Jurnal Strategik Manajemen terbit pertama kali pada tahun 2016 dan terbit rutin dua kali setahun hingga tahun 2023. Hingga saat itu, Jurnal Strategik Manajemen menerima artikel-artikel berkualitas tinggi dalam jumlah banyak. Terbitan pada jurnal dengan frekuensi dua kali dalam setahunnya yaitu pada bulan April dan November.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of financial performance at the Wredatama Harum Cooperative. The subjects in this study were the financial performance of the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The data sources used were secondary data obtained from data or records from the examiner's report on the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency. The results of the study show that assets are sufficiently liquid in paying short-term obligations. With a good level of solvency and the level of profitability, it is concluded that the ability of cooperatives to generate profits is good. Abstract

ABSTRACT In the era of increasingly fierce globalization of competition within companies,companies need to pay attention to human resources in order to be able tocompete competitively. This study aims to find out: (1) Does salary affect employee performance, (2)Does the incentive affect employee performance, (3) Do salaries and incentivesjointly affect employee performance. The type of research used in this study uses a quantitative approach that is ex post facto, which is to study the facts that already exist. The process is in the form of describing by interpreting the data that has been processed from 40 employees. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple regression. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis that the salary variable has a significant positive effect of 17.7%, on the performance of employees at PT. Plambo Pratama Joyo Santoso City of Tegal. If the employee's salary is increased, the effect on employee performance will also increase, the higher the employee's salary, the higher the employee's performance. The results of multiple regression analysis that the incentive variable has a significant positive effect of 46.8% on employee performance at PT. Plambo Pratama Joyo Santoso City of Tegal. Companies must increase incentives to employees so that employee performance can increase. This shows that incentives are highly expected by employees. F Test Results that salary variables and incentive variables together have a significant positive effect of 47.8% on employee performance at PT. Plambo Pratama Joyo Santoso City of Tegal. Companies must increase salaries and incentives to employees so that employee performance can increase. This shows that salaries and incentives are highly expected by employees. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, the authors suggest that companies increase salaries and incentives because they can influence the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT National health insurance has already implemented by Bhakti Asih (BA) Hospital since January, 1st 2014. Ever since it has been implemented, they had some problems such as claim denied. In 2015 there were 144 cases of claim denied in outpatient service and it increased in 2016 with 185 cases. One of claim denied cause is validity claim document. This research is a qualitative research with case study from three of claim denied documents. This research uses some collection methods such as in-depth interviews, observation and document study. The informants for this research are person in charge of outpatient registration, outpatient registration officer, person in charge of SEP maker, SEP maker, recapitulation officer, person in charge and claim administration officer. The result shows that from validity part of three claim domcuments denied there are still validity. However, from completeness and filling time part there are no any problems found. But there are some problems that cause claim documents denied such as the amount of visiting is more than four times a month and patients that refuse the treatment from their doctor. Based on the system approach, administration services for JKN patient registration, service for making SEP, and recapitulation have not run optimally. It is recommended that the hospital conduct additional claims submission officers, training claim officers, making SOPs about the suitability of filing JKN claims, and adding the number of computer equipment. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer service quality on customer satisfaction on the CV. Surya Utama Perkasa Ketanggungan. Using 100 consumers and the SPSS program the results showed that the tcount test using a confidence level of 95% (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.25) and the degree of freedom of NK (100-2) obtained t table of 1, 98 and the results of calculations in PSS show 9,901 which means that t count> t table. And from the calculation of Spearman rho rank correlation between service quality and customer satisfaction is 0.726 Means that customer service quality has a large and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study entitled The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Employee Satisfaction in the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1. To find out the significant effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee satisfaction in the Brebes District General Hospital. 2. To find out the factors that most influence the satisfaction of employees of the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency. While the hypothesis proposed is: 1. It is assumed that there is a significant influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee satisfaction in the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency. 2. It is assumed that organizational culture factors that influence the satisfaction of employees of the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency .. The research method used is a case study of the Brebes District General Hospital, while the data collection methods used were surveys, interviews, questionnaires and library research. In testing the hypothesis used the multiple regression coefficient analysis tool with the normality test, t and F. The results of the analysis can be concluded: 1. From the results of linear regression calculation, the multiple linear regression equation didapat = -2,000 + 0,266 X1 + 0,779 X2 is obtained. Based on the results of calculations, at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and degrees of freedom (2) (77), then obtained F count of 30,259 while F table at the level of trust and the same degree of freedom is 3.47. Thus Fcount> Ftable, then the null hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture variables together on employee performance is significant (meaning) or in other words there is a significant effect of variable organizational commitment and organizational culture together - equal to employee satisfaction. 2. From the partial regression calculation obtained organizational commitment (X1) of 0.457, meaning that the level of organizational commitment (X1) contributes to the 14 improvement of employee satisfaction in the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency by 0.457 or 45.70%, this is assuming if the other variables such as organizational culture (X2) is fixed, whereas organizational culture (X2) is 0.811, meaning that the level of organizational culture (X2) contributes to the increase in employee satisfaction of the Brebes Regency Regional General Hospital by 0.811 or 81.10%, assuming if other variables such as organizational commitment (X1) are fixed, thus organizational culture is the most influential factor on employee satisfaction at Brebes District Hospital. Suggestions: 1. From the results of the research conducted, the most dominant variable in influencing employee satisfaction is organizational commitment. With a good organizational commitment can affect employee satisfaction in order to improve organizational performance. Good organizational commitment can make employees feel comfortable at work and employees feel more responsible so that employees can maximize their ability to work better and pay attention to the level of accuracy in work to improve public service performance. 2. To be able to increase employee satisfaction there is a need for an attitude that values high on hard work and earnest. If you need to find an appropriate impulse to motivate and change attitudes. For this reason, it is necessary to instill organizational goals in the vision, mission, philosophy and organization motto is an ideal value that must be achieved in individuals. With the right process organizations try to instill value in their members. The ideal value perceived by its members will influence the assessment of itself. These values are instilled by the organization with the main goal of increasing performance and quality of work. Good work performance and quality can be achieved with a good work culture.

Abstract

Abstraksi This research takes the title "The Effect of Personal Characteristics and Characteristics of Businesses on Kupedes Return Rate at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Adiwerna II Unit, Tegal Branch ". The aim to be achieved in this study is to find out whether there are any effects of Personal Characteristics and Business Characteristics on Kupedes Return Rate at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Adiwerna II Unit, Tegal Branch. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the author can take several conclusions as follows: The influence of personal characteristics (X1) on the rate of return of Kupedes (Y) is significant. This can be proven in the results of the t-test obtained t-count of 6.318. Compared to the t-table at α = 0.05, it means t-count> t-table or (6.318> 1.66055). And the influence of business characteristics (X2) on the rate of return of Kupedes (Y) is significant. This can be proven in the results of the ttest obtained by t-count of 0.756. When compared to t-table at α = 0.05, it means t-count <t-table or (0.756 <1.66055).

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study examines the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima. Respondents in this study were samples who were shopping at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima. The number of respondents who made the sample of this study were 50 people. In determining the sample used in this study was purposive random sampling, while to find out the relationship between variables the researcher used a data quality analysis calculation method consisting of (1) Validity Test and (2) Reliability. Then to find out the influence between the variables the researcher used classical assumption analysis consisting of (1) Normality test (2) Multicollinearity Test (3) Heteroscedasticity Test (4) T test and (6) F test with analysis tool using SPSS version 20 for windows The results of this study show that the quality variables of the porduk have a significant effect and the price variable has a significant effect and from the simultaneous test results it influences the purchasing decisions at PT.
