<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the discovery of a lack of quality of the integrated service and referral system which had not been maximized in the submission of independent social security administration bodies to recipients of contribution assistance to the community, which caused the community to be hampered in the administrative process of applying for independent social security administration bodies to recipients of contribution assistance. Therefore, this research aims to determine the quality of service in the integrated service and referral system to the community. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection methods through observation by observing the integrated service and referral system to the community. The data collection technique uses interviews with the head sub-divisions and five communities. The results of this research show that the quality of service of the independent social security administration agency to recipients of social assistance at Slrt Graha Pancakarsa Bogor Regency social service, the community assesses with 5 dimensions: Tangible (tangible), Reliability (reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (guarantee), Empathy (empathy). Thus, the quality of service at Slrt Graha Pancakarsa helps the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Eazy Passport Service Innovation is a passport service innovation with the reach out or ball pickup method initiated by the Directorate General of Immigration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, to increase public service innovation, the number of passport issuances and PNBP revenue, which has been implemented by all immigration offices in Indonesia since the pandemic period until now. One of them is the Immigration Office Class I TPI Pekanbaru. This research is motivated by the problems, namely the lack of information provided during socialization, the limited human resources in the Eazy Passport Service Innovation by the Immigration Office Class I TPI Pekanbaru, and the issuance of passports that can take more than 4 working days. The purpose of this research is to find out the Eazy Passport Service Innovation by the Immigration Office Class I TPI Pekanbaru and to identify the inhibiting factors of the Eazy Passport Service Innovation by the Immigration Office Class I TPI Pekanbaru. The type of research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, where data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Eazy Passport Service Innovation by the Class I TPI Immigration Office Pekanbaru is still not fully running optimally, although on the other hand it also received appreciation from several passport applicants. The inhibiting factors in the Eazy Passport Service Innovation by the Class I TPI Immigration Office Pekanbaru, namely an unstable network at the location of the implementation and system errors, limited human resources and lack of understanding and knowledge of the applicant community in processing passports.]]>

<![CDATA[The Pekanbaru City Manpower Service has the main task of carrying out some of the city's regional government affairs in the field of labor. Providing guidance, controlling, supervising and providing training to workers is a function of the employment service which has an influence on the level of unemployment. This research aims to analyze and determine the performance of the Manpower Service in Pekanbaru city as well as to analyze and find out the factors inhibiting the performance of the Manpower Service in Pekanbaru city. This research uses performance theory from Agus Dwiyanto (2018) which provides 5 assessment indicators, namely: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Accountability and Accountability. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The results of this research are that the performance of the Manpower Department in Pekanbaru city has not yet been achieved optimally. This can be seen from the productivity indicators which can be seen from the absence of training for job seekers so that there is no supervision of trained job seekers and there are still several inhibiting factors. others such as limited APBD, there are still companies that do not know their obligations and limited work delivery personnel.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to evaluate the influence of the use of the Mobile Attendance Application (K-Mob) and discipline in implementing the working hours scheme on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Health Resources Sector of the West Java Provincial Health Service. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data, where a questionnaire is used as a research instrument. The sample in this study consisted of 23 (twenty three) respondents taken using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The findings from this research show that the use of the Mobile Presence application (K-Mob) influences the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). Likewise with the discipline in implementing the working hours scheme, which also affects the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). Furthermore, the research results show that the use of the Mobile Attendance application (K-Mob) and discipline in implementing the working hours scheme simultaneously have an impact on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The implication is that the application of attendance technology and work discipline plays an important role in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Health Resources Sector of the West Java Provincial Health Service.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. The Surabaya City Government recently implemented a new policy aimed at increasing the efficiency and transparency of parking fee collection. The new policy focuses on the use of electronic payment methods, especially QRIS, to reduce the possibility of leaks and increase parking attendants' income. By using QRIS, the government hopes to provide the public with a safe and convenient way to pay for parking, while ensuring that all parking charges are recorded accurately. To assess the effectiveness of this new policy, researchers will analyze the public's response to non-cash payments, such as QRIS, as well as the impact of this payment system on parking attendants' income. Researchers will use the Literature Review and Problem Tree Analysis method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the benefits and potential challenges related to this new policy. Overall, the government hopes this new policy will not only improve the efficiency and transparency of parking fee collection but also increase the income of parking attendants and provide the public with a convenient and safe way to pay for parking.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of institutional capacity strengthening and its impact on the effectiveness of animal health services. This research uses a quantitative approach, which is a post-positivist research method employed to study a specific population or sample. Data collection is done using research instruments, and data analysis is statistical in nature with the aim of testing established hypotheses, thereby identifying the variables that influence and are influenced by them. The total number of respondents included in this study was 31 individuals. Several data collection techniques were used, including questionnaires, observation, literature review, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis was conducted using Likert scales and regression analysis through the SPSS program. The research results indicate that individual capacity strengthening has a negative impact on the effectiveness of animal health services, organizational capacity strengthening has a negative impact on the effectiveness of animal health services, system capacity strengthening has a negative impact on the effectiveness of animal health services, and institutional capacity strengthening has a positive impact on the effectiveness of animal health services.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes the decision-making process regarding the policy of using the Sirekap application in the 2024 election vote recapitulation process using George R. Terry's rational decision-making theory with indicators of problem clarity, goal orientation, cognitive knowledge, clear preferences, and maximum results. The method used is a literature review by mapping the problem using Fishbone Diagram Analysis. The analysis identified root causes such as complex and manual election processes, infrastructure budget requirements, lack of supervision, and inefficient manual recapitulation. Recommendations include simplifying regulations, mapping areas with limited access, strengthening regulations related to the principles of election technology, and involving supervisory institutions. The use of Sirekap is expected to increase the speed, accuracy and transparency of the recapitulation process to maintain the credibility of election results.]]>

<![CDATA[DKI Jakarta faces significant traffic congestion due to the increasing population and number of motor vehicles. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature review to identify the factors causing congestion and to formulate effective solutions.The findings reveal that congestion is caused by high private vehicle usage, low use of public transportation, and limited road space. The proposed solutions in this study include improving public transportation infrastructure, implementing an odd-even traffic policy, and enforcing a 3 in 1 rule for cars. The analysis results show that implementing the odd-even policy is the most effective solution to reduce congestion. This policy has proven to reduce the volume of vehicles on the road and encourages the public to switch to public transport, significantly reducing exhaust emissions, improving air quality, increases the efficiency of road space usage, and lowers the traffic accident rate. The success of this solution requires active support and participation from the public. Therefore, the government needs to continuously involve the public in the decision-making process and provide adequate education about the impact and urgency of congestion issues. Collaboration between the government and the public is crucial to creating effective solutions to address congestion and enhance sustainable mobility in Jakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[Policy decision making in dealing with online gambling is based on several factors. This journal article analyzes policy decision making in handling online gambling in Indonesia by policy makers. This research uses descriptive research methods with a literature study approach. Analysis theory is based on decision making according to George R. Terry and Brinckloe, such as intuition, experience, facts, authority and logic. The research results obtained are that in Indonesia, the criminal law approach to online gambling is contained in Article 27 paragraph (2) of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. The government considers the interests of society, sustainability and the long-term impact of the decisions taken. Transparency and accountability in decision making is the government's responsibility to ensure fair and sustainable policies. Thus, the government's role as a decision maker involves many complex factors and considerations to achieve good policies that have a positive impact on society.]]>
