Abstract

. This study aims to reveal the influence of the board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee on financial performance, with audit quality as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of energi sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021–2024. The sampling technique is based on purposive sampling. From a population of 90 companies in the energi sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, applying the sample selection criteria resulted in 10 companies, producing a total of 40 observations. The statistical tool used in this study is EViews 12, and the analysis technique applied is panel data regression.The results of this study indicate that, simultaneously, the board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee have an effect on financial performance. Partial testing shows that the board of commissioners does not affect financial performance, the board of directors does not affect financial performance, while the audit committee does affect financial performance. Furthermore, the results of the moderating regression analysis (MRA) show that audit quality does not moderate the relationship between the board of commissioners and financial performance, but audit quality does moderate the relationship between the board of directors and financial performance, as well as the relationship between the audit committee and financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Responsibility on Employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Ciputat Branch, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 116 employees using the sampling technique using slovin sampling and obtained a sample of 90 respondents. This research uses SPSS version 26. Data analysis was carried out using simple and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, t test, and F test. The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 10.302 + 0.748 X1, with a correlation value of 0.973 (very strong) and a determination of 94.7%. The results of the t test show that t count is 8.972 greater than t table 1.987 with a significance of 0.000. Job Responsibility is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, based on the regression equation Y = 9.305 + 0.765 X2, with a correlation value of 0.984 (very strong) and a determination of 96.9%. The t-test shows a calculated t of 8.438 > t table 1.987 with a significance of 0.000. Simultaneously, Organizational Culture and Job Responsibility have a significant influence on Employee Performance with a regression equation Y = 4.352 + 0.471 X1 + 0.431 X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.985 (very strong), a determination of 97.0%, and a calculated F value of 39.537 > F table 3.101 (significance of 0.000). It can be concluded that both variables have a significant influence on performance.

Data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple linear regression to test the research hypotheses. The results show that leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as indicated by a t-value of  3.580 > t-table 1.290 and a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. Meanwhile, work ethic (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 11.482 > t-table 1.290 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, leadership style and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 64.706 > F-table 3.09 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, employee performance at PT Nusalima Digdaya Nusantara can be improved by strengthening work ethic while continuously developing effective leadership practices.

Abstract

This research aims to design Instagram feed designs as a digital promotional medium to increase brand awareness at Nawak Gym Singosari. Based on observations, conventional promotional methods were considered less effective, while the utilization of Instagram as a promotional platform had not been optimally developed. This study employs an action research method using the spiral model consisting of two cycles, each including the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires involving 30 respondents, including gym owners, staff, design experts, marketing experts, and potential members. The effectiveness of the Instagram feed designs was measured using a rating scale technique across two research cycles. The results show that the effectiveness score increased from 2.7 in the first cycle to 4.4 in the second cycle, indicating a significant improvement. The developed Instagram feed designs proved to be highly effective as a promotional medium, enhancing audience attention, interest, and brand identity. Therefore, the @nawakgym Instagram feed design is recommended for implementation as an effective and sustainable digital promotional strategy.

The research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 56 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple linear regression to test the research hypotheses. The results show that leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as indicated by a t-value of  3.580 > t-table 1.290 and a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian Mobil Lcgc Honda Brio Di Honda Pondok Pinang Jakarta Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan melibatkan para konsumen yang berjumlah 103 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y= 24,004 + 0,740 X1. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel (8,061 > 1,984) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,050 (0,001 < 0,050). Oleh karena itu, H₀1 ditolak dan Hₐ1 diterima artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y=25,884 + 0.653 X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (6,569 > 1,984) dan nilai signifikansi berada di bawah batas 0,050 (0,001 < 0,050). Dengan demikian, H₀2 ditolak dan Hₐ2 diterima artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kemudian harga dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 5,387 + 0,706 X1 + 0,613 X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai fhitung > f tabel atau (95,058 > 3,090) dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 di terima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian Mobil Lcgc Honda Brio Di Honda Pondok Pinang Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh suasana kafe dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen The Harvest Depok, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan melibatkan para konsumen yang berjumlah 68 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh suasana kafe berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 30,318 + 0,318 X1. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel (2,868 > 1,997) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,050 (0,001 < 0,050). Oleh karena itu, H₀1 ditolak dan Hₐ1 diterima artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara suasana kafe terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 19,376 + 0,562 X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (7,010 > 1,997) dan nilai signifikansi berada di bawah batas 0,050 (0,001 < 0,050). Dengan demikian, H₀2 ditolak dan Hₐ2 diterima artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kemudian suasana kafe dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 10,163 + 0,236 X1 + 0,532 X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai fhitung > f tabel atau (Fhitung 30,807 > Ftabel 2,750) dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 di terima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara suasana kafe dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada The Harvest Depok.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment on Organizational Commitment among working students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Budi Luhur University. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method and involves 110 working students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Budi Luhur University. Data were collected through a Likert scale (1–5) questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results indicate that Work Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, with the Work Environment being the most dominant factor (coefficient = 0.536; t = 9.915; p = 0.000). Overall, these three variables explain 70.6% of the variation in Organizational Commitment (R² = 0.706), while the remaining 29.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings suggest that organizations should enhance work motivation through reward programs, ensure fair and equitable compensation systems, and create a comfortable and supportive work environment to strengthen the commitment of working students to their organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2023 is influenced by CSR, Dividend Policy, and leverage. Tobin's Q Tobin was used to determine the value of the company in this study, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) were used as independent variables. Using quantitative methodology and multiple linear regression analysis, this study examined 84 observations from 28 selected business actors using purposive sample strategy. However, 18 data points were eliminated because they were identified as extreme data. The elimination was carried out to maintain the validity of the results, avoid estimation bias, and ensure that the multiple linear regression model met the classical assumptions more accurately, leaving 66 companies as the objects of the study. The analysis findings show that, in contrast to CSR and leverage, Dividend Policy has a positive and substantial impact on the value of the company. The findings indicate that the distribution of dividends is an important financial signal for investors in assessing the company's prospects, while the implementation of CSR and debt-based funding structures have not been the main determinants in assessing the company's value. The practical implications of this study are the importance of Dividend Policy consistency as a strategy to increase corporate value, as well as the need to strengthen the integration of CSR programs in corporate strategies to create more sustainable value in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Brand Image and Brand Awareness partially and simultaneously on the Purchase Decision of Homyped Shoes at Ramayana Mall Cikupa Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The Sampling Technique used is a probability sampling technique in the form of simple random sampling. The results of the study show that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect partially, this is evidenced by the calculated t value> t table (9.613> 1.984). This is also strengthened by the p value <Sig.0.05 or (0.000 <0.05), a correlation value of 0.697 meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination is 48.5%. Brand Awareness also has a positive and significant effect partially, as evidenced by the calculated t value> t table or (11.187>1.984). This is further supported by a p-value <Sig 0.05, or (0.000 < 0.05), a correlation value of 0.749, indicating a strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination is 56.1%. Brand Image and Brand Awareness simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, as evidenced by the calculated F-value > F-table, or (68.607 > 3.09). This is further reinforced by a p-value <Sig 0.05, or (0.000 < 0.05). A correlation value of 0.764 indicates a strong relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The coefficient of determination, or simultaneous contribution of influence, is 58.4%, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors.
