<![CDATA[This research is entitled Konawe Islands Regency Regional Financial Performance. The aim is to find out the Regional Financial Performance of Konawe Islands Regency. The method of analysis is to use a comparative descriptive method that describes the financial performance of the Regional Government and uses financial ratios. The results showed that data processing and data analysis results that refer to the problems and research objectives, can be concluded as follows, The development of the effectiveness level of regional financial management in Kolaka Regency during the 2016-2020 fiscal year can be said to be very effective, namely by having an average effectiveness ratio above 100%. For further research, it is hoped that researchers can compare the financial performance of regencies or cities that have great potential in managing their regional finances, so that the research results have a clearer contribution that there are certain regencies or cities that have better financial performance than other regencies or cities.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled Regional financial performance of Makassar City, South Sulawesi. The problem in this study is How is the level of efficiency of regional expenditure in South Sulawesi Province 2013-2017? 2). What is the level of effectiveness of regional expenditure in South Sulawesi Province 2013-2017? The purpose of this study was to determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness of regional expenditure in South Sulawesi Province in 2013 - 2017. The method is descriptive qualitative approach by looking at Effectiveness Analysis and efficiency of Direct and Indirect Expenditure. The results showed that even the highest percentage in 2017 was only 18.38%. So if you refer to Keynes' theory, it is only natural that the economy does not improve with the increase in regional expenditure every year because regional expenditure is more dominant in indirect expenditure, which is 69%, which basically indirect expenditure is not productive expenditure. Indirect spending is categorized as effective. Meanwhile, direct expenditure is categorized as less effective. Indirect expenditure is categorized as efficient. Meanwhile, direct expenditure is categorized as very efficient.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the value for money-based government agency performance accountability report (LAKIP). The method is descriptive qualitative approach. The results is economic ratio in 2021 and 2022 all programs were declared economical. The 2021 and 2022 efficiency ratios show that the performance indicators of the percentage of job seekers placed and the percentage of labor productivity levels are declared inefficient and the performance indicators of the average percentage of the results of the achievement of the implementation of OPD support programs are declared efficient. The effectiveness ratio of 2021 and 2022 shows that the performance indicator of the percentage of job seekers placed is declared ineffective, the percentage of labor productivity level is declared effective and the average percentage of the results is achievement of the implementation of OPD supporting programs is declared balanced effective, 2022 performance percentage job seekers placed and of labor productivity level is declared effective and the performance indicator of the average percentage of the results of the achievement of the implementation of OPD supporting programs is declared balanced effective.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled Regional financial performance of East Kolaka Regency. Aims to find out the regional financial performance of East Kolaka Regency. The method is descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that to realize one of the missions listed in the RPJPN, namely equitable and equitable development by increasing regional development, was carried out by implementing the Regional Autonomy and Fiscal Decentralization policies. The policy is believed to increase the acceleration of development in the region, especially to improve the quality of public services and community welfare. Regional development, including island regions, is part of national development that has strategic importance and value. Transfers to Regions and Village Funds (TKDD) are funds obtained from the APBN which are allocated according to their respective portions to all local governments, both districts / cities and provinces in the context of implementing fiscal decentralization. The implementation of the TKDD budget policy is an instrument of fiscal decentralization policy in order to fund government affairs that fall under regional authority.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of social media advertising on purchasing decisions for Vivo brand cellphones at the Devi Cell store in Pasarwajo, Buton Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. Source of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were 416 people and the sample used was 77 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, t-test (partial) and coefficient of determination.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of social media advertising on purchasing decisions with the results of the partial test (t) where the t-count value (12.137) > t-table (1.665) and a significant value (0.000) < level value alpha (0.05). The magnitude of the influence of social media advertising on purchasing decisions is equal to 66,3% and the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other factors and variables not examined in this study]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of locus of control, job characteristics and work communication on the performance of employees of PT. Anugrah Harisma Barakah kec. South Kabaena. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Anugrah Harisma Barakah kec. South Kabaena by using the sampling method, namely the Slovin formula where there are 75 respondents as research samples in this case employees of PT. Anugrah Harisma Barakah, South Kabaena sub-district as many as 300 employees. Data collection method by distributing questionnaires to respondents.The data analysis using the SPSS Version 22 program.The results of this study indicate that locus of control, job characteristics and work communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job characteteristics have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, as well as work communication. Has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine and analyze the mediating role of dividend policy on the influence of good corporate governance (independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership) on the financial performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2018-2022 period using a purposive sampling method with sample of 8 customers. The analysis technique used is multiple regretion linear analysis using path analysis. The results of this research indicate that Dividend Policy has no significant effect in mediating the Influence of the Independent Board of Commissioners and Managerial Ownership on the Financial Performance of Banks listed on the BEI for the 2018-2022 period; However, Institutional Ownership has a significant influence on Dividend Policy and Financial Performance of Banks listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effectiveness of zakat distribution in reducing poverty levels in Lhokseumawe City through programs implemented by the Baitul Mal of Lhokseumawe City. Although zakat has significant potential as a poverty alleviation instrument, several challenges remain in practice, including suboptimal distribution, inaccurate identification of eligible beneficiaries (mustahik), and limited available funds. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with Baitul Mal officials, and documentation studies based on institutional reports and data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Lhokseumawe City. The findings indicate that zakat distribution programs have provided tangible benefits to mustahik, particularly through productive business capital assistance and skills training initiatives. However, the overall effectiveness of these programs still requires improvement. Enhancing data accuracy, implementing more structured distribution strategies, and strengthening continuous monitoring and evaluation systems are essential to achieving optimal and sustainable long-term impacts on poverty reduction in Lhokseumawe City.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines changes in the function of rice fields and their impact on community welfare in Aceh Besar from the perspective of Tasarruf Fi Istimal Al-Mal. The conversion of rice fields into non-agricultural land has become a critical issue, as rice fields serve as a primary source of food security and farmers’ income. The study aims to identify the factors driving land-use change, analyze its economic and environmental impacts on farming communities, and assess the phenomenon through the lens of Islamic economic principles. A qualitative naturalistic approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with affected communities and village officials, as well as participatory field observations. Data analysis was conducted inductively through data reduction, narrative presentation, and conclusion drawing based on fiqh muamalah perspectives. The finding is influenced by economic pressures, housing demands, and weak local land protection policies. The negative impacts include reduced agricultural land, declining farmers’ income and employment opportunities, and increasing social inequality. From the perspective of Tasarruf Fi Istimal Al-Mal, the study emphasizes the need for responsible and equitable asset management to ensure food security and long-term community welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a fundamental pillar of Indonesia’s economy, contributing significantly to employment generation and income distribution. However, limited access to formal financing remains a key obstacle to improving MSME performance and expanding business capacity. This study aims to examine the effect of bank financing on MSME performance in Indonesia, measured by production value, assets, and employment. This research uses provincial-level panel data of MSMEs in Indonesia from 2017 to 2023, excluding several newly established provinces. Panel data regression analysis is applied to investigate the impact of investment financing and working capital financing on MSME performance indicators. The findings reveal that bank financing has a positive and significant effect on production value, asset growth, and labor absorption. These results underline the strategic role of banks as financial intermediaries in supporting MSME development and promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Indonesia.]]>
