Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of income on welfare and to compare the level of welfare between independent smallholders and oil palm plasma farmers according to the welfare theory put forward by Imam Ghozali (Study in Merlung Village, Merlung District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency). The research method used in this research is quantitative-descriptive, namely research that emphasizes objective phenomena and is studied through observation, questionnaires, documentation, and documents related to this subject matter. The data analysis method in this study used the SPSS version 26 statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that the income variable partially affects the welfare variable because the t count value is greater than t table (2851 > 1.668) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the income variable has a significant effect on the variable welfare. This result means that if the income variable increases, then the welfare variable for oil palm farmers will also increase. Based on the average score of the income variable in the statements of independent smallholders and plasma smallholders it is known that it is 3.47: 3.63 which means that overall oil palm smallholders have income that is in the good/high category. Meanwhile, the average score of the welfare variable based on the indicators of Imam Ghozali's theory is known to be 3.37: 3.66, which means that the welfare level of plasma farmers is better than that of independent smallholders.

Abstract

The0purpose0ofithis study0is-to0look at how factors like education level, gender, age, and0marital status affect work choices. Work in the labor force is crucial to economic growth. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), there were 143.72 million persons in the labor force as of August 2022, representing 68.63% of the population of working age. The findings ofithe0population0census,0which0is0conducted every0100years, were used to determine this number. This study employs the qualitative research design of a literature review. According to the research findings, the variable amount of education has a favorable impact on employment decisions, and the variable gender has0a favorable0and0substantial0impact0on employment.

Abstract

This research examines how the effectiveness of people's economic empowerment at the Micro Waqf Bank at the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City, phenomena that often occur at the Micro Waqf Bank such as "Customers who have poor characteristics", namely the lack of a sense of care and responsibility for customers for their loans or debts, resulting in losses for micro waqf banks.To find out what are the effectiveness of micro waqf bank empowerment at As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City, to find out what obstacles are in the effectiveness of micro waqf bank empowerment at As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City, to find out the benefits of the effectiveness of waqf bank empowerment at As'ad Islamic Boarding School. Researchers used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In this case, the informants in this study were the Chairperson, Manager, Supervysore, and customers of the As'ad Islamic Boarding School Micro Waqf Bank in Jambi City. In collecting data, the techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, The results of this study found that the financing and business assistance carried out by the Micro Waqf Bank of the As'ad Islamic Boarding School, the effectiveness of people's economic empowerment at the micro waqf bank at the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City, Presentation The effectiveness of the success of loans used is right on target, it is estimated that 80% is used according to procedures used to open a business and 20% there are still customers who use it for consumptive activities. The obstacles that arise in empowering the people's economy at the micro waqf bank at the As'ad Islamic Boarding School, the obstacles faced regarding the default of installments. customers who are still difficult to attend halmi activities every week. Abstract

At this time, the development of various brands in cosmetic products is very diverse. From time to time the number of brands and products in circulation is increasing rapidly so that market competition increases. Everyone has their own choice in consuming the desired product. Green products and halal labels are one of the factors that can influence consumer buying interest in making a purchase. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of green products and halal labels on interest in buying kedas beauty products in the Muslim community of Jambi City. The number of samples in this study were 97 people using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between green products and buying interest on interest in buying kedas beauty products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic banking literacy and Islamic banking products on the interest of FEBI students at UIN North Sumatra to save in Islamic banks. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University of North Sumatra with a sample of 68 respondents from the results after conducting the research. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire, while testing the instruments using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multiple linear regression tests. By using purposive sampling technique from calculating multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that based on the results of the t test, there is a significant influence of Islamic banking literacy on interest, for the results of the t test of Islamic banking product variables (X2) there is a significant effect of product marketing on interest. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous) Effect of Islamic Banking Literacy (X1), Islamic Banking Products (X2) have a significant effect on student interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the perception of the people of Lubuk Paku village, Batang Merangin sub-district, about cash waqf, to find out what obstacles affect people's perceptions of cash waqf in Lubuk Paku village, Batang Merangin sub-district and to find out what problems are experienced by managers regarding the benefits of waqf money in lubuk kuku village. The benefits of this research are theoretically expected to add to the treasury of knowledge about waqf, especially cash waqf. Practically as input for waqf management institutions in socializing cash waqf to the public. This research is a field research using data collection techniques by interview, observation and documentation. Interviews and observations were conducted with the people of Lubuk Paku Village, Batang Merangin District. All the data generated then researchers analyzed with qualitative analysis techniques. From the research results it is known that some people regarding cash waqf from their own understanding or understanding and there are still many people who do not know cash waqf as a whole. Obstacles that affect people's understanding of cash waqf are internal constraints, namely experience and information. Then the second obstacle is external factors, namely education and the environment. People who have a higher level of education have a better understanding of cash waqf compared to people who have a low level of education and the management of implementing cash waqf in Lubuk Paku village, Batang Merangin sub-district, is not optimal, the reason is the lack of human resources in providing socialization and educate the public about the importance of cash waqf. cash waqf.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Solok City Education Office, the purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work experience, competence and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Solok City Education Office. In this study, the population was employees at the Solok City Education Office, totaling 82 people. By using purposive sampling, a sample of 41 people was obtained. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variables Work Experience, Competence and Emotional Intelligence affect Employee Performance. Y = 11.627 a + 0.029 X1 + 0.354 X2 + 0.339 X3. From the t test conducted, it was found that the variable X1 Work Experience had a significant effect on Employee Performance with a variable value of 0.265 > 1.687 and a significant value level of 0.042 < 0.05. Variable X2 Competence has a significant effect on employee performance with a variable value of 1.896 > 1.687 and a significant value level of 0.026 < 0.05. variable X3 Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a variable value of 2.109> 1.687 and a significant value level of 0.031 < 0.05. From the f test conducted, it was found that Work Experience, Competence and Emotional Intelligence have a simultaneous effect on Employee Work Performance F count is 22.391 > F table 2.859 and with this the significance is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the opening of accounts online at Islamic banks. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Questionnaires were distributed to 19 Muslim students at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten State Islamic University at the FEBI faculty. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The results of the study show that students' perceptions of opening an online account at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) are high.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Trade and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in the City of Solok, the purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Competence, Responsibility and Work Culture on the Performance of Civil Servants in the Office of Trade and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of the City of Solok. In this study, the population was civil servants at the trade and cooperative service, small and medium enterprises in the city of Solo, totaling 32 people. By using total sampling, a sample of 32 people was obtained. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variables of competence, responsibility and work culture on the performance of civil servants, Y = 6.378 a + 0.374 X1 + 0.206 X2 + 0.253 X3 + e. from the t test conducted, it was found that the variable X1 Competence had a significant effect on the performance of civil servants with a variable value of 2.957 >1,699  and a significant value level of 0.006 <0.05. Variable X2 Responsibility has a significant effect on the performance of civil servants with a variable value of 2.065 >1,699  and a significant value level of 0.003 <0.05. Variable X3 Work Culture has a significant effect on the performance of civil servants with a variable value of 2.101 > 1,699 and a significant value level of 0.045 <0.05. From the F test conducted, it was found that competence, responsibility and work culture simultaneously influenced the performance of civil servants, fcount 18.315 > ftable 2.922 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether mobile banking service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and whether security using mobile banking has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, this study also aims to determine whether accuracy and trust have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research using research surveys. The sample of this research is 30 respondents taken by survey method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and surveys. Methods of data analysis using linear regression test, normality test, hypothesis testing, correlation test (T test, F test), then the data is processed using the SPSS application from windows.
