Abstract

Abstrak. The objective of this research is to know partially and simultaneously the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Dominos’ Pizza Region Bekasi 2 Jakarta Timur. This research method is an associative study using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were all 74 employees of the Dominos’ Pizza Region Bekasi 2 Jakarta Timur. While the sample used was 74 respondents using saturated sample technique. Data collection using, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. Meanwhile, the data analysis used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, linear regression, determination coefficient, and significant test (t test and F test). Based on the results of the study, the tcount value for the Motivation Variable (X1) on Performance (Y) is 6,460 > 1,669. It can be concluded that the Motivation variable has a positive influence on performance. The tcount for the Work Discipline (X2) variable on performance (Y) is 2.020 > 1.669. It can be concluded that the Work Discipline variable has significant effect on performance. Obtained multiple linear regression equation model Y = 6,903+ 0,190 X1 + 0,689 X2. The Coeffcient Correlation (R) value is 0.629, which means the correlation of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Strong category (0.60 – 0.799) with the coefficient of determination adjusted R2 (adjusted R Square) of 0.395. This shows that 39.5% of Employee Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously (jointly) affect employee performance, while the remaining 60.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the share price of PT XL Axiata Tbk. The research method used is a quantitative method with secondary data in the form of company financial reports for the 2014–2024 period obtained from the official website of PT XL Axiata Tbk. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 through classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The results show that, partially, NPM does not have a significant effect on stock prices, as indicated by a significance value of 0.245 > 0.05. Conversely, DER has a significant effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.024 < 0.05. Simultaneously, NPM and DER were proven to have an effect on the stock price of PT XL Axiata Tbk, as indicated by the F test results with a significance value of 0.036 < 0.05. These findings confirm that the company's capital structure, particularly the DER ratio, plays an important role in influencing stock price movements, while the effect of NPM is more limited in part.

Abstract

Abstrak. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline and Physical work environment on employee productivity at PT The Body Shop Indonesia in South Tangerang partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique applied is saturated sampling, resulting in a total sample of 63 respondents. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression tests, simple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test). The results of this Work discipline and Physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity, as shown in the regression equiation Y = 13.538 + 0.259 X1 + 0.346 X2. study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity, with a coefficient of determination of 34.6%. The hypothesis test results show that the t-value is greater than the t-table value (5.685 > 1.670). The Physical work environment also has a significant effect on employee productivity, with a coefficient of determination of 37.5%, and the hypothesis test results show that the t-value is greater than the t-table value (6.048 > 1.670). The coefficient of determination is 40.4%, while the remaining 59.6% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test results show that the F-value is greater than the F-table value (20.344 > 2.76). Keywords: Work Discipline, Physical Work Environment, Employee Productivity

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to analyze the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on stock returns at PT Bank Jago Tbk for the period 2014–2023. The background of this research is based on significant fluctuations in the company’s stock price, reflecting the dynamics of financial performance and investor expectations. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are secondary data from the company’s annual financial statements. The partial test results (t-test) show that EPS has a t-value of 1.708 and a t-table value of 1.894 (1.708 < 1.894), with a significance value of 0.131 (> 0.05), indicating that EPS has no significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, PER has a t-value of 3.520 and a t-table value of 1.894 (3.520 > 1.894), with a significance value of 0.010 (< 0.05), indicating that PER has a significant effect on stock returns. However, the simultaneous test (F-test) shows an F-value of 6.248 > F-table value of 4.73, with a significance of 0.028 (< 0.05), indicating that both EPS and PER simultaneously influence stock returns. Abstract

This research aims to improve performance, employee development, enhance job satisfaction, manage change, and increase retention. The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze whether work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 8 Sragen, 2) to analyze whether work communication has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 8 Sragen, and 3) to analyze whether the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 8 Sragen. Data collection in this research was conducted using questionnaires distributed to all teachers at MTs Negeri 8 Sragen. The sample for this study consisted of 41 teachers. The sampling technique used in this research was saturation sampling. The data analysis technique employed in this study was multiple regression analysis using the SPSS application. The hypothesis results of this study indicate that work discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 8 Sragen, while communication and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 8 Sragen.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of occupational health and safety (OHS), motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative research type. The research utilizes primary data. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a total of 51 respondents. The data collection method employs a questionnaire distributed through the chairman or leader. The instrument test in this research uses validity and reliability tests. The classic assumption test uses multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test, and R2.The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all statements regarding occupational health and safety, motivation, and work discipline are declared valid because the p-value < 0.05 and reliable because Cronbach's alpha > 0.60. The results of the classical assumption tests indicate that all variables have passed the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and are normally distributed. The results of the regression analysis obtained Y = 4.879 + 0.307 X1 - 0.109 X2 + 1.184 X3. The t-test results show that the occupational health and safety (K3) variable significantly influences the performance of production employees at CV Naenamu Furniture, motivation does not significantly influence the performance of production employees at CV Naenamu Furniture, and work discipline significantly influences the performance of production employees at CV Naenamu Furniture. The F-test results indicate that the regression model used in this study is appropriate. The R2 test results show that the contribution of independent variables to the dependent variable is 52.9%. The remaining (100% - 52.9%) = 47.1% is influenced by variables outside the research model.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to identify leading economic sectors and analyze the alignment of investment realization in Bandung Regency. Using a quantitative method with Location Quotient (LQ) analysis on GRDP and investment data from 2020-2024, this study maps out base (leading) and non-base sectors. The analysis reveals that the Manufacturing and the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishery sectors are base sectors with strong regional competitiveness (LQ > 1). However, a misalignment was found, where investment realization is not optimally allocated to all high-potential base sectors. Several leading sectors remain under-invested. This finding implies the need for the local government to optimize its investment promotion strategy by prioritizing competitive base sectors to foster more sustainable economic growth. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi sektor ekonomi unggulan dan menganalisis keselarasan realisasi investasi di Kabupaten Bandung. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis Location Quotient (LQ) pada data PDRB dan investasi periode 2020-2024, studi ini memetakan sektor basis (unggulan) dan non-basis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sektor Industri Pengolahan serta Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan merupakan sektor basis dengan daya saing regional yang kuat (LQ > 1). Namun, ditemukan adanya ketidakselarasan, di mana realisasi investasi belum teralokasi secara optimal ke semua sektor basis yang berpotensi tinggi. Beberapa sektor unggulan justru masih kekurangan investasi (under-invested). Temuan ini menyiratkan perlunya optimalisasi strategi promosi investasi oleh pemerintah daerah, dengan memprioritaskan sektor-sektor basis yang kompetitif untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih berkelanjutan. Abstract

The objectives of this study were to: (1) Knowing the description of Budget Participation, Clarity of Budget Objectives and Individual Capacity on Budget Performance with Locus of Control as a Moderating variable in Local Government Kupang City, (2) Knowing the effect of Budget Participation variables, Clarity of Budget Objectives and Individual Capacity with Locus of Control moderating variables on Budget Performance as the dependent variable. The sample in this research was 117 State Civil Apparatus at the Kupang City Local Government. This type of research is quantitative research, the type of data used is secondary data, the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The contribution of budget participation, budget target clarity and individual capacity to budget performance is 56.1% while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study. It is recommended that the Kupang City Local Government should maintain its optimistic personal character by holding trainings that can improve its abilities, so that budget performance can be better. To future researchers to be directed at a more in-depth study of other public sector organizations and the use of other variables need to be considered and have a wider scope.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on the Net Profit Margin (NPM) of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk during the 2015–2024 period. The results show that both DER and TATO have no significant effect on NPM, either partially or simultaneously. This is supported by the t-values of DER (1.001) and TATO (-0.686), which are lower than the t-table value (2.365), and the F-value (2.058), which is also lower than the F-table value (19.35). The coefficient of determination is 48.1%, indicating the contribution of DER and TATO to NPM. Abstract

Abstrak. This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. F1 Logix Indonesia Central Cikarang. The research methodology used uses the associative method. The population in this study were all employees at PT F1 Logix Indonesia Central Cikarang, totaling 60 employees. The number of samples used in this research was 60 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on employee performance at PT F1 Logix Indonesia Cikarang Pusat, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=15.474+0.416X. The correlation value is 0.669 (strong). The RSquare coefficient of determination value is 44.7%. The t value is 6.852 > t table 2.001 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of the Physical Work Environment on employee performance at PT F1 Logix Indonesia Cikarang Pusat, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=13.994+0.447X. The correlation value is 0.689 (strong). The coefficient of determination value is 47.5%, the t value is 7.246 > t table 2.001 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment on employee performance at PT F1 Logix Indonesia Cikarang Pusat, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y=10.582+0.246X1+0.291X2.
