Abstract

This research aims to find out how to prevent the negative influence of television media on children based on the implementation of child protection laws. The type of research that the author conducted was descriptive research in the form of a literature study. Based on the research results, it shows that the implementation of child protection laws is very important for protecting children's rights. Child protection is not only the responsibility of parents, but also the responsibility of the state, government, society and family. Television media also plays an important role in providing information to children. Be selective in providing information from television media to keep children safe, both physically and mentally

Abstract

Food safety in Indonesia is still far from safe, we often see food poisoning incidents that occur a lot nowadays. In general, this often results in consumers being in a weak and disadvantaged position, so there is a need for regulations that can bridge the interests of business actors and the interests of consumers without harming either party. Forms of responsibility of a business actor towards consumers in the legal order in Indonesia Civil liability based on legal events can be divided into two, namely: liability based on fault, namely liability that can arise due to breaches of contract or unlawful acts, whether caused by careless actions or intentional actions. Responsibility based on risk is the responsibility that must be borne by a business actor for his business activities which cause losses to consumers.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of Pancasila values for Generation Z in social media to evaluate the role and ethics of Generation Z in social media. Seeing the rapid development of information and communication technology today, to find out and get to know generation z about the extent to which they apply the values of Pancasila in interacting on social media, research was made from several cases that have occurred related to violations on social media. This research aims to investigate the tenuous relationship between Pancasila values, Generation Z behavior, and the influence of social media in shaping Generation Z's views and attitudes towards these values. In the digital age and global connectedness, social media is the main platform where generation Z interacts and receives information. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches to collect data through surveys and social media content analysis. This research explores the interaction between Pancasila values and Generation Z through the medium of social media. Generation Z, who grew up in the era of information technology, has extensive access to social media that influences their perception and adoption of Pancasila values. This research uses a literature analysis method to investigate how Pancasila values are reflected and conveyed in social media used by generation Z. The results of this research can provide insights into the interaction between Pancasila values and generation Z through social media. Abstract

This research discusses the impact of FinTech technology on the transformation of the insurance industry and the regulatory implications in Indonesia. FinTech has changed the payment system in society and helped companies in the financial sector. FinTech offers a variety of financial services that were previously exclusive to banks. Explains how digital banking works, including FinTech infrastructure related to peer-to-peer payments, mobile applications, cryptocurrency transfers, digital lending models, mass investments, robo advisors, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics. The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach, with analytical descriptive specifications, while data collection techniques use primary data and secondary data. This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of Fintech Technology on the transformation of the insurance industry and its implications for regulations in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of West Pasaman Regent Regulation Number 47 of 2022 concerning Arrangement of the Kejorongan Area in Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The objectives of this research include providing a description, recording, analysis and interpretation of the conditions for implementing these regulations. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies, with the validity of the data tested using the triangulation method. The research results show that the implementation of this regulation still faces a number of challenges, including a lack of outreach to the community and their involvement in the decision-making process. The resources involved, both in terms of human resources and finance, are also still an obstacle. Bureaucratic attitudes and organizational structures need to be strengthened to ensure sustainable policy implementation. The conclusion of this research is that to increase the effectiveness of implementing West Pasaman Regent Regulation Number 47 of 2022, improvements need to be made in terms of socialization, community involvement, as well as increasing resources and bureaucratic readiness. It is hoped that the implications of this research can provide constructive input for related parties in improving the quality of implementation of policies for structuring the Jorongan area in this area.

Abstract

This research aims to study and determine the responsibilities of Holding as the parent company of SOE, if there is legal action taken by the subsidiary holding company which results in losses to third parties. Then, it is hoped that this research can be used as a reference for Holding as the parent company of SOE to see the limits of liability for losses to third parties resulting from legal actions of subsidiaries and also the solutions to resolve for similar problems. SOE has an important position in terms of supporting government programs that seek to realize prosperity and independence in balanced development. The method in this research was carried out in a normative juridical manner, so the research was based on applicable legal norms and carried out a review of the explanations contained in the library materials. It can be concluded from this research that the parent holding company will be responsible if the parent company participates in decision making.

Abstract

E-purchasing in Gorontalo Province is not yet optimal, hindered by implementation obstacles and the potential for fraud. The lack of studies on the effectiveness of procurement of goods/services through e-purchasing is a concern. Juridical-normative research with a comparative and conceptual approach reveals that e-purchasing in the province is not fully effective. Implications include the potential for price manipulation, bribery, fictitious transactions, administrative malpractice, and inefficiency. The study highlights issues such as the potential for Price Setting by Procurement Service Unit and Providers, Bribery and Gratification Potential, Fictitious Transactions, Administrative Malpractice/Non-negotiation, Failure to Check Product Specifications, High Prices, Waste, and Inefficiency in the procurement of Goods/Services through e-purchasing in Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

This paper aims to see the application of Good Corporate Governance principles as an effort to strengthen SOEs. The Principles of Good Corporate Governance are the principles that underline a company's management processes and mechanisms based on laws and regulations and business ethics. SOEs as a business entity have so far only played a development role in their journey so that they often ignore the role of SOEs as a business entity or business operator, which causes the management of SOEs to be considered less successful. Therefore, the implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles is expected to strengthen SOEs as a Business Entity. This research uses normative juridical approach method of analytical descriptive research specification. The data is collected through literature and refers to the provisions of laws and regulations. This study concludes that the Principles of Good Corporate Governance are needed to be applied as an effort to link SOEs as Business Entities which includes application in several aspects, namely especially shareholder rights, equal treatment of shareholders, the role of shareholders that must be recognized, accurate and timely disclosure, and board responsibility.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology (IPTEK) in people's lives can lead to the emergence of new ideas for committing crimes. Criminals utilize technological advances, especially in communication tools that contain various kinds of social media. The presence of social media provides a large enough gap in shaping the behavior of a society, especially in adolescents. Habits and social environment have an influence in using social media because they are supported by tools such as cellphones to access cyberspace. A crime that has often occurred is cyberbullying, which is an act of online bullying because the perpetrator carries out the bullying through social media. Cyberbullying has a psychological impact on its victims. In this research, the author uses data collection methods from research journals, e-books and legal articles. This research aims to analyze the influence of social media in people's lives, especially for teenagers and the appropriate punishment for cyberbullying perpetrators.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that public services provided by government officials often tend to be complicated, such as: Service procedures, low level of education of officials, work discipline. This greatly influences the quality of public services in village government. This research has the main objective of establishing the government, namely to maintain a peaceful system in which society can live a normal life and improve the welfare of its people. In other words, in essence it is service to the community which is the main function of the government and is the government's obligation in managing its government, both central, regional and especially village governments which have direct contact with the community. This research using normative juridical research methods, normative juridical, namely legal research carried out by examining library materials or secondary data. The research results concluded that the effectiveness of village officials' performance in serving the community is very important in the context of implementing Law no. 23 of 2014. The success of village officials in understanding and implementing it has a direct impact on the welfare of the community at the local level. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to improve the quality of human resources, facilities and infrastructure at the village level to ensure optimal services in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
