object identification system was able to detect 20 objects in one frame and store 80 objects in the library. This system can work optimally with an accuracy level reaching 50% - 98%. The delay test results showed average time was 2.18 seconds and around 87.17% of random respondents agreed with this system because it can identify objects like humans, animals, moving and immovable objects well so it is hoped can increase the level of environmental safety.

Abstract

The Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Cimahi City manages various digital public services that require high availability. However, the manual monitoring process of these websites is inefficient and prone to delays in detecting downtime. This study aims to implement an automated monitoring system using Uptime Kuma hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) and integrated with a Telegram Bot for real-time notifications. The research method involves configuring Uptime Kuma to monitor 25 government websites via HTTP/HTTPS protocols with a 60-second check interval. The results demonstrate that the system successfully visualizes the status of all websites on a centralized dashboard. Furthermore, the Telegram integration provides instant alerts to the technical team when disruptions occur, significantly reducing the response time and ensuring the reliability of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE).

Abstract

Analysis of pest and five forces porter in planning the company's system and strategy in business competition is very necessary. Where external business environment analysis can help as a reference in planning the achievement of a company's strategic goals. This research aims to identify factors influencing business competition among music education institutions using Porter's Five Forces analysis and PEST analysis, which will serve as input for music schools when developing strategies to increase their competitiveness. In this study, the author observed a music school to examine data and documents, and also interviewed the owner to gather the necessary information. The final results of the PEST analysis include an analysis of external factors affecting music schools. The analysis results from Porter's Five Forces analysis include analysis of new entrants, substitute products, consumers, suppliers, and industry competition. PEST and Porter's Five Forces analysis within the music school business will be helpful in identifying external factors affecting music schools, industry competition, new entrants, and substitute products. The recommendation from this research is that the results of the PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces analysis are expected to provide input regarding external factors that may impact music schools, along with an analysis of industry competition. This will significantly support companies in implementing Information Systems and Information Technology planning.

Abstract

Digital transformation in government has become an urgent necessity to deliver public services that are faster, more transparent, and more affordable. One of the most critical sectors is land information services, which often face problems such as limited data access, slow document verification, and the lack of integration between central and regional systems. This study aims to analyze the existing conditions and design a locally based land information system through the Genggam Bumine application developed at the Government Affairs Division of the Banyuwangi Regency Secretariat. The research method combines field research, library research, and a prototype approach to ensure that the system design aligns with user needs. The findings show that Genggam Bumine provides several key features, including land data request submission, certificate and parcel map search, document verification, and digital tracking of application status. The implementation of this application is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services, strengthen public transparency, and support the realization of the Banyuwangi Smart City program as well as the development of e-government at the regional level. Therefore, this research contributes to providing a practical solution for strengthening digital-based land services in local government.
