Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga, tempat dan promosi secara simultan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian KartuHALO Pada Mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Universitas Tadulako. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako dengan sampel sebanyak 50. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk, harga, tempat dan promosi, secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai Adjusted R-Square 0.772 pada sig. 0.000. Variabel produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien regresi 1.467 pada sig 0.002; harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0.082 pada sig 0.882; tempat tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0.211 pada sig 0.473. Variabel promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien regresi 1.368 pada sig 0.018.

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif korelasional. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian yaitu 183 pelanggan dengan sampel dalam penelitian yaitu 37 pelanggan. Seluruh butir pertanyaan menggunakan uji instrument yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data penelitian juga menggunakan uji analisis data. Adapun uji dilakukan adalah uji normalitas, uji heteroskedasitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi, regresi linier sederhana dan uji t dan pengujian serempak/Anova (uji hipotesis) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara kualitas pelayanan dengan keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,615, sehingga apabila diinterpretasikan dalam skala nilai dapat dikategorikan korelasi cukup, demikian variabel harga dengan keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,744 yang dikategorikan korelasi cukup pada CV. Angel Sibolga. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 14,407 - 0,110 X1 + 0,707X2. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima kebenarannya, dimana t hitung -0,504 < 2,03011, yang berarti hipotesis ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian ditolak kebenarannya, sementara hipotesis ada pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian terbukti signifikan, dimana t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (3,714 > 2,03011). Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga hanya berperan sebesar 55,8 % terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV. Angel Sibolga dan sisanya sebesar 44,2 % dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil data pra riset terhadap 32 karyawan mendapatkan bahwa 62,5% karyawan belum merasakan kepuasan finansial dan 52,5% merasa puas dengan kompensasi non-finansial perusahaan. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja sebagian besar karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi finansial, sedangkan kompensasi non-finansial merupakan sebagai pendukung atas kepuasan finansial. Melalui manajemen perubahan dengan menetapkan apa yang perlu diubah, mengembangkan solusi dan mencari fakta tentang issue permasalahan dapat menjadikan pilihan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Mukhabarah is a form of cooperation in agriculture, which is a form of cooperation between sharecroppers and landowners, where the land owner gives his land to the manager or sharecropper to be managed or planted and maintained based on an agreement (contract) in exchange for a certain part (percentage) of the land. yields. Mukhabarah also occurred in Bulisu Village, Pinrang Regency, where the community was more familiar with the term profit sharing. The profit-sharing collaboration that takes place in Bulisu Village, Pinrang Regency is generally a contract only orally based on trust without presenting witnesses, and the contract period is not clearly defined. The purpose of this research is to find out what the profit sharing system in Bulisu Village looks like and whether it is in accordance with the profit sharing system (mukhabarah). This study uses qualitative research with a perspective approach to data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the cooperation system that occurs is a profit-sharing system. The implementation of the profit-sharing system in Bulisu Village is a mukhabarah contract in Islamic economics, but there are some things that are not quite right, namely the contract period that is not clearly defined, so that the practice is not fully in accordance with the Islamic concept. determined

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a plan to increase influence over the market, both in the short and long term, based on market research, product strategy, price, promotion and distribution sites. Purchase intention is part of the behavioral component in consumption attitudes, the tendency of respondents to act before buying decisions are actually implemented. Meanwhile, repurchase intention is a purchase intention based on past purchasing experience. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence sharia marketing strategies, determine sharia marketing strategies and to determine the impact of sharia marketing strategies in increasing people's buying interest in online business. This research is included in qualitative research, meaning that this research produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from the people and the observed behavior. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which means that the data collected is in the form of words, pictures, and not in the form of numbers. The results of the study show that the factors that influence sharia marketing strategy are competitors, technology, network, finance, goods and access. Then, the sharia marketing strategy for online business is product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion. The impact of the sharia marketing strategy on online business is that it can increase sales and public buying interest in online sales.

Abstract

Practical lectures in their implementation require an understanding of how to carry out these activities. Not just knowledge, but understanding is needed. Lack of understanding can lead to inappropriate practicum results. The problem of this research is "How is the Effect of Understanding Material on Student Learning Outcomes in the typing basics practice course of the Semarang State Polytechnic Business Administration Department". The purpose of this study is the development of a conceptual integration model in understanding the material, to achieve maximum learning outcomes. The number of samples of this study were 89 respondents. The data collection method is done by giving a list of questions using Google Form. The t test results show that the Material Understanding variable has a t value of 11.522> t table 1.666 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.810 or 81%. The conclusion in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between Understanding Material on Learning Outcomes with an influence of 81%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the opinions of teachers and administrative staff regarding the management of BOS funds at the HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School in terms of the procedures for managing, using, and targeting BOS funds. This research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were all teachers and administration staff of the HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School for the 2020/2021 academic year, a total of 20 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation to obtain data regarding the management of BOS funds related to the procedures for managing, using, and targeting BOS funds. The analysis technique uses cross tabulation and crosstab methods. The results showed that 90% of respondents (18 teachers and 2 administrative staff) stated that the procedures for managing BOS funds at HKBP Private Middle Schools complied with the 2021 BOS technical guidelines and only 10% of respondents (1 teacher and 2 administrators) stated it is not in accordance with. Regarding the use of BOS funds at HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School, 88.5% of teacher respondents (15 people and 1 uhsah administrative staff) stated that it was appropriate and only 11.5% (1 teacher) stated that it was not on target. So, it can be concluded that the majority of respondents are of the opinion that the management of BOS funds at the HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School for the 2021/2022 school year from the procedures for managing, using, and targeting BOS funds is in accordance with the technical guidelines for using BOS funds in 2022

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work ethics and work experience simultaneously influence the work performance of employees at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office? The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether there is an effect of work ethics and work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The population is 108 people and the sample is 52 people. The results showed that work ethics and work experience simultaneously affect employee performance, where Fcount (86.578) is greater than Ftable (3.18) and Sig.á (0.000b) is smaller than α 5% (0.005). There is an influence of work ethics on employee performance, where the tcount value of 5.511 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 less than α (0.05). There is the influence of work experience on employee performance, where the tcount value of 2.780 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.008 less than α (0.05). 77.9% work ethics and work experience can affect employee performance. The positive sign in the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 4.825 + 0.552X1 + 0.314X2 indicates that employee performance will increase if work ethics and work experience are good.
