Abstract

Home Ownership Credit (KPR) is one of the financing facilities that is highly sought after by the public in an effort to meet housing needs. As one of the banks focused on housing financing, Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) plays an important role in distributing KPR, including at the Magelang Branch Office. However, in its implementation, the mortgage approval process does not always run smoothly. Various obstacles often arise, such as incomplete documentation and the financial condition of the debtor not meeting the requirements. These obstacles can slow down credit approval and impact customer satisfaction. Understanding the factors that cause these delays is an important step in improving the effectiveness of KPR services at BTN KC Magelang.

This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 400 respondents from Generation Z in Medan City. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 software. Before regression analysis was carried out, the data were tested using validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests which included normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of the study show that the three independent variables, namely financial literacy, fintech use, and on line shopping habits, have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on financial management. The variable of online shopping habits has the most dominant influence on financial management with the highest regression coefficient value (0.498). The better the product image, the more interested consumers will be in the product. This study uses quantitative research with the sample used was 97 respondents from the Faculty of Law, Prima Indonesia University. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. Convenience sampling was used as the sampling method. The conclusion of this study is that security, e-service quality, and brand image have a significant effect, both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at Blibli for students of the Faculty of Law, Prima Indonesia University
