Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of education level, age and work experience on employee work productivity at the Kayangan District Office, Lombok Utara Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Kayangan District Office, Lombok Utara Regency, totaling 38 people. Consisting of 22 civil servant employees and 16 non civil servant employees. The data collection method used in this research uses the census method. And the data collection technique used is through questionnaires and literature study. The analysis technique used uses a Likert scale and eviews 10, using multiple linear regression analysis methods, coefficient of determination test (R2), t test and simultaneous regression coefficient significance test (f test). The results of this research show that education level, age and work experience simultaneously influence employee work productivity at the Kayangan District Office, Lombok Utara Regency, the R2 value is 0.56, which means that the three independent variables used in the model are able to explain the independent variable by 56%, while The other 44% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify factors that influence teacher performance in educational institutions, with the aim of analyzing the impact of Academic Supervision and Infrastructure on teacher performance through the medium of Teacher Competency. The type of research used is quantitative research with all school teachers as the population and 54 respondents as the sample. The research results show that Academic Supervision does not have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, but Academic Supervision has a positive and significant influence on teacher competence. Infrastructure does not have a positive and significant influence on teacher competency and teacher performance. Meanwhile, Teacher Competency has a significant influence on teacher performance. In the context of indirect influence, Academic Supervision on teacher performance through Teacher Competency has a positive and significant influence, with Teacher Competency playing a full mediating role. On the other hand, Infrastructure on teacher performance through Teacher Competency has a positive and significant influence, but Teacher Competency acts as a partial mediation, indicating that the direct influence is more dominant. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the supervision of Academic Supervision by paying attention to teacher competency, while good infrastructure needs to be maintained to support the teacher learning process.

Abstract

Digitalization and madrasah educational institutions are subjects and objects that are interrelated in the development of digital education. An educational institution cannot escape the changes that occur, this is an inevitability in the field of education that cannot be separated. This research approach uses qualitative, with the research object being MI Miftahul Ulum Banggle 02 Kanigoro Blitar and MI Al Muhajirin II Latukan Karanggeneng Lamongan. The results of this research show that there are several important aspects that must be considered, namely: 1) The development of the digital era, where the digital era is a change that must be followed by various educational institutions, because this is an era change that must be followed. 2) Renewing digital platforms for developing educational models, at this point an educational institution must have the courage to utilize the available digital platforms as learning models. 3) Technology in social change for education in principle is that technology will have a broad impact, especially the occurrence of social change in society. 4) The development of the digital era in the scope of Islamic education, as with social changes, will also be affected in the scope of Islamic education levels. So the importance of strong management in managing the changes that occur.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is an important asset in supporting motivation to achieve success in an organisation. HR is the implementer of all organisational policies and therefore needs to be equipped with adequate knowledge. The importance of human resources needs to be recognised by all levels of management in MSMEs. Micro, small and medium enterprises are the main actors of economic activities in Indonesia. The future of development lies in the ability of micro, small and medium enterprises to develop independently, therefore this research focuses on the influence of work motivation and compensation on employee work performance in Machmudah Cooking MSMEs. This research design uses a quantitative research approach and has the result that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work performance at Bumbu Masak Machmudah (BMM). This means that the more work motivation and compensation increase, the more work performance will increase.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Quality Work Odf Life, Work Load, Work Stress, Lifestyle and Environment on the productivity of the millennial workforce in the city of Mataram. The population in this study was millennial work force in the city of Mataram using a sample of 97 respondents. The data collection method used in this research used snowball sampling. And the data collection technique used is through questionnaires and literature study. The analysis technique used uses a Likert scale and SPSS23, using multiple linear regression analysis methods, coefficient of determination test (R2), t test and simultaneous regression coefficient significance test (f test). The results of this research show that the Quality Work Of Life variable, Work Stress Workload, Lifestyle and Environment on the productivity of the millennial workforce in the city of Mataram, the R2 value is 0.28, which means the Quality Work Of Life variable Work Stress Workload, Lifestyle and Environment as a whole together they influence the work productivity variable by 20.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 79.2% was influenced by variables outside this research.
