Abstract

This study aims to analyze job satisfaction and work motivation of Service Advisor employees at Toyota Auto2000 Plaju and their impact on service performance. The background of the research is based on the important role of Service Advisors as the frontline of customer service who face high work pressure, service targets, and various customer characters. The research method used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with three Service Advisors, and documentation during the internship. The results showed that the level of job satisfaction of Service Advisors was relatively good, characterized by a comfortable work environment, harmonious working relationships with colleagues and superiors, and a compensation and reward system that matches job responsibilities. Employee work motivation was also in the high category, driven by internal factors such as economic needs, career development aspirations, and pride in working at a large company, as well as external factors such as support from supervisors and coworkers. Service Advisor performance was reflected in their ability to provide professional service, clear communication with customers, and good coordination with technicians. The study also identified that the main challenge faced was the surge in the number of customers at certain times which increased the workload. This study concludes that job satisfaction and work motivation have a positive contribution to improving Service Advisor performance. Therefore, the company is advised to maintain a conducive work environment, improve reward programs, and provide competency development opportunities to support optimal service and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract. The main objective of Financial Performance is to evaluate how effectively an entity manages its finances. Overall, Sharia financial performance does not only prioritize financial profit aspects alone, but also considers the social, environmental and ethical impacts of financial activities in accordance with Islamic Sharia principles. The comprehensive final assignment aims to critically review the factors that influence the Financial Performance of Sharia banks. The results of the discussion conclude: Based on the description of the three journals analyzed in this critical review, the author concludes that the factors that influence financial performance are (1) Financing for buying and selling, one of the products that is in demand by Sharia banking. Its easy-to-use mechanism for short-term investments is one of the reasons why this product is in demand. So the more the financing for buying and selling distributed by Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS), the better the financial performance. (2) Profit-sharing financing, financing that uses a cooperation agreement between the bank and the customer where profits and losses are agreed upon at the beginning of the agreement. With the increasing amount of funds invested by Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS), the level of profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) is also high. (3) Non-Performing Financing, is the ratio of failures in credit distribution. Therefore, the higher the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) value, the worse it will be for banking. Conversely, the lower the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) value, the better it will be for financial performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt-to-Asset Ratio (DAR) on the Return on Assets (ROA) of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk for the period 2012–2024, both partially and simultaneously. Thus, the financial statements of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk were obtained. The analytical methods used in this study include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²), t-tests, and F-tests using SPSS Version 27. The results of this study indicate that, when analyzed individually, the Current Ratio and Debt-to-Asset Ratio have significance values of 0.5865 > 0.05 and 0.021 < 0.05, respectively. The calculated t-values for each are also below the critical t-value (2.228), namely -0.314 and -2.883. This indicates that the Current Ratio does not have a significant partial effect on Return on Assets, while the Debt to Asset Ratio has a significant negative effect on Return on Assets. Simultaneously, the Current Ratio and Debt-to-Asset Ratio variables influence Return on Assets with a significance level of 0.021 < 0.05. The Adjusted R-Square value is 0.448. This indicates that the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio variables together account for 44.8% of the variation in Return on Assets, while the remaining 55.2% is explained by other variables outside the research model that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategic integration of Indonesia's fishery supply chain, positioning the Asian region as a cornerstone market to counter global economic volatility. Utilizing secondary data on fishery export values from 2019 to 2025, this research evaluates the trend of market shifts from traditional Western partners toward the more dynamic Asian corridor. The analysis reveals significant growth in South Asian markets, most notably in Bangladesh, which recorded an exponential increase in export value from USD 131.52 in 2019 to over USD 10,000 by 2024. These findings indicate that an Asia-centric supply chain integration effectively serves as an economic buffer against global market uncertainties. The study recommends strengthening bilateral trade diplomacy and enhancing product quality standardization to solidify Indonesia’s position as a leading provider of marine protein within the Asian region.

Abstract

This study analyzes the performance and opportunities of Indonesian Muslim fashion (pakaian muslimah) exports to Malaysia in the 2025 period. Using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the Trade Policy Agency (BKPerdag), and ITC Trademap, this descriptive quantitative research reveals that Malaysia is the second largest destination for Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports at US$11.72 billion (up 8.44 percent), and a key market for textile and apparel products including Muslim fashion. Indonesia's total textile and apparel exports from the manufacturing sector reached US$227.10 billion in 2025, up 14.47 percent. Malaysia's Muslim population—representing approximately 63 percent of its 33 million inhabitants—creates substantial and sustained demand for halal-compliant fashion products. The IUAE-CEPA model and the RCEP framework provide strategic instruments for Indonesia to expand its Muslim fashion market share in Malaysia. Challenges include competition from China, Bangladesh, and Turkey, as well as regulatory compliance. Recommendations focus on brand development, RCEP tariff optimization, e-commerce penetration, and halal certification strengthening.

Abstract

Zakat and waqf represent Islamic financial instruments that equitably integrate two primary dimensions: a vertical theological aspect as a manifestation of a servant's obedience to the Creator, and a horizontal social aspect reflecting mutual care among fellow human beings. This study employs a qualitative approach using the library research method, wherein the analysis relies on the examination of texts, literature, and secondary data available across various print and digital media, independent of spatial and temporal constraints. In a macro context, the management of Islamic philanthropy in Indonesia has been accommodated by the state through formal legal regulations in the form of legislation, although regulatory overlaps are still frequently encountered in its practical implementation. This phenomenon of institutional intervention is highly compelling, as it shifts the governance paradigm from being predominantly centered on civil society to the formal realm of government administration. Through professional, transparent, and effective governance, zakat and waqf can transform into robust economic pillars capable of alleviating poverty, ensuring equitable wealth distribution, enhancing public welfare, and purifying the soul and wealth of the muzakki (almsgivers).
