Abstract

This social mentoring activity is a part of the Social Entrepreneurship Program, a collaboration between the Semarang State Polytechnic and the Ministry of Social Affairs, especially the Directorate of Individual, Family and Institutional Social Empowerment. The activity involves lecturers and students, as well as coordinators and assistants from the ministry. Susukan District is one of the areas that is a priority assistance area in Semarang Regency. The target of the program is the Beneficiary Families (KPM), and aims to provide business assistance for KPMs so that they are able to develop their ultra-micro businesses. With this assistance, the ultra-micro business of the KPM business can develop both in terms of model, capital, assets and business turnover through mentoring in production, packaging, marketing, and also legal aspect. Kegiatan pendampingan sosial ini merupakan rangkaian dari Program Kewirausahaan Sosial, kerjasama Politeknik Negeri Semarang dengan Kementerian Sosial khususnya Direktorat Pemberdayaan Sosial Perorangan, Keluarga dan Kelembagaan Masyarakat. Kegiatan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa, serta koordinator serta pendamping dari pihak kementerian. Kecamatan Susukan merupakan salah satu wilayah yang menjadi area pendampingan prioritas pada Kabupaten Semarang. Sasaran program adalah para Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM), dan bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan usaha bagi KPM agar mereka mampu mengembangkan usaha ultra mikro yang mereka miliki. Dengan pendampingan ini usaha ultra mikro usaha KPM dapat berkembang baik secara model, modal, aset dan omset usaha melalui pendampingan sosial di bidang produksi, kemasan, pemasaran dan aspek legalitas.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the entire world has caused all activities to be carried out online (online) including learning activities. Experience is lacking and is something that is still unfamiliar in Indonesia in conducting online learning,  causing several obstacles and difficulties in delivering learning optimally, especially in practical courses.  The problem of this research is "How is the Quality of Online Learning Services  in Graphic Design and Publishing Courses  during the Covid-19 Pandemic". The purpose of this research is the development of a conceptual integration model in the quality of online learning services  expected by students. The sample size of this study was 21 respondents. The method of data collection is done by providing a list of questions using Google Form.  Reliability results are considered good enough; Responsiveness, Assurance and Attention are considered good; Direct Evidence (Tangible) has not been good.  The conclusion in this study was obtained to conclude that the limited facilities and infrastructure and costs owned by students in conducting practical lectures   online during the COVID-19 pandemic caused many obstacles in carrying out a quality online service process.

Abstract

Practical lectures in their implementation require an understanding of how to carry out these activities. Not just knowledge, but understanding is needed. Lack of understanding can lead to inappropriate practicum results. The problem of this research is "How is the Effect of Understanding Material on Student Learning Outcomes in the typing basics practice course of the Semarang State Polytechnic Business Administration Department". The purpose of this study is the development of a conceptual integration model in understanding the material, to achieve maximum learning outcomes. The number of samples of this study were 89 respondents. The data collection method is done by giving a list of questions using Google Form. The t test results show that the Material Understanding variable has a t value of 11.522> t table 1.666 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.810 or 81%. The conclusion in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between Understanding Material on Learning Outcomes with an influence of 81%.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Komunitas KPM PKH di Kec. Suruh adalah masalah pemasaran dan keterampilan menggunakan teknologi. Komunitas KPM PKH  di Kec. Suruh memerlukan pengembangan usaha berbasis teknologi sehingga dapat bersaing dengan usaha  baru yang bersifat online. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah 1) Mengidentifikasi penggunaan media pemasaran pada Komunitas KPM PKH  di Kec. Suruh, 2) Menggambarkan upaya pengembangan usaha berbasis teknologi pada Komunitas KPM PKH  Kec. Suruh melalui pelatihan digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner dan Focus Group Discussion. Metode yang digunakan dalam upaya pengembangan usaha berbasis teknologi adalah metode pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan. Materi -materi dalam upaya pengembangan usaha berbasis teknologi pada Komunitas KPM PKH  Kec. Suruh melalui pelatihan digital marketing meliputi : 1) Menumbuhan jiwa kewirausahaan untuk bisnis online, 2) Sharing session, 3) Pelatihan digital marketing (menggunakan facebook dan instragram bisnis). Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa banyak Komunitas KPM PKH  di Kec. Suruh menggunakan teknologi sederhana dalam pemasaran, yaitu didominasi dengan media Whatsapp. Bahkan masih banyak Komunitas KPM PKH  yang menjalankan usahanya secara offline tanpa bantuan teknologi. Hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan pelatihan digital marketing menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini mendapatkan tanggapan yang positif, dinilai dapat memberikan wawasan dan ilmu, dan memberikan inspirasi

Abstract

Usaha Pangkas Rambut Madura telah menjadi ikonik “Migrant Family Entrepreneurship” di Indonesia. Kehadiran mereka telah menjadi kekuatan ekonomi kerakyatan yang tangguh dan mandiri. Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi pendapatan sector jasa termasuk usaha Pangkas Rambut Madura yakni 90,90%. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi atas dampak pandemic dengan pelatihan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (k3) dan penerapannya sebagai “Value Co-Creation”. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan tiga mitra Usaha Pangkas Rambut Madura di Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian adalah pelatihan dan pemberian alat Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta IPTEK. Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian dengan penyusunan kuesioner yang mengukur kinerja pelaksanaan program pelatihan, sedangkan instrument kinerja pemasaran dipergunakan untuk mengukur dampak positip bagi tiga mitra pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan pertama, perilaku mitra pengabdian semakin patuh melaksanakan protocol Kesehatan. Kedua, mitra pengabdian mampu praktik manajemen K3. Ketiga, Mereka memasukan konsep penciptaan Value Co-Creation dalam praktik bisnis mereka. Keempat, mereka mampu meningkatkan kinerja usaha dengan praktik manajemen K3 dan konsep penciptaan Value Co-Creation. K3 Management Training and Its Application as "Value Co-Creation" During the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study on Madura Barbershop in Semarang City)  The Madura Barbershop has become an iconic “Migrant Family Entrepreneurship” in Indonesia. Their presence has become a strong and independent people's economic force. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the revenue of the service sector, including the Madura Barbershop business, which is 90.90%. This service activity aims to provide solutions to the impact of the pandemic with occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management training and its application as "Value Co-Creation". This service activity involves three partners of the Madura Barber Shop in Semarang City. The method used in service activities is training and providing management tools for Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and science and technology. The instrument for evaluating service activities is by compiling a questionnaire that measures the performance of the implementation of the training program, while the marketing performance instrument is used to measure the positive impact for the three service partners. The results of service activities show that first, the behavior of service partners is increasingly obedient in implementing the Health protocol. Second, service partners are able to practice HSE management. Third, they incorporate the concept of Value Co-Creation in their business practices. Fourth, they are able to improve business performance with HSE management practices and the concept of Value Co-Creation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mekanisme kinerja keberlanjutan atau Sustainable Performance  melalui Big Data Analytics Capabilities yang berkontribusi dalam menciptakan nilai berkelanjutan dan menganalisis peran mediasi yang dimainkan oleh Supply Chain Management Capabilities (SCMC), serta Circular Economy Practices (CEP), yang berdampak terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah para pelaku UMKM sektor Kuliner dan Fashion di Jawa Tengah. Sedangkan Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Purposive Sampling. Untuk jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 100 sampel dari total populasi responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Big Data Analytics Capabilitiesmempunyai dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan dari kinerja UMKM, maka bagi para pelaku UMKM seyogyanya senantiasa berupaya mengikuti perkembangan zaman dengan penerapan Big Data Analytics Capabilitiesterhadap para karyawan sehingga mampu meningkatkan konsumen dan tetap eksis dalam industri
