Abstract

Abstract- Many global supply chains are unequipped to cope with the world we are entering. For that reason, supply chain managers need to shift their attention from cu tting costs to enabling new processes, and make corporations more connected and agile to create value across the enterprise. Student management is very important in improving the quality of education programs in Islamic boarding schools, especially in memorizing Alquran (tahfidz) programs. Tahfidz program provides learning for the students to be disciplined, independent, and good attitude. Islamic boarding schools are one of the educational institutions that conduct non-formal education in the field of Islamic materials. In transferring the knowledge from the teacher to students, Islamic boarding schools have two programs, namely the madrasah diniyyah program for, learning books. Secondly, the Alquran education program (TPQ) for learning the correct and fluent in the reading of the Alquran. Moreover, today there are a lot of Islamic boarding schools that run memorization programs of the Qur'an (Tahfidzul Quran). In order to succeed in the tahfidzul Quran program in Islamic boarding schools, resources that are needed to carry out management activities such as supply chain management. In this case, to support the implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program based on its purpose, a management activity is needed. The management in question is how the institution plans, implements, and conducts evaluation activities. One management that can support the achievement of the objectives of the institution here is the management of students.

Abstract

Masih belum maksimalnya nilai siswa kelas XII pada mata pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Frais di SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu apakah ada hubungan yang signifikan dari keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PPLK terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Frais. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi, dimana penulis ingin melihat hubungan antara 2 variabel, yakni keterampilan mengajar dan hasil belajar. Dengan membangun hipotesis bahwa diasumsikan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keterampilan mengajar dan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober tahun 2019 di SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi pada siswa kelas XII Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi, tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dengan jumlah 88 siswa. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah random sampling sejumlah 58 siswa. Hasil analisis data mengungkapkan tingkat keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PPLK pada mata pelajaran teknik pemesinan frais di SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi termasuk dalam kategori Tinggi. Sedangkan hasil belajar termasuk pada kategori Cukup Baik. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh koefisien determinasi keterampilan mengajar mempengaruhi hasil belajar sebesar 35,4% sedangkan 64,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti aktivitas belajar, lingkungan, perhatian orang tua, tingkat IQ siswa, dan lain-lain. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PPLK terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran teknik pemesinan frais kelas XII di SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi termasuk pada kategori Cukup Kuat.

Abstract

When a curriculum is created and then implemented, whether the curriculum is centralized or decentralized, both have their own advantages and disadvantages. Sometimes a centralized curriculum is appropriate for a particular area, but not suitable for other regions. As in rural or remote areas, it is difficult to adjust the progress of education in urban areas.There is an opinion which says that curriculum means vehicle (currere/Latin). No matter how reliable the vehicle is made, that reliability can only be achieved if the driver is competent enough. Success, professionalism and competence are in the hands of the teacher. Because basically the curriculum was made as good as possible by the compilers.However, along with its development, the curriculum is still undergoing changes so that it is not uncommon for there to be gaps in its implementation. For this reason, with an analysis of curriculum needs, it will be known about the distance or gaps, solutions and assessment of the education curriculum in Indonesia.With the direction of writing this paper, the problems are formulated as follows: What are the stages of curriculum development?, What are the application of the principles of curriculum development? Abstract

Pesantren merupakan basis pengetahuan  dan pengembangan ilmu Islam. Sumber tertulis utama yang dipelajari adalah kitab kuning,yaitu kitab yang berisi tulisan arab tanpa huruf vokal. Pemahamannya dapat dilakukan dengan banyak cara, tetapi di antaranya Metode yang dianggap cukup efektif adalah metode Al-Miftah.Meski begitu, tidak semua santri bisa mengerti tentang  kitab kuning, Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena melihat perkembangan yang pesat santri pondok pesantren Ar-Rofi’iyyah semampir dalam kitab kuning khususnya pelajaran fiqih yang merupakan salah satu materi PAI, peserta didik sudah bisa membaca kitab dengan fasih mendeteksi perkalimat, baik dalam segi, I’rab, fungsi I’rab dan lengkap dengan dalil Nadzomnya. Padahal di beberapa pondok pesantren yang peneliti temui, mayoritasnya baru bisa membaca kitab kuning setelah masuk kelas aliyah dan itupun hanya sebagian kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seperti apa penerapan Metode Al-Miftah di Pondok Pesantren Ar-Rofi’iyyah Semampir baik dalam hal perencanaan, langkah-langkah, Evaluasi dan Faktor pendukung dan penghambat.

Abstract

Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial memiliki peran penting dalam berinteraksi terhadap sesama. Kemampuan dalam menyampaikan sesuatu seperti halnya berdakwah atau pidato didepan khalayak umum sangatlah penting bagi seorang santri. Pondok putri Raudlatul Hasaniyah1 melaksanakan kegiatan muhadhoroh dengan tujuan mengembangkan kreativitas santri, utamanya kreativitas yang berupa Musabaqoh Syarhil Qur’an (MSQ). Sehingga santri dapat dengan mudah dalam menyampaikan pidato atau dakwah dengan ayat suci al-qur’an. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana santri dalam mengembangkan kreativitasnya utamanya dalam menyampaikan dakwah atau pidato didepan khalayak umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yangpenelitiannya menghasilkan informasi deskriptif tentang individu yang diamati dan perilaku dalam bentuk kata-kata tertulis atau lisan.Kata kunci: muhadhoroh, kreativitas, Musabaqoh Syarhil Qur’an (MSQ)

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to see how teachers instill the values of Islamic Religious Education and its implementation of students into shaping the nation’s environment of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) 2 Probolinggo. In research this approach is done with qualitative methods. Research shows that the implanting of religious values not only takes place when the learning process is under way, but it also does not remove from the shared breeding of religious values for both students and teachers. Like prayer dhuha, tahfidzul qur’an, talent and interest development, the planting of a tree together, natural-based learning, and other programs. Not only students, teachers are required to provide a good example to support the growing of environmental concern in students through religious values. As a paragon in school, teachers should give example of behaviors that reflect religious attitudes, such as greeting in meeting with students or other teachers so that the institution can be see and exemplified by students. Similarly, madrasah’a vision and mission contribute to a crucial point PERMATA LIMA, DISISI BERLIAN (faithful and faithful learners in Allah, bearing faith, gentle, disciplined, caring and culturally).

Abstract

Islamic religious universities play an important role in spreading religious values, promoting a deep understanding of Islam, and contributing to the intellectual development of Muslims globally. This research aims to analyze the policies needed to improve the quality of Islamic religious universities towards world-class university status. This research uses a library method in which researchers collect various literature for analysis. Research findings show that there are challenges for Islamic religious universities as they move towards becoming world-class universities. This research provides an in-depth view of concrete steps that can be taken by educational institutions and governments to encourage the growth and development of Islamic religious universities globally.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out the government's policy towards education in Indonesia towards superior universities. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that achieving accreditation for PTKIN is now an absolute necessity. Because institutional accreditation is a set of assessments that directly evaluates the management and quality of each higher education institution. Since 2020, accreditation assessment for new universities and study programs has been implemented based on 9 criteria, so that in the future the accreditation process for these two study programs will use an assessment system based on 9 criteria. Realizing PTKIN to be able to achieve an A (excellent) accreditation score can be done through a technical management approach to superior PTKIN institutional accreditation. This technical management is the basis for preparing forms and complete documents and the accreditation visitation process. Technical management covers a fairly broad scope. So that ideally technical management is understood comprehensively by higher education administrators. So that institutional accreditation can reach an A (excellent) grade.

Abstract

Digitalization and madrasah educational institutions are subjects and objects that are interrelated in the development of digital education. An educational institution cannot escape the changes that occur, this is an inevitability in the field of education that cannot be separated. This research approach uses qualitative, with the research object being MI Miftahul Ulum Banggle 02 Kanigoro Blitar and MI Al Muhajirin II Latukan Karanggeneng Lamongan. The results of this research show that there are several important aspects that must be considered, namely: 1) The development of the digital era, where the digital era is a change that must be followed by various educational institutions, because this is an era change that must be followed. 2) Renewing digital platforms for developing educational models, at this point an educational institution must have the courage to utilize the available digital platforms as learning models. 3) Technology in social change for education in principle is that technology will have a broad impact, especially the occurrence of social change in society. 4) The development of the digital era in the scope of Islamic education, as with social changes, will also be affected in the scope of Islamic education levels. So the importance of strong management in managing the changes that occur.
