Hingga saat itu, Jurnal Strategik Manajemen menerima artikel-artikel berkualitas tinggi dalam jumlah banyak. Terbitan pada jurnal dengan frekuensi dua kali dalam setahunnya yaitu pada bulan April dan November.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to: to determine the health level of PD. BKK Brebes in Brebes Regency in terms of CAEL (Capital, Assets, Earnings and Liquidity) for the period 2013 - 2017. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded: based on the results of the analysis and discussion it is known the health level of PD. BKK Brebes in Brebes Regency in 2014 increased by 2.07 percent. In 2015, it decreased by 0.42 percent, in 2016 it increased again by 2.99 percent and in 2017 it increased by 0.30 percent. Based on the criteria set by Bank Indonesia, from 2013 to 2017 PD. BKK Brebes in Brebes Regency was declared PD. Healthy BKK. Overall health level of PD. BKK Brebes in Brebes Regency from 2013 to 2017 was declared healthy. Keywords: CAMEL, Bank Health

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this study was to find out how the effect of product innovation and price on the decision to purchase salted eggs in Limbangan Wetan Village, Brebes Regency. The research sample was 100 consumers / respondents. The analysis technique used is F test, t test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the values obtained are: a. t-test for product innovation variables of 4.963 with a significance of 0.000 Ftable means that together the independent variables of product innovation and price significantly influence the purchasing decision variable. d. Regression equation Y = 10.215 + 0.434 X1 +0.276 X2 which means that the regression coefficients of product innovation variables have a dominant influence on the decision to buy salted eggs. From the results above, the product innovation variable must be a point of concern for salted egg sellers.

Abstract

RINGKASAN Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur efektivitas Electronic Market dan Pasar Konvensional di Kecamatan Brebes dan mengukur tingkat efektivitas pasar dalam menarik minat beli masyarakat di Kecamatan Brebes berdasarkan skala efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Hasil analisis EPIC Model untuk masing-masing variabel adalah electronic market = 4,09, pasar konvensional = 4,08, dan minat beli = 3,87. Dari ketiga variabel yang diteliti, jika dimasukan ke dalam skala efektifitas maka ketiga hasil analisis dari variabel tersebut secara parsial berada di rentang “efektif”. Dilihat dari tingkat efektifitas maka electronic market lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pasar konvensional. Nilai EPIC Rate yang merupakan rata-rata dari ketiga variabel berada di angka 4,007. Nilai ini berada dalam rentang “efektif” pada rentang skala efektifitas. Hal ini menandakan bahwa tingkat efektifitas pasar di Kecamatan Brebes adalah “efektif”. ABSTRACT The aim of this research was to measure the effectiveness of Electronic Market and Conventional Markets in the District of Brebes and measure the level of market effectiveness in attracting buying interest in Brebes District based on the scale of effectiveness. The results showed that: EPIC analysis results The model for each variable was electronic market = 4,09, conventional market = 4.08, and buying interest = 3.87. Of the three variables studied, if included in the scale of effectiveness, the three results of the analysis of these variables are partially in the "effective" range. Viewed from the level of effectiveness, the electronic market is higher than the conventional market. The EPIC Rate value which is the average of the three variables is at 4,007. This value is in the "effective" range in the range of effectiveness scales. Abstract

ABSTARCT This study aims to analyze the level of financial health in terms of liquidity ratios, profitability, activity, and solvency at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Brebes Branch based on BUMN Ministerial Decree Number: Kep-100 / MBU / 2002. Analysis tool by taking procedures for assessing the level of financial health, especially only on the financial aspects, where PT Pegadaian (Persero) is classified as a Non-Infrastructure BUMN company. The results showed that PT Pegadaian (Persero) Brebes Branch was declared classified in very healthy conditions in the current ratio of liquidity ratios from 2012 to 2016, amounting to 210.24%. classified in unhealthy conditions in profitability ratios, the ROE ratio is -3.06%. While the ROI ratio is 1.46%. classified in a fairly healthy condition in the activity ratio, the average value of the TATO ratio is 77.00%. and the CP ratio of 110,894 days or 110 days, classified in unhealthy conditions by the ratio of solvency ratios of the average MS to TA ratio of 98.09%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study took the title "Analysis of the Settlement of Claims on Jasa Raharja Insurance Products at Bhakti Asih Hospital Brebes. The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out the description of Jasa Raharja's insurance claim process at Bhakti Asih Hospital Brebes. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is whether the Jasa Raharja insurance claim settlement process at Bhakti Asih Brebes Hospital runs well and efficiently? While the hypothesis proposed is the incompleteness of the files that cause the process of disbursing late / pending raharja service insurance claims. In addition, because the submission of a claim to Jasa Raharja still uses a manual system. The absence of a computerized system from Jasa Raharja. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the author can take several conclusions as follows: The role of officers is very important in the process of settlement of inpatient and outpatient insurance claims, especially for officers in the Insurance section in terms of data collection and processing claims requirements. Based on the research, the level of completion of claims after the requirements are completed, namely within a period of 1 (one) month ... Obstacles that are the cause of late / pending disbursement, there are 2 factors (1) internal factors that occur because of insufficient accuracy of insurance officers insurance officer. (2) External factors, namely from Jasa Raharja itself, still use the manual system. The absence of an online system. So that the disbursement process requires a long time of approximately 14 (fourteen) days after Jasa Raharja officers receive a complete bill from the Hospital. Based on the conclusions above, the writer can give the following suggestions: Insurance officers should always do an evaluation (recheck) of the results of their work, especially in inputting data that is still using the manual system. It is recommended that the collection of requirements claim be more efficient and not cumulative. It is better for insurance officers to add one more person to two insurance officers to be more thorough in collecting data to improve the quality of service again. In addition, from Jasa Raharja, a computerized system / online system is immediately made that links all of Indonesia so that the disbursement process does not take too long. Abstract

Abstraksi This study entitled The Effect of Interest on Savings on the Number of Savings in PD. BKK Brebes Kersana Branch Brebes Regency. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to find out whether the interest rate affects the amount of savings in PD. BKK Brebes Kersana Branch. While the hypothesis proposed in this study is presumed that interest rates significantly influence the amount of savings received at PD. BKK Brebes Kersana Branch. To find out the effect of interest rates on the amount of savings, a simple regression analysis tool is used with the formula y = a + bx. With the calculation using SPSS the regression equation is y = 13,644,140,414 -1,720,458,207x, meaning that the amount of savings is influenced by the interest rate. The constant is 13,644,140,414. While the sign "-" describes the direction of a negative relationship. This means that if the interest rate rises by 1 (one) unit and the other variables remain, the amount of savings will decrease by IDR 1,720,458,207. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study took the title "The Effect of Service Quality and Trust on Consumer Loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch". The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) how the influence of service quality on customer loyalty PT. Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (2) how does the influence of trust on consumer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (3) how the influence of service quality and trust simultaneously on customer loyalty PT. Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch. The purpose of the study was to find out (1) the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (2) the influence of trust on consumer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (3) the influence of service quality and trust simultaneously on consumer loyalty PT. Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch .. The research hypothesis is assumed that (1) service quality has an effect on consumer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (2) trust has an effect on consumer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (3) service quality and trust simultaneously affect the loyalty of consumers of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch. This research was conducted to examine the effect of service quality and trust in customer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using the classic assumption test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1. Testing the hypothesis by partially testing the service quality variable value of t arithmetic 2.1580 is greater than the value of t table 1.9758 and the significance value of the variable service quality 0.032 that value is smaller than 0.05 means the first hypothesis which states suspected service quality affect the customer loyalty of PT. Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch proved the results were significant. 2. Testing the hypothesis by partially testing the trust variable value t count 2.982 is greater than the value of t table 1.9758 with a significance value of 0.003, the value is smaller than 0.05, meaning that the second hypothesis states that it is believed that trust affects the customer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia The Brebes branch proved the results were significant. 3. Testing the hypothesis by simultaneously testing the value of F count 12,185 greater than F table 3.0536 the significance value of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05 means that the third hypothesis is assumed that service quality and trust simultaneously affect the loyalty of consumers of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch proved significant. Based on the results of the research and conclusions, it can be suggested: 63 1. For PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Brebes, the results of this study indicate that hypothesis testing partially or simultaneously on service quality variables and trust in loyalty is significant so it is recommended to the head of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch to maintain and improve service quality and trust in consumers of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch. 2. For further research, the author suggests to analyze the effect of service quality on loyalty, the effect of trust on loyalty using intervening trust variables.
