Abstract

Information technology has now experienced quite rapid development compared to before. Technological developments occur continuously as humans develop the technology to be more sophisticated and easy to use by humans. In all aspects of life, it is very necessary to have a computerized system in the form of a good application program and easy to operate. Because with the application program, it will provide the accuracy of the information needed and reduce the level of information errors. Seeing these reasons, the Design and Development of the Evaluation Application for the Appointment of Village Heads at the Garut Regency Community and Village Government Empowerment Agency (BPMD) needs to be made to get appropriate and appropriate results in obtaining information. This Application Design and Development can assist the Implementation Staff in the Village and Village Government Sub-Sector in evaluating the elected village head until the Regent's Decree on the appointment of the village head, and providing appropriate and appropriate reports For the stages in making this application design, interviews were conducted with the executive staff of the Village and Village Government sub-division and direct observation of the ongoing village head appointment system. The application program is made using visual basic 6.0 with a Data Flow Diagram design as an overview of the system flow.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to resolve issues with Subang State Polytechnic's personnel data processing. The method for determining remaining leave and requesting employee leave is currently semi-manual due to the outdated technology. Numerous significant aspects of the system are included, such as the ability to use QR code signatures, store information, and apply for leaves of absence. Employees will be able to correctly and conveniently record their attendance with the attendance tool. With the help of the leave application function, employees won't have to visit the personnel department in person to complete the leave application procedure. This study develops a system using the Fountain Method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. To assure the quality and dependability of the system, testing is done utilizing UAT techniques and black box testing. A 98% success rate was attained by the system that underwent black box testing, and the results were favorable, demonstrating that all functions work as intended. Additionally, 83% of the questions had been correctly answered, according to data from User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Thus, it can be said that the system makes it easier to handle leave, attendance, and information notifications.

Abstract

Social media is a digital platform that allows users to connect and interact with each other. However, social media is also vulnerable to misuse by irresponsible parties, such as phishing. The impact of losing this personal data can be very detrimental, ranging from identity theft to financial fraud resulting in serious economic losses. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This method describes and analyzes data obtained from Facebook social media. Indonesia was the most targeted country for phishing attacks in the last three months of 2023, with an average success rate of 84.3%. Phishing is a serious threat to social media users such as Facebook, causing losses such as identity theft, financial fraud, and the spread of malware. Users should be wary of suspicious links or requests for information, and social media platforms should improve security and user education. Facebook phishing modes include creating fake accounts, spreading phishing links, and using Facebook ads. Effective precautions include verifying website addresses, using an antivirus program, protecting your personal information, and enabling two-factor authentication. Research shows that phishing attacks are rising, with Indonesia being the main target. A joint effort between users and social media platforms is essential to create a safer digital environment.

Abstract

Online ticket fraud via WhatsApp is a crime that is troubling and detrimental to society. Online ticket scams that have been rampant lately have become an increasingly serious threat in today's digital era and have caused losses to victims, one of which is financial loss due to online ticket scams. Therefore, prevention and mitigation efforts are very important to protect the public from this fraud mode. The importance of increasing public education and literacy about online fraud, increasing cyber patrols and law enforcement against online fraud perpetrators can be a solution to prevent online ticket fraud via WhatsApp. This research was conducted to increase public awareness about information security by conducting continuous analysis and education, it is hoped that online fraud can be minimized and the public can avoid losses, understand the mode of online ticket fraud via WhatsApp, and develop effective prevention strategies for online ticket fraud that is rampant. The National Cyber and Crypto Agency related to cybercrime, public complaints as many as 1,216 in 2023, it can be concluded that in Indonesia cybercrime or online fraud often occurs among the public.

Abstract

Traditional attendance systems face challenges related to their vulnerability to human error and limitations in management time. Using a QR Code provides attendance management and recording benefits. The problem that occurred at the Jati Mulya Shop in January - June 2024 was that there were 5 employees who manipulated attendance, causing losses.  Jati Mulya Shop is a fashion shop that has a good reputation and has quite a large number of employees located at Pasar Johar Semarang. The aim of this research is to implement web-based QR Code attendance. The data source in this research is primary data in the form of interviews with business owners. The system development method used is the Prototype model. Before implementing the QR code-based attendance system, Jati Mulya Shop experienced a loss of Rp. 2,810,000 per month, consisting of Rp. 2,500,000 due to absence without permission and Rp. 310,000 due to errors in recording absences. After implementing the new system, efficiency increased 100% so that the loss became Rp. 0. With the QR code system, unauthorized absences and errors in recording absences as well as financial losses are completely eliminated. The hope created by this system can make it easier for business owners to monitor employees and employees who are often absent will also be helped by this system.

Abstract

The development of technology and the modernization of electronic equipment along with the progress of the times has caused fundamental changes in human life, where humans now need everything that is completely automatic, practical and effective. It's not only humans who need this practical technology, animals also need this technological equipment to survive. The magpie bird population is an important thing that must be considered, because the large amount of tree felling in the magpie bird's habitat makes it difficult for magpie birds to breed in their habitat. To restore the magpie bird population, now many people are starting to breed magpie birds in their homes to resemble their habitat in the forest, but breeding magpie birds is very difficult. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design a temperature control device in an IoT-based incubator that can make it easier for magpie bird breeders to regulate the temperature and can monitor the temperature in the incubator via cellphone, so that the magpie chicks that have been separated from their parents can grow well without any problems. physical disabilities or dead magpie chicks so that the magpie bird population can increase.

Abstract

Value chain analysis in planning a music school system can complement a company's strategy to compete in the music school business. Where action will focus on product elaboration and service processes. So in order to increase success in music school business competition, it is necessary to use value chain analysis to determine the costs associated with organizational activities from providing facilities to product design and marketing. Which can be used for decision making purposes in business strategy. The research carried out aims to obtain competitive factors such as level of integration, industry panorama, segment panorama and geographic panorama. Where it will influence decision making in the company. In this research, the author carried out observations at a music school to study data, documents, and also conducted interviews with company owners as a source of information data needed by the author. The final result of this research is a mapping of the work process at a music school, which consists of main activities and supporting activities. Value chain analysis within the scope of a business system design will be very helpful in decision making when designing Information Systems and Information Technology for music schools. The suggestion from this research is that the results of the value chain analysis are expected to contribute to the design of a business strategy. Which will greatly influence the achievement of company goals. Also helps in making company decisions on Information Systems and Information Technology planning.

Abstract

Office District of Cimahi North represent one of the existing District is cimahi town, having four Sub-District. that is sub-district of Cibabat, Cipageran, Citeurep, Pasirkaliki. Frequent Problems appear in this Office District is in data processing like seeking and is depository of not regular data and less well guaranted its security. And also presentation of less available report. Is one of them caused by its process still done manually. Pursuant to existing problems hence developed a information system of data residental by using prototype method with model approach of Oriented Objeck ( OO) using OOA ( Object Orientied Analysis) and OOD ( Object Oriented Design). visualizinged with UML ( Unified Modelling Language). With made by Information System expected can give amenity especially to part of Division head Governance in the case of process data and provide residential information swiftly.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a learning management system (LMS) at SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya using the Agile Scrum methodology. The developed system aims to enhance the effectiveness of the learning process by facilitating digital interaction between students and teachers and by providing an integrated platform for learning management. This study involves several stages, starting with problem identification, data collection, verification of needs and issues, Scrum process and development, testing, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Agile Scrum method in the development of the LMS at SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya can improve development completion time and produce a system that meets the needs. This LMS features functionalities such as chats, material management, assignments, announcements, discussion forums, assessments, surveys, and recommendations. The Learning Management System (LMS) developed for SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya has been tested using blackbox testing methods. The results of the blackbox testing show that the system is valid and capable of performing all expected tasks effectively. Therefore, the developed LMS is expected to significantly contribute to improving the quality of learning at SMP Nurul Islam Tanahbaya and support a more effective and efficient educational process.

Abstract

In today's digital era, technology has become a primary need in various activities and jobs. The use of the right application can produce the information needed effectively and efficiently, in this ever-evolving era, MSMEs must be able to adapt quickly to technological changes and changing consumer needs. In facing this challenge, efficient stock management is essential for the survival of MSMEs. Well-managed stock is not just a collection of goods stored in a warehouse, but a strategic element in the MSME supply chain. With the existence of a Web-based application, it is hoped that MSMEs in stock management can be better able to avoid excess and lack of stock. MSMEs are also able to respond quickly to changes in demand and internal needs. The design of this application will be made with the PHP, HTML programming languages, and using mySql as its database. The method used in making this application uses the prototyping method. The results of this study are in the form of a web system design that can help MSME owners in managing the Warehouse. The Prototype method is an approach to software development that focuses on creating fast and gradual designs, allowing immediate evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of prototypes made by prospective users or clients. Developers and clients can engage in continuous interaction during the prototyping process.
