This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and product quality on consumer purchase decision at Amanda Brownies Store in Medan. Thepopulation of this study was taken from the number of consumers for 6 month totalling 1,509 or 252 consumers in a month. The number of samples taken in this study was 155 consumers. The data collection methods in this study used questionnaires among 155 consumers of Amanda Brownies Store in Medan. The data analysis method used was Multiple Linear Regression method. The partial testing analysis shows that service quality and product quality have a significant effect on consumer purchase decision. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results showed that the service quality variable and product quality variable significantly influence the consumer purchase decision. The Adjusted R Square is 0.316 or 31.6%. This means that 31.6% of consumer purchase decision is influenced by both independent variables, while the remaining 68.4% of customer purchase decision is influenced by other variables-not examined in this study.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh good corporate governance yang terdiri atas kepemilkan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, komisaris independen komite audit terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2009-2016 yang tercantum dalam perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang berjumlah 14 perusahaan. Perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI digunakan sebagai populasi, karena perusahaan tersebut mempunyai kewajiban untuk menyampaikan laporan tahunan kepada pihak luar perusahaan. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis regresi berganda, dengan bantuan program eviws 7. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel kepemilikan institusional dan komisaris independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan komite audit dan kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 10,05%, sisanya sebesar 89,95% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model yang diteliti.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel Arus Kas Operasi, Arus Kas Investasi dan Arus Kas Pendanaan terhadap Current Ratio dengan melakukan studi kasus pada Bank Central Asia Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk, PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk, PT. Bank Maybank Tbk di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2011-2015. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial serta F-statistik untuk menguji pengaruh secara bersama-sama dengan tingkat kepercayaan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Arus Kas Operasi, Arus Kas Investasi dan Arus Kas Pendanaan secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Current Ratio. Secara parsial, hanya Variabel Arus Kas Operasi yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Current Ratio. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,146 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel dependen mampu menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel independen sebesar 14,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 85,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2008 sampai 2011. Sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 9 perusahaan dari 10 perusahaan yang akan dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu secara simultan struktur modal, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan secara parsial profitabilitas yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun struktur modal, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial ratios (Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, and Debt to Equity Ratio) simultaneously or partially on stock prices of LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method. The population in this study amounted to 62 companies and the number of samples obtained was 24 companies. The sampling method used a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of data testing, it is known that simultaneously, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on stock prices of LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. Partially, Earning Per Share has a significant positive effect on stock prices of LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. However, Return on Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant negative effect on stock prices in LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period.

The purpose of this reserch is to determine and analyze the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Sales Growth and Total Asset Turnover simultaneously and partially on Financial Distress in the transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2019-2020. The population of this study is the transportation sub-sector companies as many as 46 companies. The sampling method used purposive sampling, and the number of samples obtained are 33 companies. The type of the research is descriptive quantitative using logistic regression analysis method. The results show that the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Sales Growth, and Total Asset Turnover simultaneously affect Financial Distress in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2019-2020. Partially, Sales Growth have an effect, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have no effect on Financial Distress in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for period of 2019-2020.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Return on Equity, Operating Cash Flow and Dividend Per Share on a modest and partial basis on stock prices in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The population in this study amounted to 34 companies. The sample sampling method uses pursose sampling techniques, and the number of samples obtained is as many as 12 companies. The data testing method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data testing, simultaneously Return on Equity, Operating Cash Flow and Dividend Per Share have a significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. Meanwhile, partially dividend per share has a significant effect on stock prices positively in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. However, the Return on Equity did not have a significant effect on the share price positively in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. And Operating Cash Flow did not have a significant effect on stock prices negatively in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period

Community Service aims to foster micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is to provide input on what businesses can be developed in accordance with the conditions in the environment and in accordance with current conditions, namely the Covid 19 pandemic that has hit the city of Medan and the world in general. The community that will be trained are people who live in Environment IV, Sidomulio Village, Medan Tuntungan District, totaling 25 people whose livelihoods are as farmers and as farm laborers. The availability of adequate academics in giving lectures on the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Indonesian Methodist University, the enthusiasm of the participants, the support of the Village Head and the Head of the Environment for the implementation of activities and supporting funds from UMI are supporting the implementation of this PPM activity. The problem is the limited time for coaching. It is hoped that this training will benefit the community. The benefits that participants get from this PPM activity include being able to understand and develop micro, small, and medium enterprises.

The purpose of community service at HKBP Padang Bulan Elementary and Junior School is to provide input for teachers, principals, regarding efforts to improve teacher performance. Thus, teachers are expected to improve the quality of education. The efforts that can be taken are the establishment of institutions that foster the performance of teachers and education staff, supervision of school principals, teacher consultation activities, bringing in motivators, providing adequate facilities, and providing adequate welfare. Teachers are expected to develop themselves and always follow the changes that occur.

Community Service aims to provide motivation and creativity and do business in Lumban Pea Timur Village, Toba Regency. In this case, the method used is the lecture, discussion, and question and answer method. Through this, many inputs were obtained, regarding the motives of the business being carried out, whether the business or business being carried out was the first attempt to be carried out, whether it had failed in carrying out the business and had been given training to open the business. Finally, through a question and answer session that the community is willing to do business, the motivation is high, but it is necessary to provide training to the community and assistance as well as working capital assistance to the local community.
